The guy over here was very friendly and likes to help. Very appreciate that.

First of all, this place is inside security. Secondly I called them in advance to check on the part I needed and told them I lived in the neighborhood. They did not tell me and totally wasted my time waiting outside security for 20 minutes to come out.

They had the macbook pro cable i needed when i needed it, and the service was polite, friendly and helpful.

The worst customer service Ive had in over a decade. The sales associate was rude and condensending and I have purchased a number of headphones at this location.
