This is a really cool locally owned comic shop. They have a great collection of new and older comic books. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a great selection and all the books were boarded and bagged. If you or someone you know loves comics check this place out, and help support a local business.

Empire is a great comic shop and the owners Miguel and Heidi are very friendly and accommodating.They keep a list of books I want them to set aside and give me a text when they are ready for pickup which I appreciate because I dont live near the shop and so I know when to go to get my stuff.

Just a Late Bloomer in the comic world but the shop here is something beyond special. Both the owners show knowledge, appreciation, dedication, love for the community, the list can go on. Extremely humbled to have such a great establishment in our city.

The owner and his wife make you feel at home, great experience, fantastic service. All books are bagged and boarded what more can you ask for. Theres no better place to shop or comics in Buffalo than Empire Comics. Clean shop with emphasis on covid protection.

Absolutely the greatest experience I have had in a comic book store! The owner was so helpful and nice! I went with my wife and mother in law and the gentleman was magnificent!!!!! We bought a few comics and he gave my mother in law a free Archie book! You must go out of your way to visit this store. He has an amazing collection and keeps his store insanely clean and neat!! The comics were well above cgc 9.4 with every comic book in a plastic and board!!!! I was able to find a a few comics to fill my wolverine set. Thank you and look forward to coming back!

Was extremely helpful for the first release of the comic issue, then started to dwindle. I purchased a book for the regular retail price on week, then the next they wanted a 600% increase in price. I of course questioned that and was told that no other place around would sell the book for any less, while also showing me pictures of the book off of ebay, not from other comic shops around. Also with the same order was told it came with exclusive items, but they were just the regular items as usual. I then went to other comic shops for the same book and was charged the normal price of $4.99 or even less! I told the other shops about this and they said that was outrageous. I would love to do business again, however for 600% increase in prices compared to every other nearby shop, I took my business elsewhere.

Its all comics, no old old ones . 🤔🤔 So he doesnt have all comics . N no posters . But very well put together . Easy to see the comics he does have ..

If youre looking for Manga they dont sell it here anymore. But owner was very nice and even recommended me a store to buy manga!! :) They had lots of comics though, I dont really read comics, but for future buyers that want to buy Manga, they dont see it here:)

First time in the shop ever I stopped in 30 mins to close and chit chatted with one of the owners she was very pleasant. And let me talk her ear off about the artists I like. The shop is packed with goodies! Gonna have to stop back in when I have more time!

The place is awesome. I take my son in there when he has a good week at school on Fridays when I pick him up. Both owners are awesome. They interact with him in a way that you dont see much anymore when out and about. If it were not for this friendly atmosphere I dont think it would have turned into a weekly visit. Keep up the awesome job and we will keep coming back.

Took my 7 year old son for his first trip to a comic shop, he left excited and staff made it a memorable experience for us. We will definitely be back!!!!
