Dr. Segerson is knowledgeable, professional and very personable. I am always very pleased with how thoroughly I am tested and how Dr. Segerson and her staff patiently explain my results. I recommend Kenmore Eye Care unconditionally.

I just purchased glasses. I told them last week when they called to say they were ready, Id get them after work on Monday evening. When I went to pick them up, they didnt even bring me back to check the fit. They literally brought them out to the waiting room with my patient chart with other clients there. The worker didnt go in my chart but waited on me in the waiting room. I didnt get to look in the mirror and I asked if they had to check the fit. I just felt it was highly unprofessional to bring my glasses out to the waiting room with other clients there rather than bring me back to where they usually do glasses. I probably will take my script in the future and purchase additional pairs elsewhere if theyre going to handle my business in the common area such as the waiting room. I just think its highly unprofessional to bring a patients chart out in the waiting room and then proceed to take care of a patient in the waiting room.

Ive been coming here since my first pair of glasses, almost 20 years. Always professional, thorough and courteous. My prescription is perfect every time and they have a great selection of frames and reasonable pricing. Ive had them replace lenses in previous frames with no issue as well. I wouldnt consider going anywhere else, and if youre looking for a good eye care office, look no further!

Service was great for picking my first ever frames, got tremendous help from Renata, who is very professional and will go above and beyond an is very patient with the patient :), She even stayed after hours to help me pick a pair of frames from the vast selection they have. Of course, I was undecided since these are my first pair of glasses, but with her professional help, I was able to get the best glasses that would blend in with the shape of my face. Dr. Sandra was also great during my first visit.I would recommend this place to my friends and family. If only they could work on the lobby area a bit more into a modern feel... The yellow and purple is a bit for a daycare facility.

I was referred to Dr. Burstein by another doctor for contacts and I have been going to him ever since (20+ years). Him and his staff treat you like family and make you extremely comfortable.I have a disorder called Keratoconus in both eyes and he has been commendable taking me through the process.They also have high quality frames to choose from right in the office. There really isnt a need to go anyplace else.
