Excellent Staff. Amanda, the store Manager, deserves a raise and a promotion. Im not sure if she receives the recognition she so richly deserves. She helped my son and I out in a crisis. No one does that anymore. She is an amazing person with a HUGE heart. We placed an order and she delivered it. Very professional. What an amazing manager your store has!

I am NOT a fan of the new pharmacy automated menu! It announces the prescription that is being refilled! I feel like that is a personal violation! The prescription number should be sufficient for calling in refills without stating what the specific medication is!

This is the slowest, dirtiest, most poorly staffed location i have EVER been to. Came here to take back fewer than $10 worth of bottles with numerous problems in bottle area (not accepting bottles, nasty, not working, unhelpful employees) and I am still in the store nearly an hour later. No one at service desk and no manager to be found. Incredible. I understand a covid problem, but this is a management problem.

There was people stocking the shelves but Only one person running a register. The you scan was eight people deep when I walked in and when I went to stand in it. I hate going there anymore it is just such a mess.

Dont order delivery from the Bristol road location unless you like throwing away your money. Due to the hours Ive been working I havent had the time to make it out for grocery shopping so I tried having my groceries delivered to my house for the first time. When I went to pick up the groceries from my porch I noticed I was missing $20 worth of groceries that I was charged for. I know it wasnt stolen off my porch because I have a ring door bell and they were only out there for less than 5 minutes. When I called the store to resolve the issue I was put on hold for 15 minutes only to be told that they could not refund me the money and that I would have to call someone else but they didnt know who. Incompetent staff working at this location and definitely will not be shopping here again.

Usually quick checkout. Other services like check cashing, money orders, and photocopies. Clean counters and isles. Fresh baked goods. Hot and cold items deli. Pharmacy.

This store is going down hill. I get cheap bread for my kids cuz I go through it so fast. Ive been noticing that a lot of bread has holes in it from mice eating through it. Either the store has mice or the place the bread comes from has mice but this is ridiculous. I almost dont wanna shop here anymore

I have been coming here more than meijer. They still have the directions arrows n social distancing. I thought wearing a mask was mandatory but I guess not BC I saw people without it. Not a lot, just a few. Great prices. Good selection of fruit. However, their parking lot is always trashed. I feel for the workers. Other than that, good store to shop in.

Today was the first time I was in a grocery store since COVID-19 started over a year ago. Your pharmacist Adam gave me my vaccine, could not have been nicer or more professional. Thank you, Burton Kroger!

My son(special needs) and i were ripping apart garbage baga of pop bottled at approximately 7 pm. Today and next to us was an employee wiping down carts..mind u she said nothing to us.. We had 2 heaping shopping carts full of pop bottle and cans. With one or two bags on top... We go in the entrance and an employee stops us and sayssorry we stopped taking pop bottles back at 4pm i was LIVID!!!! My son was having a hard time getn the cart thru the entrance just to turn right back around!! I had to reload my car with all the bottles again without the bags.. I called them it rang and rang 25 times i hung up... I then called customer service ...i let it ring for 3 mins straight! Noone ever answered! Im never going there again and ive already told all my friends and family..none of them r goin to this kroger again!!

Well stocked, good selection of meat, poultry, fish and everything else! Great customer service😀

I am completely OVER Kroger clising the bottle room before shoppers get off work. I dont purchase Big K because they are too hard to unload. They went back to normal business hours, but still wont accept bottles for a reasonable amount of tme, leaving evening shoppers stuck with bottles, OMW to Meijer!!

Shopped here all time but will go to meijer went 12 8 20 5 pm no carts one lane open besides sef check out lines to check out as long as you can see employees standing in cart areas talking to each other not the first time i moved from Davis burg that Kroger is an a+ store all done with burton Kroger

Had my interview there yesterday and I called to check in and no one answers the phone.

Updated review. Still one star. Still no open checkouts most days. Usually half the self checkouts are actually open? Why open half the self checkouts? Frequently long lines. Im assuming they pay horrible because most of the time the cashier tells me no one wants to work there.

Customer service has always been down right dreadful here and it goes for customer service over the phone as well as I just experienced. The lady who answered the phone there was down right rude and dismissive of this customers inquiry. Take your business elsewhere and youll thank me later.

I enjoy shopping here. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great selection of various foods and products. This store usually has abundant quantities of sale items. Pickup and delivery services are the best (for those times I just don’t have time to get in)!!

