Theyre somewhat pushy when making a sale, but they arent totally rude. If you get a car from here, I definitely recommend shopping around and getting a loan from a bank or something. My sister was going to get a 2020 Fiat from there, and the interest was way too much, so she went to the bank and got interest at less than half what they offered.

This was one of my worst experiences.1. The company doesnt not rent vehicles.2. My truck was kept for 3 weeks.3. They did not call me when my vehicle was ready, as they promised to do so.4. Additional charges were added to my bill.5. I had already repaired the things they added to my bill before I took my truck to this dealership.6. As I was leaving the parking lot my truck ran out of gas.7. The repairs the company so called did to my vehicle created more problems with my truck.I ended up taking my truck to Jackson to be fully repaired.

I received a letter from the MS Dept of Public Safety that my Jeep (that I bought here) has an airbag recall and to take it in and get repaired immediately. The letter stated a loaner car or towing service is available. I called Jeff Wilson and two people said they can not and will not loan me a car to drive while they are repairing it. They also refused to make the fix immediately saying they would make an appointment for sometime next week. I explained my last two Jeeps were bought at Jeff Wilson but my, next one sure won’t come from here. They said, “that’s fine but we can’t help you.”I’m sure it is fine. For me! I’ll get better service. What a joke.I stay extremely disappointed in jeff wilson’s lack of customer service. Get it together!

They wouldnt let me get the blue 2014 Malibu that I wanted but instead they come at me with this lil 2018 Nissan Versa for a waste of $380 a month and the door speakers are busted and sound so distorted n I really dont like or care for nissans especially lil small cars smh.. My Next car will be from somewhere else that has better deals and cheaper notes..

In the parking lot over 14 minutes in the truck Im interested in, taking pics, walking around it, staring at it and not a soul in site to answer any question but a phone number on the truck... Ill pass with my business elsewhere.2 stars for the selections they have.
