The sale rep Armani was very helpful & patient with me during my shopping experience! I was trying to find a workaround to replacing a generated phone number I didn’t like & the manager came over and was somewhat rude about it when he was not even asked for help in the situation. So knocking off a star for that, but otherwise I recommend this location still.

Weve been to this location multiple times only to find them closed. How can you run a business without being open the hours on the website. The door didnt even have a sign that they were closing early. Completely unacceptable!

TERRIBLE store! The worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! They make you wait outside in your car & then would NOT let my husband come in with me & our son. Then, we have on our masks with plexi glass between us. My glasses kept fogging up & I barely pulled my mask down so I could see and the guy told me I had to pull it back up, I complied & they fogged up again & so I pulled it down again so I could see & he told me if I didn’t stop he could not help me. So, we walked out & went down the street to the authorized retail Verizon store where we had NO trouble at all & they had the BEST customer service!

New iPhone isn’t working properly so I took it back the store told them no one can hear me on speaker phone. The salesmen walked 10ft away called it said He could hear me just fine told me if it was really and issue I should just spend more money on blue tooth head phones. Horrible customer service

Kid needs more training. He was helpful but tried to keep me out of the store asking if I just wanted to buy the phone service online or over the phone. I drove all the way up to the store for a reason.

Was told I needed an appointment to be seen in the store, checked in for my appointment and was told someone would be in contact. Waited. My appointment start time passed so I walked up to the store and was told they were busy. They were letting in people without appointments and I was completely disregarded. Not happy with this service thusfar and likely will not come back to this location.

We pay almost 400 a month for 4 phones and my internet is too slow to use it they want me to pay an Xtra 40 a month for internet upgrade so I can use it

I usually dread dealing with Verizon, but with my phone crapping out and being due for an upgrade, I chose to go into the store this morning. I have to say, it was a good experience from start to finish. I would like to say thanks to Heather for making it an easy and quick visit. She was helpful and very knowledgeable.

So, I go to this store often. They have helped me immensely, fantastic customer service with all reps. However one true gentleman stands out, Mr. Adam B he is honestly fantastic, and has went above and beyond to help me whenever there is an issue with my account or even trying to pick the correct device. Hands down, this is the Verizon store to go too.

Verizon has come a long way from the early 2000s customer service and pricing is very very good

Our company office is locating at the location we have no internet service so we have no choice but to get their hotspot for mutliple times . 3 times to be exact, i have to call in and get my order deliver they keep billing us for a service that never activated or even receive.terrible company all they do is driving customer around and wasting my time. i would never recommend this company for business. horrible horrible experience and our bill is insane.they quoted us 800$ for unlimited hotspot. are they crazy and ripping off people

This is a great store. Very helpful staff. Always friendly and prompt.

I did have to wait about 20 minutes. I was greeted promptly as I walked in the door. The two staff members were helping other customers, one of them an elderly lady that the staff patiently explained over and over how for her to procede from there. They promptly fixed my issue.

They messed my play up from what we had discussed. when I fixed it on my own on the same day of leaving, they prorated me for changing my plan and are charging me 100 dollars extra on my next bill. Thanks version

I love the employees! When youre greeted by first name or last name just by walking in the door makes you feel like a priority customer. They are very knowledgeable on any device I ask about and yes, Ive purchased many(gadget freak. Lol). My extended Verizon family. And the wait time, if busy, isnt long at all.

Unbelievable... went in to do a simple exchange, because VERIZON made a mistake in shipping us the wrong thing. The people were incredibly slow, and didn’t care. It took over 30 minutes just to do an exchange. Pathetic.

Staff is great willing to help with anything you need.

They take customer service to a new level, great you as youre walking through the door.the manager Michael has assisted in selling me the last 6 devices, he always make sure that I feel like I am getting the best deals and and all the staff have been to answer all my questions. I joke with him that I gotta stop coming in as it seems that nearly every time I end up leaving with some newer than I brought in.

This store is run much better that the last time I had to go in several years ago. They were extremely helpful and quickly got us taken care of.

Went in trying to get an upgrade, clearly told rep I had tons of storage to transfer & she recommended 64GB phone & if it wasnt enough I wouldnt have a problem changing my phone to more storage. Of course it wasnt enough so I went back in trying to change my phone & they told me there would be of 50$ so I asked the same rep if there was anything they could do since clearly the fee was never mention. She said no because her manager was very strict so okay I let it slide. NOW Im getting hit with another fee THAT AGAIN WAS NOT MENTIONED. I would give 0 stars but thats not an option. I forgot to mention the manager was very rude even after I explained to her that the rep was the one who told me there would be no problem exchanging the phone within 2 weeks. She LITERALLY just SHRUG her shoulder.

Went to this location last night I was experiencing a lot of problems with my stereo in my vehicle and could not understand my new iPhone X . Talked to a representative by the name of Adam brooks, This gentleman completely stopped what he was doing took the time out to make sure that I was 110% satisfied and fixed all my problems !This guy right here has made me a Verizon customer for life ! We had ever intention of buying 2 new phones. We wasted an hour our time with rude dismissive uninformed staff. We have been Verizon customers for decades and the service and price just keep getting worse!

The store is great. The service is beyond compare. The billing is why we left verizon.

Apparently can’t print of receipt if the person on the account isn’t there. Not like I was trying to upgrade or something. Just needed a reciept. Lady manager there need to loose her tone and some pounds while she’s at it!!

Phone wasnt delivered on time. Got excuses. No one tried to make it right. I have had verizon for over 10 years. It was awful. They almost lost me as a customer. Most expensive service that has no idea of customer service. Still no one has even apologized

My parents were both updating their phones to new Pixel 3 XLs, and Khalifa was seriously amazing. My service is personally through T-Mobile, but if everybody with Verizon is as helpful and friendly as Khalifa and her fellow staff proved to be, I may have to seriously consider switching!

I needed a new phone and wanted to try Verizon. I knew from their website which plan would meet my needs, but the staff went the extra mile helping me choose the right phone.

Very friendly customer service. Really helpful and lots of phones and accessories to choose from.

The visit was long but it was worth it. Black Friday was the reason and the employees was great at their job talking to everyone and making them aware of their waiting time to be helped.

Very disappointing.. Staff found out I am a business owner and 2 of them teamed up on me likes starving dogs going after the same bone. Convinced me to switch to a business account (I sure for a commission gain for them). Screwed up my accounts auto pay, ended up 2 months behind. Paid a $382 bill today as a result of these two idiots (Dumb and Dumber) I called corporate told them what had happened, it took a hour to correct the mess Dumb and Dumber made of my account and in the process an honest employee said Verizon wes you $82.00. What a bunch of crooks.. I wonder how many people they screw out of money that they never tell? People who work here are people who got fired from ever job they had before going to work for Verizon. Cancelling my service next week..

Absolute worst experience Ive ever had at a Verizon store they mess up an order and then tell me that I need to deal with Verizon and then Verizon tells me to go back and deal with the store that the stores is the one that messed it up charge me a restocking fee of $50 for $100 item that they messed up to begin with at the store I said at least six different issues with the store in the past I guess its my fault for going back
