Excellent Customer care! Rafael and Cameron were respectful, kind, patient, helpful and willing to go out of their way to get me the phone I wanted. Cameron made the 1 1/2 hour round trip drive, in traffic, to get the phone from another store that I wanted and needed that day, while I waited at home! When I returned to the store, Rafael set up, charged, and transferred everything on my new phone with precision and patience. He made sure all accessories fit and worked. He searched for and applied discounts and specials without me even asking. Rafael explained and demonstrated phone features and usage every step of the way in a professional manner. Fantastic customer service and care!

All I can say is WOW! What an awesome experience I had with my grandma at this store! She had previously gone to the other store in Burleson and had a terrible experience, then Stephanie at this store completely made everything 100% better! She was kind, patient, and working hard to give us all the best experience, service, and deals! We spent 2 hours talking through different deals and switching over data and we never felt rushed or pressured even when being offered with a credit card which she explained and offered her personal opinions in similar situations. I have T-Mobile and after this experience with my grandma here, I will definitely be switching over ASAP! I couldn’t recommend Stephanie or her friendly manager any more! Going in to the store I did not know much information about phones or Verizon in general, but Stephanie gave me so much information in detail that I felt like a pro walking out the door. Also very kind and helpful when I had any questions or quams at all!

These guys always take great care of my business and family when we ever have issues with our cell phones or service. If fact, my most current issue was that my iPhone would not charge when plugged in. They cleaned my charger port and it was as good as new. Saved me $$$ and I didnt need to buy a new phone! They are always helpful and knowledgeable.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only are the employees rude, but they tell you to just call 611 if you have any issues. We have had our plan for six months now and continue to be overcharged. Our first responders discount is not being applied and they keep saying they will fix it when I call. Myself and my son have medical exemptions from masks and they kicked us out of the store and were extremely rude about it, keep in mind the male there barely had his own mask on. They dont care about customers or keeping business. I was going in there to upgrade several phones and make sure they put our discount on our plan. Guess we are looking for a new provider.

This is the best Verizon I have ever been in! I hope Wireless Zone owners know what a quality employee they have in Malik!! He was friendly, helpful & took the time to make sure I understood everything, telling me this was his job. But I’ve been to other Verizon stores who only do the bare minimum to accommodate a customer, not go above & beyond to help you like Malik did! I highly recommend this store and this employee!! He was a delightful surprise!

This is not an actual Verizon store. This is a second rate or second store. Don’t go here unless you want to pay 140-180$ for them to set up your phone.

I had good service. A crazy ex was able to ruin everything on my account and the two employes at the Burleson Verizon store Monique Thibodeaux and Malik Nollie both helped me get my phone account back on track. They are super good and helped me so much.

After 25 years with the same cell phone provider, my family and I finally made the switch from Sprint to Verizon. We came into the store about 30 minutes prior to closing and were greeted by Ray. We told him what our goal was and he outfitted the three of us with new Verizon phones and transferred all of our data from old to new phones. Ray ended up working with us for about an hour past closing time and was polite, considerate and informative the entire time. He really made our transition easy and enjoyable. If you are looking for Verizon products or looking to make a switch to Verizon, I cant say enough positive things about Ray and his customer service skills. Thank you again for all your help, Ray! Verizon would do good to have a person like you in all their locations.

We were just here this weekend and got 2 new phones for my wife and my grandmother. They were very helpful with everything they did. It took a long time to transfer the data for 2 phones, but they were very patient and kind throughout the whole deal. The two gentlemen who helped me this weekend reminded me why I enjoy Verizon. Just got off the phone with an associate by the name of ryan hope I didnt spell his name wrong. He answered every question I had as quickly and politely as possible regarding my new phone that I was trying to figure out how to unlock. Its been so long since Ive had customer service that great it honestly has made me think about changing providers, keep up the great work oh and give him a raise managment!!

DO NOT WORK WITH BETTY IF YOU WANT A HALF DECENT EXPERIENCEI went here in to trade in my phone and get a new one. I worked with a lady named Betty...who’s customer service was horrible! She was bad at explaining things and acted super irritated and rude when we asked questions. (On a product we were about to spend over $1,000 on.) When choosing the color of the phone we wanted we asked if we could see two different options, she refused at first and acted like we were asking her to fly to the moon. She went to the back and only brought one color out. We were so fed up with her we decided to drive to a different Verizon and get the same phone with someone who has half decent customer service. When we told her we were going to wait on the phone she was extremely snippy, grabbed the phone, and walked away.

