The products are amazing such a great variety but, the sales associates on average have bad attitudes. Having great products can only get you so far. If the staff isnt welcoming then it makes me not want to shop at that store. At least, I know I can order online.

If there was a Sephora I’d rather go there but unfortunately I have to deal with rude employees at this ulta, one girl said my fiancé looks like machine gun Kelly… he was pretty offended and it’s rude to compare people anyway. Not a very welcoming environment.

Have everything you could think of. Saw mirror light at Target. Friend saw it at Ultra for $10.00 more....prices are up there, but you have to use coupons and buy 2 and get 1 free or half.

My wife picked up some makeup that she forgot to pack for our stay on Jekyll Island. She was pleased to find what she needed.

Ultimately always has my cosmetics in stocks. And not to pricy

I found the store to be clean and adequately stocked, but the best thing about the visit was the staff. Kaden was so helpful and knowledgeable about products and took the time to listen to concerns and provided solutions to my questions. Just a great experience.

Visited Ulta today to pick up some IT foundation. While in the store an associate Kaden came to assist in matching my foundation and actually sold me another product. He was very knowledgeable in the different foundations Ulta had to offer. After assisting me I proceeded towards check out and then turned around and found Kayden for more assistance with facial cleansing products for my daughter. He again shinned in knowing what he was talking about and helped me find a regimen for her needs offering his own experience. After well over 10 years shopping at Ulta I have never received this level of customer service. If you in the local store be sure to ask for him and have him assist you. You will not regret it.

Customer service was ok but no way to try on testers for clinique makeup??which was very disappointing...guess I got to go to Belks??need the cc cream.

I don’t remember who helped me but I came in and was greeted by an employee. She asked if I needed help with anything and I showed her two pictures of what I was looking for. She knew exactly where they were and walked me to them. One was a tinted moisturizer which she helped me by matching my color. I have also been in when I wasn’t sure what I needed and just walked around and they have so much to look at! Love this location

I use to love shopping here but the atmosphere is UNCOMFORTABLE....Staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. I just walked out of the store and I am going to Belk to buy the perfume instead.

I came in yesterday to do an online pickup, I walked in & someone yelled “welcome to...” not sure what she said really but she was speaking with someone else... my pickup order was not ready yet, & I spoke to Cody and without hesitation said let me grab it for you! He had a very kind presence & was super delightful! He took care of me like I had spent a few thousand dollars but I spent less than $20... thank Cody!

Update: It took me emailing Customer Service (that says it takes 24hrs to respond) for my order to magically be done in less then an hour that I sent my email.DO NOT DO ONLINE ORDER WITH IN STORE PICK UP! So disappointed with Ulta right now. I ordered to do an in store pick up at 10am, the website tells me to wait 4-6hrs and I should get an email. Going on hour 7 I called to see if there was an ETA on my purchase. I get put on hold then told apparently their online orders are down and IT has no ETA. I’m not heartless I get that things go down and that’s understandable. I asked what needs to be done next so I can get my stuff that I was already charged for, she tells me I need to contact customer service. I called customer service...lord help me it was like talking to a wall. I explain to this lady what was going on and what I was told and I wanted to know if I can get a refund or show my order and get it from the girls there. “Nope. You can’t it says it’s being fulfilled.” I told her that the lady said they can’t see my order. THEN tells me “Well you ordered it this morning it takes a day or two to process.” I told her to have a good night and hung up because I felt like I was getting no where and didn’t want to snap at someone. So here I sit...waiting, dissatisfaction from the answers I got. This review might change with what might happen tomorrow if my order actually comes through.

My husband took me to Ulta in Brunswick for my birthday and let me select what I wanted. I was approached by Kaden. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, soft spoken and helpful. He showed me the Pur products. I have never used this before, was always an UD fan. I am so happy with this purchase. If I were still in sales, I certainly want Kaden on my team. Thank you, Kaden. My experience in the salon was absolutely a nightmare when my hair was finished I was absolutely shocked my hair was horrific there is no other word to explain it ! I was so excited to get my hair done I haven’t had it cut from a salon in at least 17 years I have never had it colored from a salon let alone highlights in my hair . My hair is not even close to the picture at all now I have to wear a hat because I am so embarrassed of my hair . I have 5 children which my youngest is in kindergarten so being the oldest mother in there is hard . I don’t even know what to say I got my hair done Friday and it is just now Wednesday and I am able to look at the back and the front of my color and it is absolutely horrific! My hair is nothing close to the picture at all ! I was refunded my haircut money and the 15% I did not receive for it being my first time the first time I paid so a total of 74$ ! So in total I paid $221.00 for my hair to be destroyed. Amy the salon manager was very nice she is the one who refunded my money for haircut but like I said my color is a joke and it wasn’t until today when I was able to take a really good look at it .

Sails assist was not helpful at all seemed to not really care if you bought anything not.. Person checking out was nice thoe.

I have been working here since April, I literally commute over an hour to this location because of how amazing everyone is! From managers, and staff all the way to all each and every one of our amazing guests! Everyone is great! Ive been doing hair for over 13 years now and this is by far one of the best salons and over all environments to be in!! I highly recommend guests to shop here, and for any amazing career seeking go-getters to apply online to come join our great team!!! 5 stars just really isnt enough! Also just want to thank all of my amazing guests for their great reviews about me, they truly touched my heart!!!

I love the Ulta Beauty products - they really work well! The problem I found was that the counters were all very dirty - powder, greasy or spilled product. I will continue to visit but would like to see shelves cleaned. (at least once a week) Gross!

