Great experience

This store is a fantastic and necessary location for Cricket. Service is phenomenal the staff is very friendly and informative. To quote Tim, one of the employees working the first day I entered this store, My goal is to make you leave the store with a smile on your face today. He absolutely succeeded in that goal even though I entered the store less than happy.Very briefly, I was sent a defective Idol 3 that wouldnt read my new Cricket SIM card. I ordered it online (worth noting that the authorized retailers are independent from the online store and cannot accept returns/issue new phones on site.) Tim, with the help of his boss Jordan over the phone, helped me so that I could use the new Cricket SIM card in my old Verizon phone while I waited for the replacement phone to arrive.I accidentally sent back the entire package the phone came in (SIM tool, charger, manuals, etc.) When the replacement phone arrived, I couldnt open the SIM card tray. Upon my return to this store, Jordan was behind the counter and remembered me from the phone conversation the week before. He gave me a SIM card tool and charger for free. I would absolutely recommend this store (and Cricket for that matter) to anyone. Thanks for all your help guys!

Excelent service, awesome plans

Customer service is the best, ported in my number and he transferred all my information to the new device I bought, he was very nice to do that, he really had to work with me for like an hour transferring everything for me. Good plans and good rates. Recommended
