I arrived at approximately 7:40 a.m. to have 4 tires mounted on my Tahoe. I informed the service man on arrival that I would be waiting in waiting room. I sat there with only 1 other customer until 11:30. I looked behind me and saw my vehicle in the parking lot outside. Not sure if it was ready or not, I proceeded to service area and asked if they had started on my vehicle yet. A different employee searched in the computer and said “Yes, it’s ready. You can go see Kristy to pay at window.” Kristy was very nice and efficient. She told me that there would be a 3% charge (on $900 tires) for using my debit card, but I think she felt bad about my experience and waived that charge (thank you, Kristy!). After paying, the man that I saw when I pulled up initially apologized and said that it had just come back 30 minutes earlier. Not sure if that was really the case or not. They had sublet the job to Firestone nearby unknowingly to me. I would’ve appreciated at least a few updates within the 4 hours, especially since he walked by me numerous times in and out without even looking at me. I understand there are certain situations that can’t be avoided, but I really felt there was a total lack of communication.

Had a 7:00 am appointment. I really wanted a good wash job but I was told it was too early for that. The car washers were not in yet. Other than that, was very satisfied.

Very impressed. Cody, Eric, Will, Chad, Caleb, Steve and DC always take care of my car with such great care. They go the extra mile. Dwight Jasper is the best Salesman hands down. It’s always a pleasurable experience with Stan King.

I had to walk out of Stan Kings service center today without receiving any actual service for the second time. I arrived shortly after opening for a simple oil change/rotation. After 2 plus hours the service team had managed to drive the vehicle in rotate the tires and drive back to the parking lot and leave it.After watching multiple people arrive, get service, and leave before me I literally had had enough. When I approached the service manager the only answer was well...we are busy and I have 3 guys changing oil.OK. Great. So there were going to get to it right away and take care of the customer right?Nope. Just handed me my keys. No three strikes for this business. Two has been plenty.

We had an awesome experience. After totaling my Tahoe in January, I was DREADING having to deal with the process of buying another one. Thankfully, these guys made it easy. Kline is the BEST salesman I have ever dealt with and he went out of his way to make us happy. My husband is hard to please and trying to say the least but, Kline went above and beyond to make us happy! From Paxton to Kline to the finance man Seth, it was an all around great experience.

I can honestly say since I’ve had my vehicle I’ve always gotten my oil change and tires rotated and have been very pleased. On the 13th of Jan I brought my car in to get engine light serviced. Paid $385 for a bad sensor and thermostat and labor car has been loosing antifreeze since! Was told to bring car in this morning dropped it off around 7:30 no one even looked at my vehicle. Will not be using these services again.

Fantastic service and very fair with their pricing on my used car. I drove up 4 hours from Pensacola for a used car I had been looking everywhere for. They only had it on the lot a day, so with that and me willing to drive all that way and they could have had their way with me. Instead they stayed open lated, gave me a number for my trade other dealers had offered, and came down significantly on their price. Financing also very fair and professional. Everyone we talked to was as nice as could be. To top it off they threw in some hats and a king cake (that deserves its own review). Small town courtesy and service with big city professionalism and products. Thanks, guys.

Service was friendly and professional but I recommend that an oil change/lube job includes a The Works package (brake inspection, general auto check, etc.) and that ratings are itemized on the receipt as to how each item checked out.

Had an appointment for 8 in the morning and at 915, I questioned when my vehicle would be back for service. After a short conversation, it was noted that my vehicle had been pushed to the bottom of the pile. I asked for keys back and left the facility and went somewhere else. I also purchased the service plan and asked for a refund on the plan. I have never had good service here. The crew is rude and dont like answering questions.

My initial experience with repair work to my SUV was very disappointing. I went back to the dealership and spoke directly to Paxton King and he, in turn, took my concerns directly to Cody in the service department. It turns out there was a bit of a communication problem and once that was sorted out the change was amazing! One of my biggest concerns was feeling as if they werent doing their best. They corrected this by calling me and keeping me updated as they worked with GMAC to track down the problem with an error message that repeatedly resurfaced and caused a dangerous loss of engine power. The staff continued their commitment to customer care by providing us with a loaner. And not just any loaner. One that specifically addressed my needs for a vehicle that my disabled husband could easily get in and out of and that also accommodated my service dog. Stan King Superstore showed an unflagging commitment to seeing us safely back on the road. There are many dealerships in our area, but I believe that not one of them can hold a candle to Stan King Superstore. An amazing experience!

I have been spoiled through the years with car buying due to family members in the business. All my contacts in the business have retired over ten years ago. I dreaded buying a vehicle because of having to deal with all the extra effort to go in and buy a vehicle at a fair price. I just bought my first vehicle from Stan King GMC and it will not be my last. Everyone was friendly, honest and made the whole process hassle free. I will definitely buy vehicles from them in the future.

I saw a great deal on a jeep wrangler on the dealer web site. I did some research on the internet to determine the value of my trade and the value of the jeep. Paxton King was not willing to budge on his price of the jeep and he under priced my vehicle by $3000. The dealership only wanted to deal with my trade in value and not their jeep. I checked out the web site a day later to see if there was any change in the price of the jeep and they had increased the price by $1300. I guess this was to make the customer believe they were willing to deal by going down to the original asking price. Be careful going to this dealership and make sure you know the value of what you are buying and what your trade in is worth or you will get a bad deal.

While waiting...Hot DELIOUS coffee was available to customers.Mr Caleb was very professionals over the phone and in person.I only wonder....Why when I TOOK my Pontiac Montana in for a problem...which was then diagnoined & Paid in full some 300. 00.The exact problem occurred again.. less than a week! Well the current problem is quad tripled with other added technician diagnosis. How could that be???? Never was these brought to our attention the first visit.Interesting to say the least.

I bought a 2011 GMC Acadia here. Adam King was the one that sold me the vehicle. Clean car fax. The battery was dead on the car when I went to test drive it, also. Adam assured me something must have been left on. Everything was going smooth and I thought I was getting a good deal until the financing process at my bank. They informed me that Stan King gave me the wrong value on the vehicle because he gave me a write up for 25,000 when they were asking 18,900 on their website. My bank called them and they lowered the price and I purchased the car. A week or so later I was having some issues with the vehicle and took it to their repair shop where they replaced motor mounts and power steering pump. Fast forward about a year or so. I decided I wanted to trade my car in. I went to another dealership which informed me that my car had been in a major accident. WHAT? I went to Stan King where they printed off my car fax and there it was, MAJOR ACCIDENT. This information was NOT disclosed to me by Adam King. I requested a car fax, which he gave to me, FOR ANOTHER ACADIA. It was a major case of dealer fraud. Paxton King did not care that they screwed me on the vehicle and didn’t offer to make anything right. Turns out there’s an issue with the wiring in the vehicle which causes it to run dead if I don’t crank the car daily. I also had the air conditioning go out, traction control malfunction, and stabilitrak malfunction. I’m now consulting with a lawyer to see what my options are. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER!

The design of the antenna housing was such that water was able to get into the antenna,and cause corrosion which made the GPS fail. I feel that GM should pay for the repair.
