I work right down the street from this Startbucks and visit it about once per week. They have never messed an order up for me even once! By now I would say that they owe me one that isnt perfect, and I would still go back.They are always very professional at this location and get slammed every morning but the line never stops moving. I am truly impressed with how fast they crank the drinks out with the line going out the door Top notch service here.

Today, my husband went to get us and our friend Starbucks. He tried to order a White Chocolate Mocha Frappe which we have ordered many times before and they said they didnt make that drink and when my husband told them we have ordered this many times before they argued with him and told him they dont have that on their menu. So they gave us the wrong drink and made my other drink we ordered wrong and its disgusting. I never write bad reviews but today was just not okay.

Everyone was pleasant and helpful. I asked for a specially drink they don’t actually make any more and the barista worked with me to make something close. I don’t think that would happen everywhere.

Not a fancy coffee drinker just get regular coffee and for the last 5 months everytime I get a grande cup of coffee it comes room temperature or cold.

Quality is consistent. Drive though is packed often. Does take a while to get through. Staff are great and very friendly.

I have ordered from this store multiple times and Im a little upset. I always ask for extra caramel drizzle and they always forget to put the drizzle on top. Also last week I ordered a Java chip frappuchino with hazelnut and they forgot the mocha. Thats the main part of the drink. Im not thrilled with this location. They only do the nitro right. And thats premade. So this location sucks with their hand crafted drinks.

This Starbucks is great. My only complaint is sometimes you get stuck in the drive thru lane for a while with no way out. If you’re in a rush, maybe don’t go there. But the baristas are so friendly! If you give yourself extra time, it shouldn’t be a problem!

Overly excited baristas. I know its what theyve been told to be, and its super freaking annoying when youre tired, havent had your coffee yet and dont feel like talking about whatever, with someone you dont know. Give the baristas a break. Being fake excited will not provide them a good experience at work either. There are other people than extreme extroverts in the world. Let us have nice experiences as well. Coffee always good at least, but will be going somewhere less annoying.

Half the time I stop here, its great. The other half, the wait are long and I get half filled cups or burnt coffee. Its so close to work I wish they were more consistent. The staff is always very friendly but I rarely go here because of how poorly the coffee is made. The photo is before I took a single drink if coffee. If I pay $5 for a latte I would really like it filled up 🙄

Great costumer service. Very COVID-cautious. The barista even handed my iced mocha to me using a mug (and then I lifted the plastic cup out) so that she wouldnt have to touch it.

To be honest, Im not a huge Starbucks person. I dont have any qualms with the quality of their drinks (Ill leave that to others who know more about coffee than I do), I just would rather seek our a small, local place instead. But I gotta say, this Starbucks has done a wonderful job personalizing the store and really making it feel as though its a part of the community. I thought the voting with coffee beans idea was super cute and loved that they had a large assortment of boardgames available. The pictures of their Starbucks Family and the little bios about them was also a nice touch. Well done, Starbucks.

Everyone here is always extremely friendly, I always have a wonderful drive-thru experience because the people who work here are so kind and personable. Everything always tastes great as well, service is fast. A great stop on the way to a long work day.

Today was a good day at Starbucks. Despite lots of customers, I was greeted with a smile and hello. Person who took my order was in training, very nice did a great job. Barista who made my drink went the extra mile and asked if I had any plans for the day. Very engaging and friendly. Received my drink in a short period of time.

Im always greeted with a smile at the Broomfield and Arvada Starbucks that I visit via the drive thru. Both stores, are off of Wadsworth Blvd (Hwy 287). One with cross street of Midway, the other on 65th. And, although we are currently masked, I can hear the smile in these specific stores Batistas voices and see their positivity in their eyes and body language. Which, is fantastic, considering that were living in a rather strange time, at present. Special Shout Out to John, Jenny, Amanda and team. Youre truly Rock Star Batistas!

The restroom was dirty, the coffee was okay - very sweet but the flavor still came trough.Maybe the barista put too much syrup.the bagel was amazing, i just love the raisin Bagel with cream cheese! :)A good morning is a morning well started.I like how quick is the service here.

I love this you are Starbucks because its so spacious with lots of light. It was freezing though the three days I went to work and I think its because there are so many windows. Everyone had their coats on. Great place though to sit in the corner with your computer.

Theres something wrong with this place. When it opened, a few times when I visited the clerk was asking for my name - when theres no other customers waiting for a drink. So I find a chair and bring out my laptop and I dont hear my name called. Walked up, theres my drink, just sitting there getting cold. Why do you ask my name, when youre not going to use it when the drink is ready?This early morning I was on the move with my family so I ordered with my app for some coffee and sandwiches. Arrived 20 minutes later, my order was not ready to my surprise, which usually gets ready in 5 minutes. Ive had to wait another 10 minutes until they sorted things out, including giving my sandwiches away to the wrong person. So I had to wait more for them to get fresh sandwiches - which took 3 minutes. Why the hell were they not ready in previous 30 minutes, I have no clue.So in all, I would stay away from this branch until they sort things out.

Staff semi friendly. They were calling out orders by drink not name. Way too sweet, not everyone likes a ton of sweetener if they dont ask for it... Issue with card reader and way too long of a wait for a not busy late Saturday morning. Dont go to this location unless you want a wait and be prepared to tell them not very sweet.