Jeff Kingsley is absolutely ibcredible!!! He was so helpful and answered all my questions, (and I had several) and never acted irritated. He is very friendly and personable and has a fantastic personality! I am so glad I was able to work with him to change my service and get my new phone. He is very knowledgeable and is my new favorite Verizon person! I will refer everyone to him. Thank you so much! Thumbs UP!!!!

Brandon Spain was amazing! My husband and I finally gave up our basic slider phones for smart phones, so of course we had a million questions. Brandon was patient as we ate up more than an hour of his time. He explained everything thoroughly - different phone features and plan options - so we could be confident in the decisions we made. Although some of our questions may have seemed obvious to other smart phone owners, he answered each one respectfully. He never seemed agitated and he didnt try to rush us and was very professional.

When I first pulled up to the store there were 3 police cars in front of the store,and a few police men talking to an employee inside. so I was kind of nervous to go in, but Haley came outside just to assure me everything was fine and helped me out so much, making my transaction very smooth. This is my go to Verizon store. I visit here often for all of my Verizon needs. They do it all! They got me logged in to all of my accounts, setup Bluetooth in my car, assisted with resetting passwords I forgot, transferred all my data, and so much more. Such a pleasant atmosphere every time I visit! If you get an upgrade or a need a new line ask for the manager Lamar.He is great!

Ray and Charles were very helpful with setting us up with new service and iPhone X back in August. However almost 5 months later we noticed our phone bill was not reflecting the promotions that were offered. After several calls with Verizon customer service we were informed that our trade in phones were never received. Since being informed of this 5 months later I find it extremely odd that phones traded in back in August have never made it to “corporate Verizon” in standard 7-10 business days. Charles made one effort to contact me back after many calls to Verizon customer service trying to figure out why the promotions have not been applied. I have walked into the store and left multiple messages requesting some type of update. It has been over 3 weeks and no information or return contact has been made. This whole fiasco of switching to Verizon has turned into a nightmare. Unless actual action is taken to remedy this course of action, I can not recommend this store to switch you service or get a new phone from.

All your staff is terrific at this location but Jeff Kingsley has the patients of a saint! My Black Friday shopping was a total success and couldnt be happier. Even went back to have him help with a ton of troubleshooting questions with all my purchases a few days later which he was happy to help (and im not an easy customer). Kind, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable customer service is hard to find. Hes a keeper!

Last month my girlfriend and I went in to see if I could better my plan. I ended up getting a new phone and changing my plan which I was told my phone was going to be cheaper than my girlfriends phone and changing my plan was only going to be $6 more a month. HAHA.... NOT!!!!! My phone is more than my girlfriends and changing my plan is now costing me over $20 a month more..... Not a happy Verizon customer......

I cant say enough good about this company. 12 years ago when I started with Verizon wireless it was a small store in Burleson with excellent customer service. Thats what sold me to using Verizon wireless . well since then that store is gone and dealing with corporate is dealing with corporate. Just not the same. Now we have this new store with a manager and employees that truly go above and beyond in service!!!! Ask for the manager or Craig! After damaging my phone and having to go through a whole new switch over, Craig went above and beyond in getting me into a good phone, helping me set it up, getting all my data switched over, and getting me the best deal. All while I am working!!

My experience at Verizon wireless zone in burleson was outstanding. I am the type to be suspicious of sales people of any kind, but Haleigh was very friendly, helpful, and honest! She worked with me and my budget and gave me a great deal on my new phone and accessories. She was very informative about data plans and rates, and she went out of her way to present different promotional options for me to choose from. We were still finishing up after she was scheduled to get off and I did not feel rushed at all, in fact she offered me a drink and some cupcakes! What wireless phone company does that?! I came in on Friday to get a new phone and the manager Scott pushed me into getting a Motorola phone and told me he would be able to transfer my contacts and photos for me because I have a lot of photos of my deceased son on there so it is very important for me... and I left the store feeling very dissatisfied, and like Scott just wanted money. I got home and none of my photos or contacts were on my new phone. I was very disappointed with Scotts help and the type of phone he sold me, I felt like he was just trying to make money and didnt actually care about me as a customer at all. I was very upset so I came back today and Haleigh helped me return the phone I didnt want anything to do with, and she activated my own phone I brought and wasnt able to automatically transfer anything to my new phone so she manually transferred over 100 contacts for me and helped me more than words can explain. She personally apologized for the inconvenience and spent over 3 hours helping me. She should get a raise!! Ive been a Verizon customer since 1997 and this is by far the best customer service I have received in my life time. Im very appreciative of your help and service.