I can go down any lane and find what I want. There prices are good, way better then Myers. They have a great meat department. And every thing is easy to find. Love going there for small things, Like milk and bread. But I also shop for the month to. Love my Kroger.

Great place, fresh produce amazing prices as compared to other similar businesses but what I dig about this place is the produce section which has quality and for a very reasonable price. I shop here frequently as its in my general area. Usually the staff is great, shelves are well stocked, &I love the bargains...although you have to really ✔ around B4 buying here as prices are a bit higher. Not unlike other large grocery stores. Being a regular helps a lot & pays in personalized coupons. 💘

Its not a bad store but they do need to add some more bottle return machines so you dont have to stand there waiting for a machine. They only have 3, I wish they would add a few more machines. Prices aint bad & people are friendly.

I’ve shopped at this store for about 10 years. I’ve never had any problems that have caused me to get on this page and leave a review until today. I was in a hurry and grabbed a few things and went to the U-scan. I bagged my items and hit pay and realized I forgot an item to scan. I needed assistance and was about 2 feet away from two workers that were talking. I politely waited a second until they were done talking. When they continued on with their casual conversation I tried to get their attention. They both looked right at me and kept talking. Again I asked if they could help me and they both looked at me and kept talking. When they were finally done with their conversation one came to help me. If you’re going to work in customer service, than the customers need to come first instead of casually talking. One of the workers has always been SO rude and I will purposely avoid her line when checking out. Hopefully this review will help bring attention to the ones that don’t take their jobs seriously.

The store is clean and workers are helpful. They have a good selection of products and the produce is usually solid. The only reason to not have 5 stars is they dont have everything and the prices are not the best. The meats definitely do not get put on good sales for the most part.

Received a notice that our groceries were ready to be picked up only to arrive and have an employee tell us they werent ready and they had no idea when they would be ready. Very poorly run curbside pickup.

Its a great supermarket. It has an okay selection and the Kroger Brand stuff tastes great. I come here sometimes to shop and I enjoy my time here.

I used to shop at this store about 10 years ago. I recently came into town and stopped in to buy a few things. As soon as I walked in I found the store to be very outdated and dirty. Some of the people there made me anxious. Such as: standing by the doors looking as you walk in or out without anything in their possession. Shady characters. It was unnerving and this was during the day. I cant imagine the crowd that might lure there at night time. Fruit was not fresh. Meat was bad. It was crowded though. Overall it has really changed since I last shopped there when it was clean, etc. All I can say is for me i just wont go back.

I absolutely love this Kroger! Its a couple blocks from my home. Employees are great. Food is fresh. Store is clean. And lines are quick if you go at the right times ;). But seriously the wait is not usually long.

Staff is nice and helpful. But. It is not the cleanest nor does it have things that other Krogers do. It definitely needs to be remodeled all the way around. Maybe additional space

Great location, manager is awesome, allows me to wear my backpack in the store while shopping despite the new security stating it was against policy, so many stores make you out to be a criminal by default just for having a bag on your back, I ride a moped or walk, I am not leaving my back to be told it wasnt mine (has happened in the past at some non-Kroger stores) or to have stuff stolen, its a policy that shouldnt be had and I ignore any such rule, I have just as much right to shop as the other folks without having to worry about people taking my bag or anything in it or to have to argue it is in fact mine when I am done, thank you so much for being logical and reasonable with your rules!

Everything usually good all around but there fresh produce is usually not good. They dont last very long when I get them home. Not even a day and the area already going bad. But everything else is great.

Special shoutout to the ladies that made my mother’s flower arrangement!!! Amazing prices and beautiful work! Couldn’t be more happier about the turn out of the arrangement I ordered!!

One of the better Krogers in the area. Usually pretty good about having quite a few lanes open. The deli isnt huge but has enough to pique your interests. The health food section is pretty big and the fresh food selection is on par with Meijer. Overall, this is where I shop if I dont feel like going to the GB Kroger.

They have a security guard working for them who has been fired from other security companies one reason was for saying racial things not just towards me but others. I feel very uncomfortable shopping there knowing he is creeping around.

Only reason its not 5 stars is because the customer service is so so! They walk around mugging and makes you not even want to ask for help even if you need it! I understand people have bad days but not the whole story though!

Never buying there again, click list catastrophe! Setup it to be picked up at 7pm and they called at 7:02pm saying it wouldnt be ready till 7:30 then at 8:08pm they finally came out. The substitutions where not even close to the products needed, and some products they said they didnt even have where common essential household items!?? I currently use Walmart grocery for my shopping pick up needs and gave click list a try but my experience I would never recommend it.

