Love metro. Nice people

Hello Everyone,I just recently went to Metro PCS in Broken Arrow to switch over because this plan is less expensive than T Mobile. Erin is very nice, personable, and knowledgeable! She was a tremendous help with getting pictures and everything transferred from my old phone to my new phone! In fact, Erin had helped me again tonight with getting the rest of my pictures transferred to my new phone. If anyone is looking to transfer over to Metro PCS, I would highly recommend you go see Erin at the Broken Arrow location! Erin is there every day except for Sunday. Im sure the other employees are helpful too; however, Erin just happened to be the employee whom had assisted me when I went in for the first time this past Saturday.😀🌙

I visited the store in broken arrow, Oklahoma and purchased an upgrade. Within 15minutes I knew the phone wouldnt work for me(Revvl4+). I returned to the store and was told there was nothing they could do for me besides sell me a new phone at full price. Horrible customer service.

Today is 06/05/ 2019I went to this store this morning to pay my bill because I forgot to pay my bill last night. I own a cleaning business and I was late to work because my I had no data for the GPS. I waited for 30 minutes in front of the store because it only opened at 9:00, so around 8;50 the employee walked in and locked the door behind him so I waited 8 more minutes. I stepped out of my car and went to check to see if it was opened but it was still locked. At 9:05 he decided to open the door making me even more late to work. First thing he toldMe was don’t you ever pull the door when is locked wait into I open the store. I told him that I just checked to see if it was opened because it was after 9;00 . He asked me how can I help you and I told him that I need to pay my bill, so he asked for my number and he stopped looked at me and told me, you know what I’m not doing not a f.... thing for you, get the f out of here . Pay your bill somewhere else.It is the second time this guy treated me this way. I wish I knew the owner to call him and inform him the he will be losing a lot of business if this guy continues to work for him.I’m a father a husband aBusiness men and I treat every one respectfully. I also made a complaint to metro PCS

I chose this location honestly based on reading the reviews between the two Broken Arrow stores. This location had much better reviews. I couldnt agree more, the gentleman was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the products and in store specials and service plans. I felt like I got an amazing deal, more than I figured would be offered. Very impressed, I highly recommend this location. It will be my go to store from now on.

Id say Metro offers the best month-to-month service available. They have good deals for new customers and all the top devices. They even have a way for a new customer to pay for the latest devices over a period of several months, provided the customer has a bank account.

I love this store absolutely AMAZING!!!! Great customer service, fast and definitely knows all there products and promotions. This is the best store Ill go to. This Metro is a lot better now with there new employees they moved to this store.

Great services very happy with the people that works there, Gus was super nice and helped me with everything.

Guy was rude, impatient, treated me like I was a bother even though the store was empty. Argued with me that my phone wasnt unlocked even though all Google Pixel phones are unlocked out of the box, which he laughed at me when I told him. Told me I could pick one of the free devices, but oh, not the tablet, thats a different deal according to him even though nothing anywhere says its a different deal. F this guy.

Just not impressed love metro PCS just not this store. To b fair I came here twice first time I came to this store was a strange visit. Second time was ok but Id rather just drive the extra 20-25 mines an go to one of the other stores.

The store on 91stand Elm I s top grade. They all were friendly, helpful and overall best experience Ive ever had with cell phone service!!!
