Ive had my laptops repaired here twice. Both times they did a great job quickly diagnosing it and repairing it for a fair price! Highly recommend them and will definitely go back for future repairs/upgrades.

This is a good place to get your phones and computers fixed. Also this is a Gaming lounge too. The employees are nice and well informed. The prices are good too. Parking is limited if you want to park for drop off and pick up. But if you need to be longer you will have to park down the street . But parking is free.

Ive been working on my own computers for over 30 years and seldom need outside help. However, the screen on my ultra thin laptop was giving me problems and I knew enough that I needed to consult someone more versed in the current laptops. I brought my laptop in and Justin immediately diagnosed the problem and had a replacement part ordered within 30 minutes. A few days later when the part had arrived, Justin had everything fixed in a flash. The whole time Justin was pleasant and communicative. Both the quality of work and the customer-centric interaction were top notch. These are good folks taking good care of good folks... this is what small business is about. I appreciate you guys!

Not quite sure how they rate 4.8 stars. Definitely disappointed in their service. Dropped off in January at their Crowley location per their direction. Picked up today at their Burleson location. They have a legitimate excuse for everything. Original problem not resolved. Just happy to have my laptop back. Will not be using again.

I cannot say enough about this business. These guys are personable, organized, honest...the list goes on and on. They have built my child a computer and had it done right in time for Christmas. I have trusted them with iPads, phones, laptops and never have had one single issue. They have my son’s phone right now and I have no doubt it will be repaired and be back to working just like new. I took my apple watch in for repairs, they were upfront with me from the beginning about it possibly not being able to be repaired. The pricing was fair. Shaun helped me look for a replacement watch if I didnt want to get mine repaired! They were able to repair the watch. Very friendly and professional.. They have also helped my husband with an iphone that was not charging. Highly recommend them.

We took our PS4 in for a diagnosis and a fix after having trouble with it myself. The lone attendant seemed swamped but nevertheless was quick with service, and I have no complaints about his demeanor. They, however, dont have any soldering equipment at the Burleson location so they could do little other than direct us an hour away to another company that does have it. How do you have an electronic repair shop without any soldering equipment? Thats like having a cleaning service without soap. Im disappointed in their inability to provide aid for something that should have been a simple fix, but what they could provide, they did.

Got in contact with them about building a new PC. Shawn was a huge help and made a really solid rig. He is not there to give you the run around like other places can. He worked with me through multiple changes until we came up with the right build. The prices he charges are VERY good and most likely not going to be beat by others. Dont go buy a prebuilt PC. Work with Shawn and he will get you set right and it will save you money. Amazing customer service and a really good quality build. Thanks for helping me with the new PC and I look forward to working with yall in the future!

Simply put these guys take care of their customer. Walked in cracked screen, battery was defective and the frame of my IPhone was bent. In less than 30 minutes due to conversing with the employees my phone was back to 100%. Been an avid phone tech junky myself for years and they will educate anyone who thinks they know a lot. Managed to crack my Iphone 6S today at work. Took it to Shawn at Ezrepairs in Burleson 5 minutes before closing. They were extremely gracious, and replaced my screen, and battery for me for a very reasonable cost within about 20 minutes! Cant really ask for much than that. I only had the crack in my screen for about 4 hours. I would take my phone here anytime.

These guys are awesome. If you have a busted smartphone, laptop, computer or any other electronics you need fixed, hit these guys up. I called around to no Les than 8 different places trying to get the screen on my shattered ZTE BLADE ZMAX replaced, and these guys were by far the cheapest. Plus, they were super friendly and the atmosphere here was very laid back. And the icing on the cake I that they will fix your smart phone right in front of you. That was a nice touch. Plus, if youre a gamer, they also have a gaming lounge as well as a virtual reality room. Everything about this place is just great. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing their device fixed. Go check them out.

My iPhone 6se just cut off on me!! Wouldn’t come back on and the guy at the sprint store said I would need another phn and that my phn couldn’t be replaced ... took it to these guys and they where able to replace my cracked screen and get my phone to come back on.... they’re something like the apple guys in my book!!!

The people were awesome! I felt very welcomed while waiting for my repair. I am just upset about the repair itself...I had my ipohone 6s screen and touchscreen replaced but it doesnt always work.... I wish they had an email or chat option so that I could make an appointment to fix my screen. I paid a lot of money to fix my screen but it still doesnt work...

They had my phone screen in stock and cheaper than the other guys off 35 and the other 3 places I called. The guy who did my repair was really friendly too!
