Cora worked with us to include our ideas and give us expert design guidance too - the ring is just beautiful and Ill treasure it always. Now my beloved and I are having Lindells working on our wedding bands and know already that well love them. One very special quality of their customer service is that they give you the benefit of their expertise but also genuinely include the your wishes in the design process. And last but not least their goldsmith Christina did such intricate beautiful work on my engagement ring!

I didnt realize the difference in jewelry stores until I went to Lindells. The pieces in their store are works of art! They have traditional timeless pieces but the majority of the place is pieces you wont see anywhere else. And, if you have an idea for something you would like, they will work with you to design a custom one of a kind piece. They are helpful, knowledgeable and creative. I would highly recommend.

Im new to the Nashville area and just recently asked the love of my life to marry me. Before I proposed, I wanted to find a smaller jeweler because I knew they would be able to offer me personal, detailed, and quality service. I searched around the Nashville area and struck gold when I found Ms. Carolyn! I inquired online and she called me back and left the sweetest voicemail. I talked with jewelers, visited many stores, read and researched all about diamonds, and looked at many diamonds. I can tell you confidently and happily that Ms. Carolyn only carries excellent diamonds! The one I picked out was beautiful and clear. I developed a good eye for seeing inclusions, black spots, and other flaws in diamonds and the one I found for Gracie is excellent! Ms. Carolyn worked with me and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for.Overall, it was a great experience and I plan on going back to her. One of the most important things you need in a jeweler is trust. Ms. Carolyn has been in the jewelry business for many years and is one to trust. After going to so many shops with my fiancé, I was convinced that no jeweler was really going to understand what I wanted. Every jeweler tried to push something on me even after I brought pictures and described what I wanted. Lindell was SO totally different! After five minutes talking with the staff they were recommending wedding rings that were timeless, and my style, instead of just what was popular right now. My husband and I ended up custom designing a ring based on a picture, and a ring they had in the shop. The ring maker sent us detailed photos and blueprints before she casted the ring. The shop worked with us on price, and on adding in two diamonds from my grandmothers wedding ring. This shop is THE BEST! I couldnt be happier!!

I brought in some family trinkets (bracelet and a ring) that needed repair and a thorough cleaning. Although the items were not monetarily valuable, they meant a lot to me because my grandmother gave them to me before she passed away. I was extremely pleased with the service and attention to detail. Every customer gets treated graciously regardless of how much you spend. Once I received my jewelry back, tears welled up in my eyes. The jewelry looked brand new and even better than when my grandmother wore them originally!

OverpricedIm all for shopping local and having small business make a profit.... but $20 to have two watch batteries replaced is a bit steep. In addition, no one called to let me know the items were ready....I had to follow up with them. Unfortunately, Ill have to find someone else to change batteries going forward.
