I was getting my first car and was worried about it being complicated but they made it very easy. Aimee Smith found the car I had been looking for and before I knew it I was signing for it. Drove from Baton Rouge Louisiana to purchase a sienna minivan. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. Our sales person Chris made the process quick and easy and got us every discount possible. The financial manager Lisa was outstanding. We had some credit challenges. Lisa was able to work it all out plus get us an extended warranty under our budget. It was definitely worth the drive.

This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had! I was able to communicate with our salesman, Glenn, via text and phone to get questions answered. When we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted and right away were able to test drive the truck we bought. Glenn was extremely familiar with the history of the truck, and was helpful in sharing that. Because we got there late in the afternoon, we were past closing time getting the paperwork done, but everybody there was patient; it didnt seem to inconvenience them at all. When we are in the market again, well be back!

I recently purchased a 2021 Tacoma from this dealership. To begin with I was looking to purchase a used 2019 Tacoma, however James Case helped me find the 2021. After the deal was done I ended up paying close to the same price for the 2021 with less miles and a much lower interest rate. Service was quick. They didn’t put a new sticker on my car to let me know when my next service date is. It maybe a trivial issue but I like to have that. I didn’t have time to go back inside the service center to ask for one at the time.

Great sales team and the service team is top pick in my opinion. I use to dread going to the dealer for service. It’s always been long waits and completely boring. This dealer has comfort, friendly staff and faster service. Best of all they have maintenance packages you can buy so you don’t have to pay anything when you need service, tires or wheels. I think they did a very good job.but The man came out and told me I need windshield wipers I said how much are they he said 19.99 apiece so I said ok. When I went to pay they charged me 28.99 to put them on! The man should have warned me. He said he would take the charge off but I said No. so I paid 72.87 for 2 windshield wipers!

I recently came in looking to buy a Highlander, but left empty handed after being treated terribly by James Case. He made me feel very uncomfortable with his suggestive comments. He kept commenting on how good I would look in certain vehicles, and at times would get a little too close and personal. All of that to say, I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism at this establishment, and I will make sure to go to the most extensive measures to have this handled.

BUYER BEWAREEverything that shimmers and shines isnt gold. Less than ten days after purchasing a 2015 Hyundai Sonata a tire had a slow leak. Upon taking it in to have the tire fixed we were absolutely appalled. First of all we were told they put new tires on the vehicle. What Toyota of Brookhaven did was put two new front tires on which were two sizes smaller and left the original tires on the back. The entire inside of the drivers side tire was extremely worn down. Not to mention the spare has a very badly dented rim. Pictures to come. Lesson learned. Even a reputable dealership will try to cut corners to make a buck. If you buy used from Brookhaven Toyota you need to check it over completely because its AS IS.

Do not buy a used vehicle here, i bought a fixed up polished lemon from here and they refused to fix the issues I discovered within a week of owning the suv. Bought as is Horrible customer service, they give you the run around until its too late. I give them a rating of negative 10 out of 10. Paige was the front desk clerk at the service center and she, along with all the service staff, did an excellent job at being courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I came in for an oil change and new battery, and they took care of my issues and caught some maintenance that needed attention. I had 83,000 miles on my 2013 tacoma, had never replaced the battery or the front brakes. I knew I needed a battery replaced, because for the first time in 8 years, the truck wouldn’t crank in the morning when I went to crank it. But I didn’t think about my brakes. I’m glad they changed them. It’s like driving a new truck. Oh... and when they changed my cabin air filter, the air blows colder than it ever has before. Paige and the staff at Toyota of Brookhaven are wonderful!
