Great Service, knowledgeable staff and high quality work regardless of the job.My first visit to this local jeweler was a re-con visit. I needed a new battery for my Tag Heuer watch, which I can get done anywhere. There is however a tiny detail when replacing a battery in a luxury chronograph, that is to reset the the stopwatch function to zero. Most jewelry stores do not do this, if they even know how. That was four years ago.Since that time I have had jewelry repaired, appraised, window shopped and made purchases. I was always afforded the same courtesy and respect regardless of what kind of trip is was. Thats just me, my wife like them too, at least thats what my CC statements would tell me from time to time.There are a few high-end, boutique jewelers in the area, Ive visited them all. This is the one I chose for all my jewelry needs.

I love my new ring! It is simple and elegant. I came into their shop needing to have my diamond reset after having a horrible experience from another jeweler. Rich went above and beyond sending me beautiful sketches of custom rings using my side stones and diamond. Ultimately, I decided to go with a very classic simple setting. So I originally got my wife’s ring from Costco but it was about 4 sizes to big and needed some big work. I took it to Rich and Katrina over at K & Co. and that was probably the best decision I’ve made. With the ring being so big, the work it needed would have actually hurt the ring so they offered to design a ring similar at a comparable price and they did not disappoint. The ring looked identical to the original that my wife loved and actually had a bigger stone of better quality with the price being the same. I have been buying jewelry here for my wife and daughters for the last 5 years. I cannot say enough good stuff about them. They are like the old school family jeweler that you build a relationship with and become friends and family with. When my wife passed away from her cancer, they shut down their business for the day to come to the funeral. Later they worked me to design infinity pendants with their Moms and their birthstones and made them there. They are a beautiful keepsake that they will always have from their Mom. I can tell you I will be a customer for life with them and could not be happier about that!

They do fine skilled work on repairs and sell beautiful items including watches, wedding rings, and ladies necklaces, earrings, etc.! Parking is easy in their private lot. They have business hours on T-Sat. I have referred others to them and we are all pleased. Pricing is reasonable for the work done.
