Absolutely 💯 has been such a special and unique place to me. Been coming here for years and am never disappointed. The staff is so pleasant and cheerful. The beverages are incredibly delicious. My go-to favorite drink is the Hugs and Kisses blend. This shop has been my favorite place to bring friends and family for any occasion!

A nice little coffee shop which specializes with Chai. Had a soy latte which was good but not anything different then the Starbucks near by. The barista even said they use the same beans. Wish they would try and differ from them and not imitate then. Also, unfortunately they charge extra for non dairy milk.

I wont give 5 stars yet, but this this is the first time in 2 weeks that I had great service. She was very nice and welcoming, and regrettably I didnt get her name. Hopefully they keep up that good service and I can move my review to 5 stars.

Hi have Experienced Customer Service; Whith that being said. The lady behind the counter was extremely helpful & Friendly!!!

Their online ordering system is abysmal. If you’re not careful you can easily order from the wrong location. Ordered 2 items and when I arrived I was told they were out of one. That’s fine, but when you’re limited on time and have to wait on a substitute it gets annoying. When I received the substitute all that was said was ‘here you go’. No apology or thank you. The online ordering system also automatically adds a 20% tip to your order. This definitely needs to be changed to opt-in!

The staff had poor Customer service. She even didnt know what Coffee Late was and how to make it, she put a bit coffee and rest was foam milk, which after foam settled there was only a bit coffee and not much milk in it, basically the cup was almost empty!! when I told her that it should have steamed milk she got upset didnt want to fix the coffee. Will never go back!!

I enjoy my drinks every time I’m there, wether it be the Tea, Chai, Coffee, or even the food. The ladies I meet each time I get something there, they are always so kind and have really good recommendations for their drinks.

The person there was really helpful. Prices are good but my drink was not the best, I ordered a traditional chai. It is made from powder and the drink just turned out to be a cup full of thick foamy milk like. The other drink we ordered was good though! Maybe stick to something simple on your first try.

Lovely and cozy place, competitive prices for a wide variety of drinks most of them with chai base that can be hot or cold in the normal sizes small medium or large, but also if you are in the mood for a normal and delicious hot brew coffee they have it. Very helpful and nice staff, definitely be back :)

Wish Starbuck would come back to the mall. This place is slow and the drinks are not that great! There is one girl in the shop that has no customers Service skills! I don’t think I’ll give them anymore of my business.

Lots of delicious flavors to choose from. Both hot, cold, blended with ice and icecream.

Pretty expensive..... seems like topping is compulsory and not an option 5 .50 $ for tiny vmcup of chai is way overrated.
