Paid a bill, yup theyre good at taking money. Needed new glass for my mainstream phone but they didnt have it. Got some help fixing what home office screwed up on their last improvement???? The gal that was there is really pleasant to work with and knows her way around the phones. 👍

Elena was SPECTACULAR!!! I was at TMobile first. Prices were awful! Elena figured out what I wanted and set up my phone for me. She showed how it worked and transferred my contacts!! Awesome lady!Thanks Elena!!!!

We were at boost for 7 years purchased bookoos of phones (my other half breaks his as often as he changes clothes😉) and in search of a new phone for him, boost offered us a older model phone for a big price, we wound up here, at metro, in search of a better deal, plan and customer service. The two ladies there were extremely friendly and busy, making sure to let those waiting know they hadn’t been forgotten. We ended up with a pretty nice phone ( we were scared she sold the last one prior to us but she assured us even if so she’d go to another store to get it❤️ Turns out, we got the last one.) the switching process was smooth (aside from boosts attitudes for losing a customer they didn’t care to lose until they were out the door). The ladies created a warm friendly inviting and knowledgeable experience for a few customers in the store during our visit, including us! Hope the cell service is just as good! Thanks ladies from this small town girl in this big ol city 😉❤️

Went in to get the $25/line and 4 free phone promotion. The 2 girls at the counter had/acted like they had no idea what i was talking about even after i showed them the ad. Like others have said I felt racially profiled by these girls and it seems like they were not interested in my business. So I went to the Southcenter store instead. They got a 5 star review.

The first day I went in the store, the girl stared to help me, she saw a white woman come in she stop helping me started to help her, I had to say excuse me how long then she started help me but was kinda rude! Then today I come in ask about the phone she act like she couldnt hear me and the other girl help, they talked in there language then ever phone I looked at from the day before was out of stock they would not help me with my phone I walked out mad want to switch server because Im tired of poor service I on the phone and in the store

First they required my Dad to pay his bill before they could look up his account after he lost his phone.. Then they would not sell us a cheaper phone even though they had 5 different models on the sales floor. The girls there offered to sell us one for 250.00 even though my dad was eligible for a free upgrade. When I asked about the phones for 69.00 they said they had none in stock. Seemed like they were lying and only interested in making commission. I felt racial profiled and discriminated against. We left without a phone and will be switching carriers. 👎

This is the second time Ive gone to this store and been treated like Im a lesser form of being. I didnt catch her name but she seemed to be in charge. This lady was very rude and stuck up and I believe racially profiled me and refused to sell me a phone period even though I was never once rude or did anything whatsoever to deserve to be treated that way and this was the second time this has happened. The first time I let slide thought maybe she had a bad day but not this time. I would not suggest this store as long as this lady works there

I made a big purchase a few days ago& I tried to get a refund, but they keep refusing to give me my money back. I’m well within the 7-14 day refund policy& even metro pcs customer service told me to report Andrea& Steven at the burien location. I will highly say stay away from this store because I’m sure they are scamming there own customers. Pretty sad.

Andrea& store manager steven would not refund my sisters money. And she was within her 14 day refund period. Its wrong.. They are scamming there own customers. Stay away from that store. They will rip you off. They do not care about you.

I was emotionally abused in this work environment go there if you want but not to work it’s not worth anybody’s time and save yourself the trama also most of the reviews you see are from when they set up you’re phone with them and they help you make a gmail so most of them are fake please make sure they get your consent for every thing!!

Wanted to port in my old phone number to metro. Ive been a customer of metro for a little more then four years. Called service provider and got my account number. Give it to the lady at the store and she told me i had to pay for that phone bill before they could do anything. Me being a customer for these years...YOU DO NOT. As long as you have your account number and pin your ok. These people need to be retrained and not try to get over on people.

Do not buy a phone here, if something is wrong with your phone you have to come back to the store to get warranty service and they wont even ship to your house even if its under warranty.Shifty customer service. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM METRO PCS, YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU DO!

DO NOT GO!! NORA the store sales associate misinformed me about what I needed to pay. Long story short i applied for a smartpay lease Nora originally said I only needed to pay 382.00 if I chose to pay out the phone, I called smart pay and come to find out I have to pay 531.17. At first she made it seem like smartpay was incorrect she even told the rep i need to speak to someone else because i dont believe you have enough knowledge, However the entire time it came down to her not being properly trained, WHICH is NOT my fault, Because now I am the one that has to pay. Instead of 764.89 which is what nora said would be my final charges i am paying 913.00 for a damn phone.The only thing she had to say when I asked her how we could waive the fee since this is not something I agreed to she said uhm I dont know what to tell you sorry DO NOT GO HERE.
