Excellent service! I have a watch that was a gift from my wife, and the watch wasn’t working properly. So, I dropped it off for a free assessment to see what the team could do. The team assessed and completed the repair work faster than they promised, the watch now works perfectly, and it also looks like they took great care of the watch (it’s a bit cleaner now!) I was coming from Indiana on my way to a wedding in Florida and needed a quick battery change for my watch. Yezzie answered the phone with complete friendliness and told me to swing in and they would have me taken care of in 10 minutes or less. Sure enough, when I arrived there a few hours later, it only took minutes!

As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by a well dressed and polite man named Scott. He asked me how he could be of service and I began to tell him the story behind a piece of jewelry that meant a lot to my girlfriend. A family member that my girlfirend was very close to passed away recently and so she wore her necklace at all times until the clasp began to fail. She was upset that she could not wear it any longer. After Scott listened to my story attentively, he began to examine the necklace. He demonstrates his knowledge by explaining to me what the necklace was made of and answering all my questions quickly and efficiently. He recommended a new clasp and o-ring, it looked perfect! He then took the necklace to the back and had it fixed, cleaned, and boxed up professionally. Later that night I presented the necklace to my girlfriend over dinner and candlelight and the first thing she noticed is how clean it was, the gold necklace and the diamond piece were sparkling! The second thing she noticed is the new clasp and how it looked like it was made for that particular necklace because it matched in color and size so well. She then proceeded to wrap her arms around my neck and hug me for an extended period of time while tears rolled down her face. She was so happy. So excited! Received my wedding ring and a couple other pieces back today after being repaired - all three came out beautifully! Very friendly service, Yezzie was so sweet and made sure I had my jewelry back in record time! Highly recommend and the repair prices were very reasonable.

They did great service when I had them replace my battery on my Filson watch. They also do pressure testing on their watches when they do battery replacement. Not bad price too. I think I laid $15 for battery replacement.

I trust this place. Over the years I have gone there for little things such as watch repair. While their jewelry is mostly out of my price range, I got to where I valued the staff and their knowledge. When it later came time for me to purchase a quality piece of jewelry (Ill let you guess the occasion), this is where I returned and I must say that impressed me. They were able to work with my budget, gave me great customer service, and the whole experience was delightful. They have my loyalty.

I had a great experience with this business. I came in to get my wedding ring reshaped after it warped from being caught on a door handle. When I gave my engagement ring to them to be fitted into the newly reshaped ring, they immediately cautioned that my engagement ring was in need of repair to keep the center stone from falling out.Always a skeptic, I pressed for more information and they walked me through the process of how the stone was set, how the prongs wear down over time, etc, etc. They compared my ring with others under a microscope and made sure I was fully informed.They quoted me a great price for resetting the stone and soldering the two rings together, and on top of it all they cleaned the other ring I was wearing as well.The work on my wedding ring took about a week.These guys are honest and straight-forward and are all about inspiring loyalty in their customers. Definitely a great place to call home for your jewelry needs.

I recently had a great experience with the sales team, I dropped off two watches to be repaired. The watches after they cleaned and finished with the repairs looked as good as the day I purchased them. The repair person on site is extremely knowledgeable not only on watches, but the entire scope of diamonds and jewelry in general. I truly recommend this fine and unique repair shop.

If zero stars were an option, I would certainly leave a zero star review.I get my engagement ring repaired at JC Penney and they send it off to Service Jewelry Repair in Brentwood, TN. I have had to send my ring off to them four times now. The most recent time - about a month ago - I sent it off because two stones had fallen off (again). I had previously sent off 3 other times for the same issue. The instructions were very clear that two stones needed to be replaced and all stones needed to be tightened to ensure no more stones would continue falling off. After waiting a month for my ring to come back, only one of the stones was replaced. If Service Jewelry Repair were doing the right job and inspecting the ring correctly, they would not have a frustrated and disappointed customer.

Sent them my Omega Seamaster Professional via Assurant and the service was quick and the watch is working again flawlessly and it got a polish!
