I had a great experience at this location to be specific it was with a young lady who is new to that location if I remember correctly her name is Lourdes. For starters I was being very rude because I was having a bad day which I later apologized for. I usually dont have bad days, but this young lady is a beautiful reminder to not Sweat the little stuff. Her happy willing to help attitude shines, Her customer service and the way she paid attention from the moment I walked into the door she greeted me with a smile which really made me forget about the day that I was having.... so I bought a phone. Its amazing how one person can help remind you of the bigger picture in life. Overall shes a wonderful addition to this location congratulations to the man that hired her this experience was unique for me. THANK YOU VERY MUCH
Was at the store 20 minutes before closing and there was a line of people, we all patiently waited, once the clock hit 7 the 1 person working she announced that the doors where about to locked & unless we were paying a phone bill that she wouldnt be able to help. Maybe Im harsh here but I think the person working could have easily took a moment 20 minutes before closing and mentioned that once closing time came, we werent going to be helped, saving me 20 minutes of waiting for nothing. I even thought to myself since she hadnt said anything before 7 that the folks waiting would be helped to learn different once that clock reached closing time.
I really wish I remembered her name but she was the sweetest person ever! They didnt have the phone I wanted but she ended up helping me pick out a phone and I absolutely love it!
I went to the Burien location to switch carriers. They said they were closing in an hour and couldnt assist....A few days later I went to the White Center location. The customer service was great and left with 2 new phones without spending a lot of time there.
Great customer service and very good vibes. Also very polite when it comes to helping customers out with phone issues either service wise or internal issue like. Love the place honestly. Dont forget they have Spanish speaker!!
I went in and waited for over an hour because a phone I got less than a week ago stopped working I just wanted to switch it for the same phone the lady wanted me to pay a 25 dollar restocking fee for a phone that wasnt even going to go back on the shelf even though it was within the 7 days finally she called her manager and he said just to do an exchange but she didnt even know how to do that so now I have to go back at 3 who leaves a store in charge to someone that cant even do an exchange

What a Wonderful experience, the new manager Mercedes was helpful, informative and took my budget into consideration. Had a smile while dealing with customer service for us while helping us to port over from TMobile. Mercedes the new store manager is an absolute peach. So thankful that covid guidelines are well respected and that they have someone who cares about their customers behind the counter! Recommend her to my friends already.
Fast service,no waiting but found that there was a hidden fee even though I paid before it was due they tacked on a service fee for paying cash. Not so thrilled as I was misinformed at this.
Oh, customers have to wear mask to enter. Upon entering the shop. The person at 12:30pm IS NOT IN complaince with the policy. Person running the store is not wearing a mask nor not abiding with the Washington State policy of hand santizate or safety precaution here. Be careful.

The sales person sold me a pink phone and hid it under a phone case/protector. I didnt notice it till I got home. It was late and I was tired .
Walked into this store and was refused service. They wouldnt even take a look at my phone saying they are owned by a different business than the cricket wireless store I bought my phone from. When I asked what business that was the manager said, wireless revolution and my jaw hit the floor. Later, after going to the cricket wireless store I originally bought my phone from, the associate told me thats completely bogus. I guess I dont appreciate the fact that these people whos job it is to serve their customers so rudely told me they couldnt help me because it would interfere with their inventory.

Customer service is exceptional, needed a phone for adventuring in Thailand. I was arranged a phone with full protection, at an afordable monthly rate. The Manager helped me install my car mount and personally invited me to come back if i had any problems! Best customer experience ive ever had! They also have a grandfathered 4 lines unlimited (Taxes and monthly fees incl.) for $100.10/10 would and have reccomended to friends and family!
