First of all, the store manager Gabrielle is AMAZING! We have been with AT&T and Sprint and both fell more than flat. Neither company cares about their customers or customer service, so having some one as amazing as Gabrielle was refreshing. She helped us set up 5 lines and activate 5 phones in under an hour, and the majority of the time was just answering our millions of questions. She was the most knowledgeable person we have met and she answered all of our questions about particular phones, their service, and much much more. Customer Service and Cell Service is great with this company and we are very satisfied.

The lady that works here is rude I was planning on doing a byod and purchase a iPhone 6s for $49. Just because my wife’s new address didn’t match her ID she walked in while the other guy was doing a awesome job getting me transferred. She said something about fraud prevention but we had the account number from previous company and everything necessary to verify her identity. She let us transfer but we couldn’t get the $49 offer for transferring over and she didn’t try to help one bit to be verified. All she made it seem like was we were trying to commit fraud so she won’t give us the $100 off but we can transfer and pay full price. That’s not fair how she judged us and walked in from lunch speaking rude to her employee. I forgot that guys name but he did a great job helping us with no issues until that lady walks in and prevents us from getting the new customer phone deal which was only down from $149 to $49. So they lost $200 plus dollars that day because she wanted to be greedy and get full price from the phone. Whoever owns this store needs to get rid of her I’m never going there again.

I would not choose cricket as a phone provider ever again, yes the people are nice and all, but they dont tell you that you have to be in a plan for at least 6 months. If you do not meet these requirements then if you deactivate your phone and go later on to somewhere else, they will lock your phone. But then NOT give you the pass code needed to unlock it. They might tell you to go to a repair shop or pawn shop to get it unlocked. I will not be suggesting this provider to any. Ever.

Thus lady has no friggin idea what shes doing to talking about. Annoying and was in here for way too long without any answers to questions I have. She refuses to tell me a price before I even add another line to my service. Apparently you have to pay to know the price 1st 😒

Be careful coming here make sure you know what your doing if not there charge you twice and wont say anything gabbi (manager) actions are unacceptable
