It was a great experience the rep was knowledgeable & friendly. I was able to replace my phone & get a new Galaxy A11 for a affordable price & she activated the new phone & attempted to transfer everything but my old phone wifi didnt work. I would recommend to anyone who needs a new phone and cell phone service.

Its boreing in there ! The people are friendly but the store itself seems dead you know like theres no life inside no music playing what I mean none of the phones are lit up nothing attracts you to the place its just like its there might as well buy your stuff offline

So my phone, an S8, stopped making calls or texts and I came in for assistance. I was told that my plan had been cancelled - even though I had just paid my bill and have never been late - and that buying a new SIM card along with a new plan would fix it. So I paid for both, starting a new plan for full price even though I still had more than half my month left on my old plan. Only then was I told that she couldnt make the call to restore my service because something something covid, and Id have to go find another phone to call customer service to install my SIM and start the plan. And of course, once you buy a plan there are no refunds. S I swallowed my frustration and left.Fast forward a day, and on my neighbors phone (awkward), after holding for forty minutes, I discovered that NONE of what I was sold was necessary, especially the SIM card since the one she sold me wasnt even compatible with my phone. I have yet to get the leftover money I paid for my first plan applied to my new account, and again, I couldnt cancel the new plan and just continue the old one once I had paid for it. The new plan is for 5G which I do not need and isnt a thing yet in most places.I would be willing to bet the store clerk gets commission on plan sales. If you must get a Boost plan, just be aware and wary of the walk-in locations. The customer care rep on the phone told me that the brick-and-mortar stores are notorious for giving misinformation and causing unnecessary problems.Good luck.
My wife and I both went to Boost Mobile the associate was really helpful & understanding she took her time with us. We ended up walking out with 2 new phones, we are thankful for their customer service I definitely received Boost if anyone needs a new phone line great service thank you all.

I went to buy a phone there.I payed in full.Went to pay the monthly fee they where charging me for the phone again, l told to the lady that I paid in full, She says ; It is what it is. Screw it, I need the phone, no time for BS.I break the phone again, I got there.l need a new phone, she said that I need to pay for the one I break. I say not I pay in full. I showed the recipt and she says that I had to talk with a third party which is not part of them to claim the payment they charge me even though was theirmistake withhold $200 I payed .Really terrible experience, I went to the one at 148 the lady solve the issue in no time. Not going back there, be aware. They ither dont know or can care less.
