Screen on iPhone 8 was blank/black. They said it was a bad screen. Read it could be a digitized but since I wasnt about to open it and ruin the phone in the process I trusted them.45 minutes later the phone was working like new.

These guys know there stuff brought them iPhone X stuck in boot loop. After 2 stores one saying mother board other saying can’t fix it they diagnosed it down to charging port in less then a hour ! Grisham has awesome customer service and diagnostic skills my preferred tech here .

Nice store with friendly staff. Seems like place that could quickly and easily help me out. The down side was the fact that it was $109 to fix my phone when part can be ordered off line for $100 and, my insurance deductible is $100.(I understand paying for skill, the purchase of small tools, life time warranty on a problem my, DISCONTINUED phone model for this problem, etc so not in any way upset. Just sad. And my sadness cost you a star)

Too high and found a place that was exceptionally better for half of the price to fix my cell phone screen in Hulen mall...

Great guys and not over priced. My fiance needed her $500 phone fixed as the screen only showed a black screen and nothing else. We made it clear that she didnt want to lose any of her photos on it and thats why we chose to fix instead of replace and they fixed it for less then a third of the price of the phone. We are thankful for their service.

Wow!! The battery in my sisters iPhone 8 had swollen as she watched it on the counter and the phone broke open. She was told that she couldnt get the photos off of it so she didnt bother. I took it to CRP Cell Phone Repair and the gentleman was able to remove the old battery and put in a new one. I didnt care what it cost because my sister was so delighted that she has her photos back. Its working just fine thanks to someone who knew what to do.

I took my iPhone in to get the screen replaced and have been back 3 times because they can’t seem to fix it. The screen keeps falling out and because of this permanent damage was caused to my iPhone. I asked them to cover the damage and they wouldn’t nor would they give me my money back. Take your business to another company with some sense of customer service.

We went in with a completely broken screen on my Galaxy S8+ and the gentleman (I cant remember his name unfortunately) was awesome! He told us he could get it fixed in an hour. The only down side is the repair was a bit expensive. He had my phone fixed after an hour as promised, another bonus is that he said he only had gold or purple and not the black that my phone is which I dont like either but when I looked at it after leaving it was silver which is MUCH preferable as I even asked if he had silver, I suppose he noticed he had it and remembered I asked for that before I decided on gold. Overall, its expensive but wonderful customer service and I am very happy with the fix and that I didnt have to get a whole new phone. 4 stars because of price.

Do not carry most items in stock. Tried to get me to wait 10 days for them to order parts. Who on earth is going to wait 10 days to get their phone repaired. Lady on phone was very rude.

Professional service and Great management!While doing a job survey, I dropped my Samsung note 5 on the asphalt, and got a permanent black screen that couldnt be solved by reset using the button combinations.I had taken it to 3 other phone repair shops before I made it here, and after they had tried the exact same basic button combinations as I did, they all told the same thing We dont repair these cause its too hard, or We have no idea what is wrong with it, and you probably need a new phone.As soon as I entered In and out smart repair, I was greeted by Jonathan, who listened to me explain my then bleak outlook on the situation, (which I had almost given up on) but only very briefly before he chimed in and told me the exact problem with the phone (The screen under the glass) and assured me that if that was the only issue, the phone would have all my data intact.The color of my screen was not in stock (white) so he offered me a gold one that day, and said that if I did not want that one, he could have me a white one by Thurs. I use my phone everyday for my job so I needed it quick, but also thought the idea of a gold screen for a white phone would be pretty interesting.My phone was done in the time given as I waited in the lobby. It works like brand new and I didnt lose one thing!! I also get to keep my phone with a couple of new battle scars and a custom coat of paint.Five stars!Dont do what I did, and go here first!

Repair was fast, affordable, and excellent repair made the phone seem right out of the box again! I have had 2-3 repairs there dealing with dropped phone causing cracked screen or display to be knocked out. The phone gets repaired while you wait most times or you can go enjoy shopping or a lunch and they will call you when its ready! Great place, wont use another repair place but In & Out Smart Repair!!

Very happy with my repair. I had work done on my phone at another store. They left out screws and a bracket. Also had to replace the parts that were just installed into my phone by other company. Now my phone is working properly. They are also a certified Verizon repair store. Thats good to know

It was the least amount of hassle a broken cell phone screen could possibly be. I dropped my iphone off and it was ready to go a couple hours later. Great repair and I was in and out the door in minutes. Affordable price. I definitely recommend this shop to others.

