I love BBW! Stopped by to get a few smell good items and walked right into a wonderful sale... I especially love the moisturizing body creams and there are so many delicious scents to choose from... The associates were pleasant and helpful... And theres always a sale going on... Ill be back soon!

Service is great. Stores clean and close to home. The product, however, is not as strong as it was when I first started buying. The smell doesnt linger as long, but the price is the same. At first the price was worth it, now not so. And best fragrances are gone. B&BW seriously????

Had what I was looking for but did not like the greeting we received. I understand the pandemic but staff should be a little nicer with entrance instructions, especially when you dont know. Other than that it was a pleasant experience. It was busy but we checked out fast.

Love the sales! Nice variety of inventory. The staff is awesome. This store is always one of the last stores in the mall to close. I usually shop with my husband when he gets off work so we make it around 7pm but the mall closes at 8. Im always trying to catch the Pink store but theyre always closed so I spend all my money here instead since they dont want it.

It said buy 3 get two free but she charged me for the Xtra 2. How is that free? So much money for just basic smell good and bath products. Id rather use axe products from Walmart and its cheaper.

The store employees were very nice and helpful. I asked about some products and they answered all of my questions and even suggested some good smelling candles. They also have amazing sales!! I stocked up on body sprays. I will be coming back to this location

I went in specifically to see if Forever Red was there yet. Also found some plug-in room fresheners that work in either vertical or horizontal outlets. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Store was well-organized, and I felt safe.

Complimentary sprayed hand sanitizing by their own products at the entrance by a friendly greeter. Smells lovely inside the store and they have product testers for you to try.

I love Bath & Body Works I love air fresheners especially the plug in the different fragrances and has your whole house apartment everything just smelling good I even love their body sprays every time I go in there by 5 or six of them the air freshener ones that plug in the wall if you want something to last and make your house smell good in your apartment try those

Its a great place to go shop for the holidays and Valentines Day and Mothers Day but they need more store employees send help you find things youre looking for not just a cash register ladies and then you get the ones that watch you like you stealing something and my husband spends two $300 on me alone every Christmas and Valentines Day gray store but poor help when it comes to finding things

Sonia/Sonja took care of me at checkout. She was very rude and had an attitude, she continuously stopped in the middle of my return to talk to other customers walking pass. It took about 10 minutes if not longer. Dont waste your time here, I usually go to the one in Schererville and the employees are always friendly and helpful.

Great. Busy but service was fast!! I really like their selection of Wall Flowers and their selection of fragrances for the home.

Came in store. Only 4 people in there. 3 standing in line forever. 3 employees and nobody assist help move things along. Im walking around forever needing help. I had to go find someone. Then I ask what I was specifically looking for (Stress relief body spray), they tell me its sold out. I ask is there more in the back. They say nope and walked away. Didnt say when it was coming in, or find a store who has it, or take my name to call when its in. Guess they know nothing about going the extra mile in customer service. Average and Ok, nothing special like.

This one was in the mall at Calumet City, River Oaks Mall. I prefer the Bath & Body Works in Tinley Park they seem to have more of a selection and its cleaner.
