BEST PHARMACY STAFF I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH!!! THEY ARE VERY POLITE, KNOW THEIR REGULAR CUSTOMERS, DOES EVERYTHING THEY CAN TO GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS COVERED BY YOUR INSURANCE AND IF THEIR IS A DISCREPANCY FROM MONTH TO MONTH THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO GET IT TAKEN CARE OF IF THEIR IS A REMEDY THEY CAN OBTAIN FOR OUR BENEFIT!!!!

Walmart has always been greatly convenient for my long-term prescription for hair loss prevention. 5 stars for many years of easy fillings.

If I could give this no stars I would, Im new to the area and Ive always had issue with this specific Walmart pharmacy. The workers always seem rude which makes you feel unwelcomed and they are extremely unhelpful. I decided to go to Target pharmacy instead and they were Amazing, super polite and extremely helpful. Walmart lost my business.

I came here only for my son he went to urgent care in buffalo.The pharmacist altered her voice the minute she didnt get things to happen complaining I doesnt have enough info off the medical insur card.this is the 2nd time I used this uneducated place unless there in a completely other world u can pretty much pull up anyones credentials with a ss# or call the clinic. For the insur # fro there.

I cannot believe how slow this place is! Came to grab my prescription, 5 people in line and the line was barely moving so I went to grab some groceries. Come back, 4 people in line still going slow but I waited. They couldn’t figure out how to run my insurance. Finally a second worker came and figured it out but said my insurance only allows me to have 30, which isn’t true- I get 100 every time. So they say come back in 15 min. Come back 30ish min later. 5 people in line.. 4 workers “working” in the back and only one at the register. An older woman who had been there since I initially came in, was still waiting for her meds!! That she called in yesterday! She was so upset. SLOW!!!! Don’t waste your time there

Order faxed at 8am, tried picking up at 12:30 to find out they never checked their fax. Told me about 20 minutes, I came back 20 minutes later and they said it would be at least another 20 minutes minimum ...so frustrating!

Have always had good experiences at this Walmart.have been going there for about three or four years.

Extremely rude pharmacist saying he couldn’t fill my prescription due to the doctor writing it, doctor and other staff members had to call him and explain why I could get the product. Guy seemed like he had no idea what was going on, the whole process took days to receive my medication