Went to her because my iPhone 7 wasn’t charging they broke my phone and put it in a constant loop of rebooting then told me I had to pay to fix it after they were the ones that broke it had to pay new service see because I had to switch back to another phone They wouldn’t replace it ether and they did it to another guy that was mad about a iPad they broke and tolled him there is nothing he could do about it

Went in with a shattered phone screen on my iPhone SE that I was pretty sad about and they had it fixed in 45 minutes. Looked great and was a reasonable price. Staff was very friendly

I went there to have my phone fixed and they put some very cheap thin glass screen and some how managed to mess up the home button. They told me to come back to fix my home button in a couple days.But that cheap screen they put on my phone barley cracked from a small fall on to carpet (my fault I understand). But when I came back they couldn’t even fix the home button that they messed up unless I spent another $130. And when I took it to another phone repair shop they told me that it was a cheap screen that was put on very poorly and had missing parts. Also misleading life time warranty.

It was super easy to book an appointment online and the quote I was given to fix the phone was exactly what I was charged. The phone only took an hour to fix and is working great so far!

Would highly recommend this place. Phone would not connect to network and after replacing the charging port where the cellular antenna was at it still would not connect. The part they replaced was expensive and because it didnt work they said free of charge. This morning after backing up my phone and restoring it connected. I felt I needed to say something becausethey DID fix my phone! Both guys were extremely nice and helpful! If you are having any problems with your phone go here. 😊

Gentlemen was courteous and helpful. Replaced my screen fast. AT&T insurance could not do it for five days. These people did it in 30 minutes. It was worth the extra $30. (Over what the deductible would have cost ).

📲📱The part under my screen cracked on my Samsung Galaxy S7 rendering the display completely useless.💩 The price for a warranty claim on the phone was $200. 💰Plus I would have had to send the phone off and wait ⌛⏰for a couple of weeks for it to comeback.🤔 So I checked out getting the parts replaced and the team at CPR Cell Phone had my phone back together, working correctly, and the whole process was cheaper and much more efficient🎉👍

Today was my first time coming in and I highly recommend this store. Great customer service! Transactions were easy and smooth. 10stars!

We brought in a mac because the keyboard and track pad was not working. We dropped it off there to have him look it over. He originally told me it would be a $40 service fee to discover the problem and that he would call me with an update. I received a call within a few hours and he told that to fix the problem would be almost $250. We ultimately decided to hold off as we are thinking about getting a new laptop, but I want to give him 5 star review for his honesty. When we spoke on the phone he told me that it only took him a few minutes to discover the problem and that he wasnt going to charge me the $40 for 5 minutes worth of work. Although we did not make a purchase through him this time I can say he has a customer for any future issues. I am so glad to see that businesses like still exist in todays world. Thank you for you honesty and know that you have a future customer for life.

My daughter took her IPhone to this place of business and she was told that if her screen cracks again that they would repair it, its under warranty. I called this business today because my daughter was changing phone cases and her screen cracked (the glass this place uses is so very cheap & very thin) it broke so easily. Well, I was told its not covered under the warranty. Very misleading! Now my daughters phone is not working at all! Will never go back!

Phone stopped working a few months ago and AT&T basically threw their hands up and wouldnt do anything. U brought my phone here and within an hour my phone was as good as new! Referred my mother who shattered her screen and then it separated another time after she had dropped it. Both times they were extremely helpful and prompt. Unfortunately my phone took a turn for the worse. This time its finished, but with that said they went above and beyond to help me. Im very appreciative of their efforts and will be coming back if ever needed from now on.

My ipad was shattered really bad. I bought it in and CPR did an Awesome job replacing the gas and fixing the corners that was chipped. And its the best decision i made.

What A Business!! My wife broke the screen on her phone and took it in. They had to order the screen so, when it came in, she went back. In the process of replacing the screen, a screw stripped out and the case couldnt be removed without breaking it. Since the phone was now unusable, they lent her an I-phone to hold her over. They went ahead and broke the case to replace the screen and replaced the case at no cost. After fixing the screen, the volume down button would work and the camera icon was gone, showing only the video icon. They got her another phone, transferred all her data and refused any payment for the phone. This service is well above the norm and I am sure to tell anyone who will listen, how great this place is!

Really bad quality made me pay for a diagnosis on my ps4 and it failed still made me pay my ps4 is 200$ offered me a repair for 331$ and I obviously said no and we payed 100$ for a diagnosis and he had to take our controller which is another 60$ and he wouldn’t give us our disc that was in it which gave him another 60$ from us which forced us to get another ps4 for 300$ if your not looking forward to spending a huge amount of money than don’t go to him

I had my iPad screen fixed here, after two weeks I pushed the button too hard and it got stuck under the screen. CPR fixed my screen with a new button for free since it was under warranty. would highly recommend.
