Customer service in non existent. I am a serious customer. I came for two particular products. No one greeted or ask could they help when I entered the store. The two young employees are too busy at register having a FULL ON conversation and entertaining each other. I asked where the FENTY testers are, she showed them to me and walked away. I had to ask, is there anything o can use to apply…since she didn’t offer to help. She handed me. Sponge and walked away. Never once returning to inquire if I have any questions. I will not spend a dime here.
Clean and was stocked with everything I needed and more
I think there could always be more staff on hand. My last visit, at first there was only one sales representative. She seemed capable of handling what she could, until her coworker came back from break. But, even then, people wander in requesting personal help, as I have. It would be nice for both customers and employees to feel adequately covered. The store is packed with product, thats for sure. Ive always been able to find what item I wanted/needed. This last time I got the last one of the product I needed. Phew!Another thing that could be improved is the condition the sample products are in. Ive found some to be just gross, all caked up, not wiped down, etc. Again, an extra pair of hands could help keep samples clean and inviting enough to actually try.I absolutely know from experience how corporate wants to keep staff at the bare minimum to save money. Its unfortunate. I believe theyd move more merchandise and have happier employees AND customers with more than 2 employees at a time m
They have what you need here but how did two reps get hired that don’t even know how to apply eye liner? I was looking for a new eye liner and i wanted someone to help me apply it to see if i wanted a gel or pencil and neither reps knew. That’s unacceptable
Very supportive and educated associates. They make sure you are knowledgeable on the way out the door. Thanks ladies.
I went in today to help my mom look for a foundation and this lovely patient Sephora employee named Rachel helped us out & was extremely nice. She helped my mom until she was satisfied & talked her through everything 😄god bless her soul 💖 definitely recommend going here 😊
I have yet gone to a Sephora that I’ve had a good experience at. I feel that they hire individuals that are good at doing makeup but terrible at customer service. I was not offered assistance at all and the store was just about empty! I wasn’t even greeted with a hello. There were three workers standing at the register and one wasn’t doing anything but taking up space. At this point, people could have stole because no one was paying attention to the customers! Sephora headquarters need to look into the people that are being hired!
I went it in about a couple weeks ago and let me just that this place is heaven. I went in with the intentions of just looking around since I did not know anything about makeup. But there was this guy his name is Adrian who was beyond great. By the way his eyebrows were on fleeeekkk. LOL He sat me down did makeup and I bought everything he gave me. As I said I rarely wear anything makeup. He made feel and look beautiful, but like he said he was just enhancing my beauty. All the other employees were wonderful and FINALLY THERE IS A SEPHORA IN CAL CITY! Great place for makeup and learning how to do it.
The employee was friendly, but inventory was low. They were out of Sephora lip liners & a few NARS products... Also, the products on display were extremely dusty. disappointing.
It was a beautiful store my eyes literally lit up when I walked in. Great customer service as well if I could Id give it ten stars. Will definitely be back!
Wasn’t a planned visit. I popped in after picking up a store order for my daughter from JCP. It was 1.5 hr before closing. No other patrons were in the store and two Sephora reps were talking among themselves. My daughter and myself walk in and go straight to the Fenty beauty section because I know what I can grab. Neither rep addresses me nor my daughter. I test a few foundations on the back of my hand and neither rep has yet to offer assistance. I then approach (they still say nothing) and ask if one of them could color match me. One rep says I’ll be right back. No I don’t know where she’s going. About 10 minutes pass and I’m left standing there so I decide to leave. As I’m leaving she meets me at the threshold with a device and just puts it to my face. I then ask what is it and she then explains. I ask how accurate, she explains, tells me my number match, and send me about my way. I asked was she going to apply it and she gave me an applicator swab. She was definitely not in the mood to be dealing with me that day. I did try it on for my research but I then just left. I would never go to this Sephora again. The reps at the Ford City location are so much better. It irritates me when people that service the public don’t feel like being bothered with the public. I know reps are human and she was probably having a moment or a day which is why I didn’t “checkmate” her.
I love going here! Absolutely amazing place
Had a very pleasant experience with the staff in Saphora inside JC Penny in River Oaks Mall they were helpful and knowledgeable especially Taraya who made herself available to everyone. Thank You!
The employees were very nice and interact well with their costumers. 😊
My girl friend almost never gets helped when she walks in. And you have to check what you bought to make sure it hasnt been used !
They have outdated products and everything looks like it’s been sitting there for a long time. Nothing looks restocked!
Decent customer service
