I have never been so disappointed in something in my life. The purchase of the dress went fine. The alterations were a bride’s and my mother of the bride’s worst nightmare. The first fitting, notes were taken and pins placed. At the second, nothing, if anything was touched. At the third, waited for over an hour after the scheduled appointment and dress came out and NOTHING had been done. Bride asked to come back the next day as wedding was in 5 days and they said they were closed. Tuesday. Understand staffing issues, but. Go on Wednesday only after they agree to schedule an earlier appointment than they wanted. Dress still not right, they want $1350 for alterations that were not done. After much deliberation, agreed to waive fee. Had to bring dress to other seamstress to FIX the dress. Oh, and at wedding, the bustle, which we told them would not hold, DIDNT hold.it looked awful. NEVER have them alter anything. Very disappointed and disgusted.

I am set to get married in October and bought my dress in January. Both times I have had a scheduled fitting they called and asked me to move my appointment backwards to accommodate other people (today included and my second fitting was supposed to be Monday). I find this both completely nerve wracking and also very unprofessional. They mentioned they are moving me to accommodate a bride who is getting married this week and her dress isn’t even done yet! I also was told by one rep that she did not know why I was charged a fee by another rep. It seems like total chaos here. Not a fault of the reps but of management.If I knew this was going to be the case I would have gotten my dress somewhere else and I would recommend others do the same.I just hope to god my dress is ready for my wedding the way I want it to be! Not at all what I expected from Pronovias or how I wanted this experience to be.Update: I am getting married in one week and needed to go and take my dress from them and bring it to a new tailor to make sure that it gets done on time. I will be paying a rush fee and the condition of the dress when I picked it up was such that the new tailor needs to undo a lot of sloppy work and redo it. There were stains on the dress as well which now need to be cleaned. I am appalled at the customer service and overall management at this store. Appalled.

My review is long overdue! I went to this beautiful store back in January, and my mother, sister-in-law and I met Paige. Paige was so sweet, accommodating and a great listener. I thought I already found my dress at a different store, until I found THE DRESS here. It was actually a dress that Paige picked out and the second I put it on I knew it was the one. It was such a delightful surprise and I felt so confident and in love with this dress, a feeling I never had before! It was an honor to share this excitement with her and my family. I cant wait to go back for my fitting, I hope I will be able to work with Paige then!

We had an amazing time finding my perfect wedding dress at the Pronovias sample sale. The girls were so helpful and fun throughout the process. The dresses are drop dead gorgeous— very high quality for a very reasonable price. If you’re looking for the perfect dress and a great experience — I can’t recommend Pronovias Boston enough!!

I came to the new Pronovias boutique in the Copley Mall because I had seen a sponsored ad on Instagram, and I am so happy I did!!! I found my dream dress and the entire process was so enjoyable at Pronovias. The boutique is absolutely stunning with marble and gold accents all around and beautiful dresses - it felt very high end and fancy, without being stuffy!I worked with Lindsay and she took my requests to heart, and I actually ended up picking a dress that she pulled on whim! She was very patient as well and I valued her feedback - she knows what shes talking about! The manager of the store, Marilyn, was also equally fabulous and made sure we had a champagne toast after picking out the dress! I actually didnt want to leave the boutique because I was having so much fun. My dress was (surprisingly to me) very affordable. I know I got the dress of my dreams and I just love everything about it - and Pronovias Boston was part of that whole experience that my family and I will never forget!

Lindsay at the Pronovias store in Boston was so welcoming, friendly, and professional! My mom and I had a wonderful experience. The store environment was beautiful and so were the dresses! I had a hard time picking a dress and was worried about taking too long in the store but Lindsay made me feel at ease and was so helpful in making my choice. Could not recommend the experience enough! Thank you Lindsay and Pronovias!

