I normally do not write reviews, but Sophia was just so amazing in helping me choose my first Alhambra necklace for my birthday! She was so sweet, down-to-earth, and helpful. I scheduled an appointment for 1 pm, which lasted about an hour. I felt pampered the entire time. I never felt rushed and Sophia went to great lengths to make sure I was leaving with a piece I loved. Because I was torn between two necklaces, she explained to me in detail the 30-day return policy in case I wanted to return my necklace for another piece. She was extremely patient with me and offered me and my S/O chocolates and beverages. This was such a special experience Ill always remember. Thank you so much, Sophia and VCA Boston!

My boyfriend purchased a necklace during Valentines and I was so excited when I saw it but I noticed some black marks around the ring clasp. I immediately called my local store to have them look into it. Ulysses was excellent and was able to advice. I decided to exchange it and he was so patient and helpful with all our questions.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I went in today to have a few links removed from a watch I bought online. Turns out the battery was dead (at that point they were not sure if it was the battery or the mechanism). The LOVELY woman at customer service suggested I check with the retailer I bought it from to see if it was covered under the warranty. I was lazy so asked them to just change the battery. They told me the turn around would be 24 hours. I left and called the retailer in the end--turns out it was covered. SO I returned to the store to collect my watch. It had only been about 20 minutes and they already changed the battery--but she was kind enough to not charge me ANYTHING and actually apologized--even though it was my choice to leave the watch. I have worked in jewelry at SAKS and Neiman Marcus--I have never seen just genuine, incredible customer service. And, the repair was perfect. I will certainly return.
