My phone suffered water damage while on vacation, out of town. I took it to a local shop there, but they werent able to fix it. They called another store for me, but they werent able to fix it either. A week later, after returning home, I took it to Phone Doctors inside Reasors, in BA. I explained the situation, and expressed how important it was to save my phone. Aside from the normal personal things, we also had pictures and videos with a family member who recently passed away. Juan took great of us, performed a water damage cleaning, ordered & various replaced parts, and was finally able to get all my data out of it for a full back-up! They then compared various options for keeping vs. replacing, costs, timing, etc to help me arrive on the best resolution, with no pressure. They transferred my back-up to an external hard drive I brought in, then transferred everything to my replacement device the next day, when it arrived. I was up & running, like nothing ever happened (and had a full, external back-up to take with me). I am so appreciative of their customer-centric approach, really listening to me, and beating the slim odds with this challenging situation...not to mention delivering all of that for a surprisingly low cost.. I highly recommend Juan and their team!!

Super fast. Super easy. No issues. Replaced my screen in less than an hour. Charged what they quoted. In & out just like I wanted it.

I got my phone screen fixed one month ago for $150. I was told they would fix the camera too, which they didnt. I literally just dropped my phone on the floor ONCE and the screen cracked in multiple spots, even with a new screen protector on it. Im assuming its cheap glass, and unless you buy their $30 screen protector you arent getting good quality. My original iPhone XR screen didnt even crack for over 2 years WITHOUT a screen protector, even when I dropped it on the ground. I recommend just having Apple do it. At least you know its the same quality as before.

Called at 4 in the afternoon and 2 gentlemen at the store were able to replace the display on my iPhone XR and return phone to me the same day. The repair was fast and no signs of the repair, no marks on the chassis and they even charged and cleaned the phone. The pricing was cheaper than the other fix stores by more than $50! Great job if you are in Broken Arrow, stop by, drop off your phone while you do your shopping at Reasors.

We went to the phone doctors in the reasons in broken arrow ok. I had a brand new phone and needed help getting it set up. The two fellows that help me were extremely professional.

Mr. Christian showed hospitality and kindness from the initial contact point through phone.He made sure to mention that my charging port issue could be due to lint or dirt trapped in my port and he would be more than happy to clean it for free before assuming that the port itself needed to be replaced.After sending my girlfriend to drop it off with him as I was working, he cleaned it in less than 2 minutes and I had my phone perfectly operating in less than a 10 minute span of my girlfriend bringing it to him.

I was experiencing issues with my Apps crashing, I went to the store inside Reasors in BA. Upon arrival I was greeted by Cesar and Burak, both were professional and very knowledgeable, Cesar was able to fix my problem as well as show me and explain various settings. He made suggestions to make things easier for me. He was patient and extremely helpful. I would highly suggest utilizing Phones Doctor for ALL your phone needs.

Went in with a charging issue on my Samsung smart phone. He went right to work on it, dug out more lint and fuzz than in Chris Farleys (in his heyday) navel. Within 10 minutes he had it cleaned out, charging and ready to go. He also told me what to do if it happens again, perhaps more importantly what not to do in cleaning charging port. I like this place and the techs that work at this location seem to know what they’re doing and do a great job of quick repairs. I had to bring my iPhone 11 in because of a damaged screen. Apple, due to Covid, would not be able to help for several weeks. PhoneDoctors replaced my screen with a new one and a screen protector in under 45 minutes. A few weeks later, a mysterious anomaly appeared on the bottom of my screen. Not sure what it was, I took it back in a second time. They told me it was a factory defect and they replaced it again free of charge. Excellent. Last night, I realized that the screen had literally fallen right out of the body of the iPhone, like it hadn’t been secured well enough. I took it back in a third time this evening and they replaced it, again, free of charge. This repair took under an hour, which is great. Well, it looks like I’ll have to take it in for the fourth time because now my faceID does not work and when I turn my phone to landscape mode, one of the widget screens appears, obstructing the picture in landscape mode. These guys do a great job at repairs, but it seems as though maybe they’re overlooking small things to have a good turnaround time. Not a major issue at all, but just a nuisance if one has to keep returning to the store. I will give immense credit to the techs working this past evening for taking my phone in about an hour before closing time and repairing it, though. For that I am thankful!

I took my iPhone in yesterday for a broken speaker and screen and my phone was also not charging and had a “short” took it in to get it fixed to be told they couldn’t fix my speaker and I’d have to leave my phone for two weeks. I ended up just getting my screen fixed he said my phones charger port was just dusty. After I came home plugged my phone into multiple chargers it still won’t hold a charge and it shortening out so I’m assuming he didn’t look further into the problem. They did fix the screen really well and pretty quickly

My 1st experience was having a medication called in and the doctor called in a tablet and not a gel tablet that the medication only comes in the pharmacy tried for days to called the phone number that was called in with no luck of getting him so I it was not a good experience.

I talked with an employee 7 months ago for pricing on an Apple Watch 4 screen repair. I was quoted $250. I called yesterday and was told $60. I drove across town and was told $450!!!!!!! No apology or explanation. I asked for the name of the employee that worked the night before and it was the same employee. Confused, irritated, and overall disappointed. The company reached out to me and offered an explanation and offered a discounted price. After dealing with Alex and a customer service representative I feel like the company overall is interested in all their customers’ best interests. I will continue to use them in the future. Just maybe not this location.

I went in to inquire about the tempered glass screen and decided to purchase and have it put on my phone. Bought the lifetime warranty too just in case it ever needs to be replaced.While I was there I asked Tim about my phones vibration sounding extremely loud as it had been for months. I had just turned the vibration off so I wouldnt have to listen to the terrible rattling noise it was making. Tim said hed take a look at it while I was there and he was installing the screen. He opened it up, said it was just a loose screw, and fixed it on the spot!My phone looks great with the new screen protector and no more annoying vibration rattle. I also purchased the Whoosh screen cleaner. It works great and stores perfectly in a little pocket in my purse. When I run out they do free refills on the solution.Very satisfied customer! Excellent service! AT&T told me I needed a new speaker or should buy a new phone, for $800. I went to Phone Doctor and met Tim who said all I needed was the speaker cleaned. Ive used Phone Doctors twice, once to replace a broken screen and once to see if a water damaged phone could be repaired. Both times Tim and the staff was friendly, conversational, and attentive. The broken screen was repaired quickly and reasonably. Although the water damage phone could not be resurrected, I got detailed and honest feedback to ensure that I understood what had happened and why. I highly recommend them for any of your phone repair needs.