My fiancé and I are getting married next week Pronovias Boston has lied about completing alterations since July. After my fiancés first fitting in July, nothing was completed before her second fitting in early September. At the second fitting, Pronovias Boston promised that they would have the dress done by September 30th. We then got a call on September 30th and they notified us that NOTHING had been done to the dress. NOTHING since July. They have continued to lie and provide empty promises. This business is clearly trying to force customers to wait until the last minute so they have a chance to take your money by forcing you to wait until literally a day or two before your wedding. Pronovias Boston does not have the decency or intelligence to be honest about their professional ineptitude so that you can take your dress somewhere else sooner. BE WARNED. Do not trust Pronovias Boston to alter your dress on time or to provide you accurate updates. They also are shipping their dresses off-site and have no idea on the status of the dresses or when they will be returned. We went to the store to pick-up the dress and take it somewhere else. We were told we cannot take it because it is not there and they cannot get the dress today. The entire business is a sham, unprofessional, and should be investigated by consumer fraud. We finally had the manager email us, to have it in writing, that she would be there at 9am the next day so that we could finally pick up the dress and take it somewhere else. We showed up at 9am and absolutely no one from Pronovias Boston was there. We emailed the manager and got no response. Then, at 9:30am, the manager finally showed up. The entire experience was disappointing and had the potential to ruin our wedding. Thankfully, we finally were able to take the dress somewhere else. DO NOT trust Pronovias Boston.

Had a wonderful time with my mom and aunt finding my dress. Marelen was the Pronovia associate working with me, and she was absolutely fantastic and made it such a fun and smooth experience from start to finish. I also loved all the dresses I tried on and am very happy with my choice!

I had the best experience at Pronovias. I had been wedding dress shopping at another place and I am so glad I ended up here. Paige was super helpful, listening to what I liked and disliked about the dresses I tried on, and she kept pulling dresses for me until I found the one. My experience was very easygoing and calm, and I never felt rushed to make a decision and I tried on dresses as many times as I wanted to. I am already so excited to go back for my fitting!

I was in town for the weekend and couldnt stop thinking about a couple of dresses - they were able to squeeze me in last minute and Myrlie helped me find THE dress. I wasnt even thinking about it and would never have given it a second look, but once she saw my venue and pulled it for me to try, it was perfect!Great service, great people - highly recommend!

Teresa was super friendly and helpful, and I really enjoyed working with her.However, this store is unfortunately not body positive and made me feel really self conscious. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone would over size 10 in bridal. My bridal size is 14 and they didnt have a single dress I could try on close to my size. One of the gowns i got to try on was bridal size 10 and the other was bridal size 20. Plus, i was told multiple times that pronovias doesn’t do much plus size! It is highly disappointing that such an amazing designer is sponsoring a store where real person sizes aren’t appreciated.

My mother-in-law and I both had a wonderful experience at Pronovias Boston. Paige and the other stylists were all so helpful and fun to talk to. I definitely recommend this store and designer to all the brides in the New England area!

I initially gave this store a 5-star review because paige and the seamstress staff were so sweet and pleasant to work with, but i was very disappointed with the alterations processi understand the pandemic caused difficulties for every business but EVERY SINGLE ONE of my alterations appointments were rescheduled to a different date or time, despite making them at the fittings weeks in advance. this included my final fitting which was pushed from two weeks out from my wedding to just one week and the bustle wasnt finished. when i went to pick up my dress the day before my wedding i had an appointment promptly at open at 11 and wasnt seen until 11:45. there was a large crease in the front of my dress that was created during that alterations process (Wasnt there at first fitting) that i kept being assured would be taken care of, but it wasnt. I had a v neck line and the threads inside the dress and the cups were visible at certain angles, i was told the threads would be cut before I left but they werent. i had a long train so there was a double bustle but it continuously came undone and the both loops ended up breaking during dinner (before dancing) and i had to hold the dress all night.the dress is beautiful and well-made and paige was wonderful but I think this store is just poorly managed and overbooked. everything was always running late and being rescheduled. i wish i had gotten it altered somewhere else, the process was stressful and details were missed

I just left Pronovias and can hands down say this is the BEST bridal shop in Boston, and I’ve done the circuit. The dressing room is absolutely gorgeous, the dresses are so beautiful and well taken care of, the prices are super reasonable, and my consultant Isabelle was TOP NOTCH!! She was so sweet, informative and not pushy in the slightest. All of the pushy salespeople at the other shops were really turning me off and she was a breath of fresh air. There are three dresses at this shop that I am in love with, and one of these will definitely be my dress. Thank you Isabelle and Pronovias Boston!! You made my day!