The people are super sweet but every time me and my friend go they mess up our order. Im sure theyd change it but were kind of shy and dont like to ask.

The drinks are always good, but the service is always SO SLOW.

This location used to be decent but the quality and service have declined rapidly over the past six months. To be fair, this is not a terribly busy location either.

Quick and efficient, great service, and friendly employees always! Mornings are always hectic and they manage to keep it under control, but always with a great attitude. I’m always running late and I’m usually able to be in and out within 4 minutes.

Typically expensive but they have a nice staff and a warm welcoming space.

The staff is friendly, but the coffee is terrible. Every time I order an iced vanilla late from this location, it tastes burnt. It looks darker than usual, and that makes me think they use skim milk instead of 2%, which is standard. This is the closest Starbucks to my house and is a convenient stop on the way to work, so I keep hoping it will get better. Right now, Im just ticked off that Ive spent $5.15 on a coffee I cant stomach to drink!

My mom is a regular here and she loves these people and their service - they are her first stop, almost every morning!When she pulls up in the morning, immediately after she starts speaking they know it’s her, and almost always remember her VERY complicated order. It’s amazing! I went with her and couldn’t help but smile when I heard how well they treat her and seem to really, genuinely care about her.Steph has always made my drinks perfectly, (I’m the guy that loves caramel on my frappuccinos). Ruth, Gab, and if I knew the names of the other hardworking individuals that make this spot wonderful, I would love to include them in this review. They were nice and it was early but they almost forgot our drink so we had to wait at the window while they made it. Then I recieved a bacon gouda sandwhich with no bacon. It was overall disappointing.

Every time I go to this Starbucks. It’s a very nice store very well laid out. Problem is I have to wait forever for my coffee. It doesn’t matter if they have six people or four people behind the counter their crew is very slow they don’t have it together they are not performing at their greatest potential. I use to be a barista for Starbucks and if you have a good team you can bang out drinks lightning fast. But you have to work together. I don’t know what it is but every time I go there I wait forever for my drink it’s pretty ridiculous.

Not as good of an experience as I expected. I pulled in saw 5 cars in line the last being a white car same as my car. I walked in ordered and sat and waited. I see thru the drive thru window the white car get their order and leave. At this point they just started making my drink . Not a hard drink to make iced tea with peach syrup. I asked why this happened and she gave me an excuse that today was not a good day as they were training. Granted had the lobby been as busy as the drive thru I could understand but when I got there they had 3 drinks to make in front of me, one of those was for what appears to be an employee,maybe not, the other regular customers. Very dissapointed in this poor service . Guess next time I will use the app. Then I usually only wait until they get to it. Oh I did that--wait!

Located just off of US 36, on Midway and US 287, this Starbucks offers a drive through on the outside and a cozy, modern look on the inside. Its a good location for getting on and off of main thoroughfares quickly

Very slow, under staffed The weight is way un reasonable and they stop giving stoppers and sleeves out for a hot cup of coffee They give it to you so you can burn your hands and you have to remind them every single time that you come the when you remind them the give it to you so you can do it yourself is that not there job thats why Im handing over $5.15 every time I go for a cup of coffee

The seating area is nice and open, with plenty of seating options, and the staff are very nice. Typical Starbucks, in that the quality of the coffee is low, but if you dump enough sugar on it then it tastes good. WiFi is decently fast, but if you wanted to stream, probably not going to happen. However, reason Im writing this review is their restrooms are absolutely horrible. Restroom itself is clean mind you...but they decided to go with the crappiest air dryer Ive ever seen. It turns off after only a few seconds and you have to fight it hard to get anymore drying time, so your hands are dripping wet when you leave, and theres no paper towels so you have no alternative. Also, very unsanitary because lets face it not everyone washes their hands and you have to grip the door handle to open it thus contaminating your hands. They serve food here obviously...so thats just disgusting. Hope you dont mind grabbing a stack of napkins after you leave the restroom to dry your hands!

I mean, its a starbucks. You know what youre gonna get. This one gets slammed because of the drive-thru and can have some longer wait times. Thats the only real downside. Its a comfortable place to have a meeting and the service is fine. Just those wait times holding em back.

Every time I visit this Starbucks the staff is extremely rude. I don’t typically stop at this location, but living off midway it’s the most convenient location on the way to flatirons mall. This morning I visited and asked what came on a particular sandwich, I’m a picky eater and just wanted to see what came on the sandwich so I didn’t order something I wouldn’t eat! The woman taking my order told me she “couldn’t tell me what ingredients were on the sandwich because she would get in trouble if the ingredients were wrong” very confusing! Either way, the staff has never been polite.

I love this location. All the Broomfield locations have been excellent, but this one has been my favorite. Every single time I use my app, they always greet me by name, they are very friendly, but keep the line moving, and speaking of which, even during rush hour theres never a long wait - even in the drive through when there are several cars...(from my experiences anyway).They also always let you know in the drive thru that so and so will be the barista at the window. I dont know why I like that, but I think its a nice personal touch.You guys do an awesome job, and your customer service is refreshing.Oh, and even though last Friday their drive thru computer was down, you couldnt even tell, even though it was way more work and confusion for them, the customer service was was seemless and everyone still had smiles on their faces. Extra kudos on handling that surely stressful situation so well, very impressed with the entire team.