I shop here & work here! Love my neighborhood Kroger! Even before I was an employee; the associates are awesome, they will go way out of their way & will right any wrong that may occur!! So grateful that I get to work at a place that I love to b at!!

A great place for grocery needs. There is always something on sale that you need, plus the crew working there are gonna blow your mind with kindness .

All employees were very friendly and extra helpful. More so than any grocery store Ive been to. Clean, easy to navigate, not too busy.

They always have everything I need, organized store. Only thing is once a month at least they are in short stick because of the warehouse shipments late.

Most of the staff try, they really do. This place is just kind of a cluster.... Its not in the best neighborhood and its proximity to the city and country poverty makes it one of the worst Krogers in the state in my opinion. There always seems to be a line and its hard not to be anxious just being there and trying to leave. Overall, not exactly what I would call a pleasant shopping experience. Sad part, is that its not really the staffs fault, as the place is usually stocked well. Just dated building and rough neighborhood.

Kroger is nice and clean employee are nice. Close to the expressway so if your on a trip and need some thing that forgot and it is s last minute need they are there.

Since the Fenton Rd store closed, this store is way too overcrowded. Theres days that the shelves arent well stocked and sometimes there are no carts. Its almost impossible to make a quick run in and out for a couple things. I really miss the other store.

Baked goods are stocked with a good selection, store is clean and organized. Employees are social, inviting and helpful when asked about something.

Hide your wallet.Very Ghetto/homeless clientele.Mom(71yr) was robbed there.Stole her card wallet as she was checking out. Keep your doors locked. Windows rolled. Dont park between tall vehicles. Stay visible. Dont carry extra cash than what you plan on spending. Dont act surprised to see junkies shooting up in cars in parking lot or slumped over. Just get in and out.

I love love when they have sales. Can go in there with about 10-15 bucks and have about 2-3 meals. I also love that they have a organic section a little pricey but well worth it.

Im a avid Kroger plus shopper and its always my go to for great local produce and a wide selection of Kroger products which are sometimes or always better than namebrands! And who doesnt like discounted gas!?

Bathroom was nasty it looked and smelled like people peed all over in there butt store well stocked cashed out quickly and friendly staff was helpful too

This kroger is my jam. good selection of organics, nice deli and bakery. the right mix of salty and sweet staff to keep it interesting.

The security guard which was a older black male was following me out of all the people in the store. You could obviously tell the man was watching me because he was looking at stuff that he would clearly not be if he wasnt following and he would keep on going in the same area that we were which made me feel very uncomfortable. There was another problem as well. I come there ALL THE TIME and use my card. Today out of all days when I only needed a single item they told me that they couldnt do so. So I left to another store because they for some reason today couldnt take my card unlike every other day.

I got a bunch of groceries...enough for a month for 158.00.... I saved over 65.00 using my Kroger preferred customer coupons and the buy five save five...and other sales. I also use my Kroger card and downloaded digitals. Only one item out of stock. Cashier was not very nice though and I witnessed her being rude to an elderly coworker. I was at Bristol rd. Location.

Shelves are never stocked, Everytime I go to get something, its not on the shelf. They have it in back and act like its gonna kill them to go get it. Milk is always gone. You would think that product like this would be restocked as needed but not here. Ive complained to managers and theyre no help. This location sucks. Bad.

Friendly people clean store lower prices than most have good meats and fruits and vegetables easy access.

This Krogers has a lot to offer. Thought I would have a difficult time finding what I want, the store is set up for easy to find things.

The lay out of the store allows the customer to serpentine through the stores. Very convenient.

The fact that this is the only local Kroger in town that needs a security guard in its store says all you need to know about the place from the start. Unsafe area. Plus, the workers are very rude and we had issues with one in particular who wears glasses. She was so rude on many occasions that we avoid the place now after an especially bad experience a year ago. Very rude people.Even though they have a good variety of merchandise, this Kroger is very awful in terms of crowds. Too crowded.To avoid the seedy people, creepy guard, and too crowded atmosphere you would be better off driving to any other Kroger. This one sucks.

Went there today and they were busy as usual and they started taking people from end of line to next open laneinstead of next in line and i asked about it and some manager in there named leon started talking snoty about me to another guest and i him about it and he got even more rotten. The only Kroger in the Flint area that I go to. The staff are great, and very customer oriented. You can expect the store to be clean and the products you need to be in stock.