Pronovias was the first place I went dress shopping and the service was fantastic! While I didn’t end up choosing a dress here, Marlene was just incredible!!! She was so attentive to my family, friends, and I and so incredibly responsive and helpful from the FaceTime chat we had before the dress day through the actual appointment. I wish all of my bridesmaids could’ve been there in person, but they were all on zoom due to Covid, but Marlene still made them feel incorporated and a part of the experience. Cannot rave enough about her and the boutique. The dresses she chose based off of our one conversation were spot on and absolutely stunning!!! I had so much fun doing it and I’m not even a person who enjoys all of the pomp and circumstance of trying on clothes much less dresses! It was a phenomenal experience. Thank you Marlene for making it a memorable one!

I came for a sample sale with a dirt cheap budget. Myrlie kept as close as possible to my price range showcasing the amazing dresses that were anything but plain. Even though I was a frugal, I got the full experience that made me feel so special. Some shops make you insecure when your budget is low but Pronovias went the extra mile!

Had my appointment there recently and couldnt be more happy. I was going there with one dress in mind, when they called to confirm the appointment they said they werent sure if they had that specific dress but would pull similar styles... got there and they had the dress! Everything was perfect, the store is beautiful and everyone was so nice and helpful. My consultant knew exactly what I was looking for and I ended up leaving with my dream gown and a perfect veil go to with it!

Paige was extremely professional, knowledgable of the dresses, and highly skilled at her profession. The pre-appointment FaceTime was very helpful and got me really excited to try on dresses! She picked up on my style and wants right away and new exactly which dresses I would love. The store was absolutely beautiful and clean and the dresses were kept in immaculate condition.Furthermore, their immense selection and variety of different styles of dresses was very impressive. I felt very safe as far as screening goes with hand sanitizing at the front door, temperature checks, and social distancing. My party and I were kept far away from the other party trying on dresses and I never once felt uncomfortable. Paige never made me feel pressured to choose a dress and made me feel extremely comfortable to share my likes and dislikes about the dresses. I found my dream wedding dress at Pronovias and I highly recommend anyone looking for a wedding dress to try Pronovias! Its been 2 days and I already want to try my dress on again! :)

I only tried 3 dresses and directly fall in love with the first one, best consultant ever to directly get my style and help me. I found my dress pre-quarantine and had my first fitting early March... unfortunately COVID-19 made me wait but as soon as retail opened in MA they called me back for my final fitting and the dress was perfect! It looks better than I ever expected - their seamstress is amazing!!! The Boston store gives great and personal service, they are truly invested in you and your big day!

I had the best experience here with my aunties and bridesmaids. Kelsey was so fun, upbeat, energetic and made our day very special. I tried on so many dresses during the appointment and Kelsey picked a dress I never would have imagined trying on (I was focused on having long sleeves and lace, etc.) but this ended up being the most beautiful one- it was perfect! and actually made my aunt cry. I told the sales lady (Lindsay) what I wanted to try on and what I liked, and she was too lazy to take it off the mannequin to let me try it on. She also constantly disappeared to nowhere and did not seem to care at all if I like the dresses.

I just started wedding dress shopping and really had no idea how long things took and had never tried on dresses before. I walked out an hour later with my wedding dress ordered :). Lindsay was my consultant and she was absolutely amazing !!! She picked a few dresses for me to try on and surprisingly I liked them more than I thought. She has a really good eye and listened well to my tastes. What drew me initially to the styles in the show rooms as the mix and match collection. She went and found a simple speak white dress from the unconventional line and paired it with a very full skirt from the mix and match line. The pairing was absolutely perfect and gorgeous. It was very me and not something Id ever think of doing. We then accesorized and ended up with a customized look that was completely my style. I had so much fun dress shopping and the other ladies in the boutique were sooo sweet and helpful and welcoming as well. Id recommend any bride to go to this boutique ! So many different options and the ability to wear my accessories and wedding pieces again ? Huge plus. The prices are also very reasonable for such beautiful pieces. Never did I expect to walk out Ioving and buying something today. I couldnt be happier with my dress and Im soooo excited to wear it!!! The ladies at this boutique made wedding dress shopping so incredibly easy and fun. Its daunting sometimes when you think of all the options so someone like Lindsay is a huge help.
