I received excellent service and support here. I was having serious issues with another mobile provider and looking to switch. Ben made sure I understood all the available options and solved all my problems as quickly as possible saving me a lot of money along the way. I really appreciate the time spent to make sure we chose the right option given my situation, and I never felt pressured to get something I didnt want or need especially since I was in a pinch. The store itself was clean, organized, and welcoming. Verizon seems to have their technical systems set up well and I havent had any issues since switching. A rare 5 star experience where I felt truly valued and respected as a customer.

Justin was extremely helpful and I would tell anyone to go see this very nice expert for phone help. He took a look at my current account, told me how I could get a new iPhone 12 Pro and a brand new Apple Watch and still save a ton of money. Broke down the costs, what discounts are being applied, trade in value for smashed up busted iPhone X, etc. He answered all my questions and helped me set up my new phone and watch. Transferred data, pictures, contacts. Helped me put on all the accessories- screen protector, case, wireless charger. I came in knowing absolutely nothing except my need for a new phone. I’m all set now. Everything was easy and he walked me through every step. He answered every question… and I had a ton of questions. Danny, Ben and Sarah were also there and we’re very helpful also! 10/10 phone buying experience.

Justin is amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable.He made excellent conversation and it didn’t even feel like an hour when he was transferring everything from my Note to me 12 Pro Max.When I damaged my iPhone, he was able to get me back to my Note while I was waiting for my replacement come in. When it did, he got my iPhone set back up and explained everything on how to do it.His level of service, support, knowledge, and professionalism is what everyone should be.Please do everything you can to keep him at your location. I come from north Beacon Hill to get his help.

My mom and I came to upgrade our phones. Justin was so awesome! My mom couldn’t help herself after the phones and devices were finished she literally said “I Love you” haha it’s true, we love Justin lol wish he came with the phones!! Ben the store manager went out of his way to work with me making sure that I had everything that I needed for relocating out of state. I even had trouble with my bank card being declined and he patiently informed me of closing hours and made sure that when I returned I had everything that I needed to great detail. Rep was unprofessional and store does not have rebate information easily accessible nor do they fulfill verbal commitments given by sales associate. 1) Sales associate talked about college party stories as well as other inappropriate stories. All of which were unsolicited.2) Sales rep miscommunicated information regarding a rebate. Missed out on a 400 dollars.

Ben and Nick are extremely helpful! Would choose Burien location over a corporate store in a heartbeat! Purchased new phone at Verizon Southcenter store, and was pushed out the door without even opening the box to my phone. I am not tech savvy, and activating my phone was not 1 sinple step. Ben helped me activate and sync my old to new phone, plus didnt act like Iwas taking up his precious time!! Nice to have customer service see you through to the end, and not rush you at all!! Thanks guys! You will forever have my support and service in the future!

Horrible store go to a real Verizon I ordered a phone had to wait two weeks for it once it came in I had to wait three days to pick it up I was working when I went to pick it up they sold it and the kid was super rude they were supposed to hold it for a week but apparently they can’t count that high

Their COVID protocol is to have you check in via their website, and then they text you to notify you when its your turn. They deleted my information twice, and after two hours waiting, I was informed that I was supposed to leave my phone number with them---- something that wasnt displayed or told to me, and after I received two separate confirmation texts saying I was in line to be served. Ive had okay experiences pre-covid (nothing stellar, but I needed a phone). I was also told to wait outside, and 3 others were served before me after waiting inside (abandoning COVID safety protocol).

I came in this store to help my great aunt switch over and purchase a new phone. Previously, she had T-Mobile and was disappointed with all of their unnecessary charges . Lubin and Teddy took their time to clearly explain all of the benefits that Verizon could offer her. It was an overall smooth transition, and I loved their enthusiasm especially during this crisis. I never feel good about a purchase unless the salesperson can explain the bill to me. Then when the manager can’t do it, I really get worried. I’m a second time iPhone buyer there, but always get the sense I’ve been had when I leave. If anyone understands how they figure out what their “bundle” package is saving you, please clue me in. They’re really good at “bundling” a bunch of stuff together for you, but the idea that they are saving you money by “bundling” is not their objective, as far as I can tell. It certainly is not reflected on any of the receipts they give you.

Heres the TL;DR - I paid over $100 in extra fees by upgrading my device at this store instead of at a real Verizon store. Dont make the same mistake I did and stay away from this shady company.As many people have already written on here, beware of this store. I was under the mistaken impression that it was a Verizon store, not a Verizon Authorized Retailer. I went there to upgrade my device and got a handful of hidden, bogus charges that I was told were taxes until I looked at my receipt.The first time I visited the store, the clerk was friendly and suggested I upgrade to a different device than I had planned. I was told that if I didnt like it, I could simply exchange it within 14 days. The clerk failed to mention that I would face a $70 restocking fee (which they kindly lowered to $35 for me).Additionally, the accessories that I didnt want (a case and screen protector) were nonrefundable. I even told the clerk at checkout that I didnt want any of their cases, but he ignored me, installed the case and screen protector, then told me that he got me a special deal at 50% off. I was still charged $40, nonrefundable. Because the clerk had been friendly up until that point, I decided not to make a big fuss about it.When I finally looked at my receipt, I discovered that the upgrade fees that I thought I was paying were actually bogus charges - a $30 redux single line membership charge, a $20 setup fee (which was essentially them putting a sim card in the phone and handing it to me), and of that, over half of the supposed taxes I was paying were in fact fees to the store. All of this on top of the Verizon $40 upgrade fee.Of course, there was no way for me to know this until AFTER I made the purchase and saw all the items on my receipt. And then, when I went back to exchange my phone, I discovered how so many of those fees were nonrefundable and I had to pay them *again* on my second device. Completely shady - I exchanged my phone for one worth about half the cost and saw only $4 returned to me.This company deserves to go out of business. STAY AWAY.
