A little over 2 years ago I went into this store, and bought an engraved pocket watch for my husband as a gift for the birth of our first child. He has taken especially good care of the watch, but for some reason the top of it just popped off the other day! I took it to 3 different watch repair stores that refused to fix it. Not knowing what else to do, I took it back to this store today to see if they had replacement parts. Debbie who was working, was not only apologetic, but she offered to replace to watch, and re-engrave it.. for free. I dont know many places that would do all of this to make you feel appreciated. Debbie even spoke to my toddler, and made the entire process easy. This was probably one of the best retail experiences I have ever had!. Thank you Debbie!

Would not return to store if i can help it! Entered the store no employee to greet or offer assistance. I was in a hurry and was hoping someone would come and asked if i needed help but noone approached me. The only employee in the store was busy helping another man that i understand but i wished she would have acknowledge me and let me know she would be available to help me if i needed assistance. Having had experience working in retail as well as a strong customer service background i know how a customer is SUPPOSED to be treated. And I DID NOT feel like I was welcomed in the store at all.

No way, I will order anything from them again.Very unprofessional staff, dont know what they are doing, not helpful at all.If you can avoid this store.
