Not only did she meet my expectations she exceeded in every area of service she provided. What a beautiful spirit……..What was even more overwhelming with gratitude was the owners wife greeted me with a smile and hugs. I am on disability of $814 a month I trusted them they took advantage of my trust and the car is so unsafe I can’t drive down the road without feeling like I am going to bounce off the road I came all the way from Vicksburg Mississippi to Brookhaven Mississippi to be robbed by a dealership who says they sale certified preown vehicles. It took me a long time to save for a down payment just buy repairs

Bought a 2 year old SUV. We were supposed to have repairs on the car, but after being told we would get a rental they are just saying unavailable. We have been waiting over a month. Was sent a bill for over$ 4600.00. we have a wareñty and still waiting for service to get need major repairs

Ms Tina was polite and courteous and very quick with getting me scheduled as soon as possible. Mr. Luther was very knowledgeable and explained to me what was wrong with my 2013 Nissan Titan clock spring and what we needed to do to fix it. Trent the technician was very experienced and solved every problem I was having with the horn, cruise control, VDC light and radio functions of the steering wheel. He also performed my front end alignment and got that working great as well! I will definitely bring my truck back for any future needs.

Everyone has been really nice to me here! I first came looking for a car after wrecking the vehicle I had, and the man who sold me my Kicks was very professional and not pushy at all (a rare trait in a salesman!). When I brought it in for a small repair a few weeks later, it was done quickly and correctly and I’m perfectly satisfied.

These people will take advantage of a black female who purchase a vehicle from them. They advertise one thing, but when you go to buy the advertised vehicle, its a different price. They do false advertising, I had to print their advertised price on the vehicle i wanted to have them redo the paper work. Had I not done this, they were just going to let this happened. They also lied to say the incentives for purchasing a new nissan had expired, well I purchased my vehicle on the 16th of October, and the incentives do not expire on nissan specials until 11/02/2020. I am reporting them to the BBB, AND Attorney General!!!

1st... i am the only review that hasnt got a response from the owner. 2 others have received a response since my review. That makes it worse. Ive had my Sentra in the service department 6 times for work on my air conditioner. It works for 3 or 4 days before it quits. Last time i took it, i had to have a rental for 7 days. My car should have been 1st. Took it back yesterday when i was told, by the service manager they would look at it today. Im going to get it because they didnt have time to get to it and i cant miss more work. If i hadnt called them,i wouldnt have known this. Paul Barnett doesnt care. The service manager told them to tell me they would look at it first thing in the morning. I cant miss more work and he didnt offer a loaner car

I bought a used automobile, paid cash. Motor blown three months later. Talked to manager, he was pleasant but no help. Be careful when purchasing used vehicles with no warranty...not even an offer for an extended warranty. Oh well, you live and you learn. I’m just sorry it’s at the expense of my eighteen year old daughter in her first year of college.

If you are looking to buy a vehicle this is the best place to go. I met the owners within 5 minutes of being on the lot. I was told to take my time and if I wanted to drive every vehicle on the lot to make sure we what we wanted than do so. You never feel pressured into anything. These people will fight for you until the end!! They fight with the banks on your behalf. I promise you will walk out with a smile and the new vehicle of your choice!!! They make you feel like family.

Financed a new Sentra for my daughter. Ryan Sullivan was very friendly but really messed us up on insurance. He moved us over to Geico with incorrect information. Geico called me and said that I had been flagged as a risk and shut down my insurance. The owner’s wife helped me get insurance but it was high due to the fact I’d lost my original insurance. I had filed a claim with my original company for hitting a huge pothole that ruined tires, rims, and shock (or struts, I don’t know the difference) Her quote was not as high as all of the other quotes I had gotten after Geico kicked me out and my original company was going to cost a fortune to go back to. Mr. Barnett’s wife helped us get some insurance that was high but was the best offer we could get.IF you buy from Ryan do not let him handle your insurance. Ask for Amanda or Jennifer before you cancel your current insurance. They will handle it right and even tell you if you should keep what you have. Do not listen to him on insurance. Jennifer can get us straightened back out at better rates in a few months but until then having insurance is really killing our budget. Jennifer was great at helping me make the best of a horrible situation. I’m leery of dealing with Ryan again. He got us a great quote but he did not put my daughter on it, claimed we had zero deductible on glass (which was not true), and kept making changes on the account he had set up for us. My daughter got a huge running crack in her new windshield 4 days after she bought it, that she can’t afford to fix out of pocket yet.Just do not discuss insurance with anyone there except Jennifer or Amanda (I think that’s her name). If you do that you will be fine. They are fair on their prices and the owners seem to really appreciate their customers just avoid Ryan if you can. He is very personable but will do whatever it takes to make a sale without thinking about future repercussions to the customer.Paul Barnett as a company is great just watch who helps you.

The place itself is great. But the owner, not so much. What kinda person doesn’t pay his employees their last check just because they quit and moved on to bigger and better things for their family? He avoided them and would not send them their last big check so that family went without for a long time until more money from new job started coming in. I thought it was illegal to withhold wages just because someone quit?

The people were okay as far as customer service, however I was charged almost 20 dollars more than the email I received said. They originally tried to charge me $70 but I argued and they dropped it $20. I just don’t understand why the email said $40 and they charged me $55.