WARNING:Be prepared to be accused and assaulted! I would select ZERO stars, if could!My husband and I were running errands today, Saturday, March 7. He accompanied me for opinion on the shade I needed as my skin tone is difficult to match. We visited the Brunswick, GA (447) location as it was the closest location. I wanted to get a different shade of Urban Decay product. About 10-15 minutes, after using their sample tubes, I decided on the shade I wanted. I proceeded to get the box in the back of shelf. I opened it to ensure it was not used. Soon after I took the tube out of box, a salesperson by the name of Courtnei (her spelling), grabbed the box & tube out of my hand and started putting the product back in box. She proceeded to accuse me of using the new product to sample. I told her I had already tried the products designated as sample tubes and had made my selection. She was extremely WRONG and I felt embarrassed by her accusations and felt assaulted by her actions!!! My husband witnessed all this.He began to argue with Courtnei, commented on her attitude and asked for the manager. This is when I found out she was the store manager. I continued to tell her that I had already sampled the products but she kept on with her accusations!My husband feels we should file complaint for assault on this employee as I felt that way. Off course, during this I decided I did not want to buy anything from this store location and possibly not any Ulta store. I will go to Sephora or other department stores.This was a horrible, horrible incident. Something, I can honestly say I have never experienced in my life!!!HORRIBLE!!!!In addition, I hope they have this on video recording as it will attest to my story! I have sent a complaint to their HQ and will make other postings on other websites and BBB.

This store has probably a more complete selection of beauty products than any other chain. Some of their prices for basic brands are not as cheap as you would see at Wal-Mart, but this is the place to go for any hard-to-find products (ex. hypoallergenic shampoo) or specific tools (ex. all-metal nail cleaning stick). They offer a nice rewards program with frequent coupons. The staff is always courteous and helpful.

This was my first time here and it was awesome. Staff was friendly and helpful. Its sad that it took me going to GA to finally go to an Ulta store. Better late than never. 😊

Good visit

Contrary to earlier reviews I believe this Ulta is one of the best I have EVER visited! The store is always properly stocked and organized and I have never went in and not been greeted at the door by their friendly staff! Two of the managers (Brittney and Tori) that I have had the pleasure of meeting and having help me find my daily beauty needs are always out on the floor helping guests when I am in and have never let me leave without finding what I came in to get!!! I would give this particular Ulta 10 stars if possible!!! These girls are always working hard and providing EXCELLENT customer service!!!!!

Service was excellent and the Lady Erin that colored my hair was awesome. She knew exactly what colors would look great with my hair and I loved the style. Excellant Customer Service . Great Place to go.

The current hiring manager is as rude as ever. I have always wanted to work at Ulta as a part-time job, but I feel like she is very discriminatory when it comes to hiring. I want to call headquarters saying that the manager at the Brunswick, GA store is not being fair with the hiring process. Whenever I go in (For the past year) and ask if they are hiring they go through the same runaround, then I asked to speak to the hiring manager and she always says, “put your application in” which I have but I can see a smirk on her face it’s never going to happen. I feel like she should be replaced. I even came in for an interview around Christmas with plenty of past retail experience and I called to speak to her but she said she had already chosen who she wanted to work in the store.

Disappointed that they do not sell the Ordinary products in store. The staff helped me to find a similar product and I am satisfied with my purchase

Courtnei should take Customer Service classes. She is the reason Amazon is successful..

Im a previous employee. And Im here to tell you. They do not clean their supplies they will basically use the same combs on you that they used on someone that could potential have a disease like (HIV) when I started working there I was the only one that would clean the combs and brushes. The towels are filthy, and so are the sinks. Do yourself a favor and run !

Two little words. STUCK UP.Everybody I know feels so uncomfortable going into this store. If you need help finding something, youll be sent back and forth to different associates because nobody wants to do their jobs.

They always have great deals and send awesome offers through email if you subscribe. The beauty rewards program is fantastic and will save you money! Only downfall to this location is that their stickers for discounted prices are frequently put on the wrong products so double check when shopping here!! The beauty consultants and register staff is always friendly, only ever had one bad experience here. But not bad enough to take any stars away from the review. Dear staff, if you want to talk about a customer, dont say it loud enough for the customer to hear.. especially when that customer is a frequent flyer and spends lots of money at your job!

Heather in the salon did a fantastic job with my hair! Full highlights to lighten my hair and a trim. Heather paid attention to detail and explained each step of the coloring process. The last hair salon I went to did a very bad job and left me with uneven layers. Heather lightened my hair beautifuly and corrected my layers.

I just got back from the salon and Heather did my hair. She did a Bayalage Ombré and it came out so beautiful! I was in her chair for almost 5 hours and she walked me through the whole process and explained everything! She is truly amazing and really sweet!

I love this ulta the staff is super friendly and always helps me find exactly what I’m looking for. The manager Tori is amazing and always has a friendly smile to greet me when I come in and asks if I need any help finding any thing.

I so did not fit in with this store, but the ladies here made shopping extremely easy. Im not a makeup girly girl type of person, so walking in here was a little overwhelming. After trying to find what I was looking for on my own, I finally conceded and asked for hope figuring I would get one of those snobby women that look at women like me with a look of disgust! I was pleasantly surprised when the nicest little girl came up and helped me find everything I needed and acted like it wasnt nothing to answer my endless stream of questions. I never was into makeup but when I seen James Charles did make up I knew I wanted to try it but like you have to know when I said I hated make up that was because I did not want to be a girly girl but maybe girly girl things arent that bad and makeup is used to show whats on the inside your personality and not to show that you want be someone else so make up is not easy it is a work in progress just like humans boy or girl

They told me they charge by how much hair they have to cut and the density. If youre already paying upwards of 60$ for a haircut it shouldnt matter how much or little they cut and the price should be set. Of course thats my opinion I used their salon before for a lady that no longer works there she did an amazing job but Im not interested in paying a that much for a cut.
