If you have very little time or somewhere to be do not get your car towed or serviced here their trained technicians cant even tell you whats wrong with your car.

It was stated that based on unknown needs of my car that the availability for a loaner or timespan was unpredictable. However, my car was not seen before I was told that it would need to be left overnight. No one check it out at all. However, it was based on my concerns that placed during the booking of my appointment, that the advisory team based their decision on. Now, if I’m correct that statement sounded backwards. How is it possible to not know what was wrong with my vehicle when it was placed in the same notes when my appointment was made and those same notes were the ones reviewed upon my arrival?? Yet, based on those notes, I was told to leave my car behind. Personally, appointments should be reviewed and scheduled based on the best time slot required for that service. If a customer books there own appointment then it should be reviewed and revised if necessary. Because from what it sounds like, RIVER OAKS KIA overbooked themselves for cars and could not fulfill the services for scheduled customers in a timely manner.

Unfortunately I can’t give a 5 star rating due to the fact today I had an appointment at 7:30 I dropped my car off for routine service oil change multi point inspection and a recall. Well at 6 I called to check the status and was told they were closed I never received any phone call for an update so now I’m stuck without my car for another day very unprofessional

I just purchased a 2019 jeep compass from here about two weeks ago and already its smoking and over heating. Ive been trying to get in touch with my sales person the one who sold me this car. I have not been able to get help regarding this matter. Ive been trying to schedule an appointment for this but No one will return my calls. I keep calling and they must see thats its me because nobody will answer my call. All Im trying g to do is have this issue fixed before it gets worse. I would not purchase a vehicle from here ever ever again. They fast talk and try to pressure you into buying g a car at what they think its best I would stay away from here do not buy a car from here please. I wished I had followed my first mind.

I had the worst experience it didn’t start off bad but after me and my husband purchased the vehicle and the vehicle was too loud after driving it for a few days. I was told to bring it in but I called before I brung the car in and was told by Napleton they didn’t service the kind of car we purchased so I had to take the car to a Jaguar dealer. The salesman George called me and told me since I took it to a Jaguar dealer that was on me but that’s what Service told me to do. I called and asked to speak to a manager. I was told a manager was gone call me back it’s been 4 days still haven’t heard from management.

Ive been with Napleton now for over 17 years ( Honda-Hyundai). The years speaks for itself! The best service Ive had of any dealership is Napleton River Oaks Hyundai. Ive never been disappointed with any scheduled maintenance work Ive received. Staff is always professional, and the service advisors always make sure whatever you need to have done is addressed.

Wish I hadnt wasted my time going to other dealers - was looking for a good condition used Elantra for my daughter at college, co-signing so she could purchase her first car, I finally ended up here - after buying maybe 15 - 20 cars in my life, from beaters to luxury brands, this was hands-down the best experience buying a car ever. Hats off to Solomon Yemani and the team there, they made it so easy and fast I feel like giving them more business the next time I need a car (even though its not super convenient to where I live). At no time were there any surprises, never any hint of that slimy car buying experience we are all familiar with, the price was the price, the deal was the deal, we got in and out in record time and everyone was happy. My experience at Napleton has always been great. The servicemen are always Couresty, pleasant and friendly straight to the point as to what brought me in. They are the best.

The service work that I needed was promptly and efficiently done by your mechanics. I came in for an oil change, Tire rotation and inspection of my vehicle. They reported to me that I had bubbles in two of my tires and pointed out to me the location of the bubbles. They explained to me how it could lead to a Blow Out and that I should take care of it immediately for my safety. I explained that this was a new vehicle and I just acquired it in April of 2020. One of the mechanics mentioned my tires should still be under warranty. The mechanic went to check and said my tires are under protection and that they would put two new tires on my vehicle in which they did. Altogether, I was very pleased and glad that I went at the time that I did.

The service and sales people are friendly and the facility is clean, however I feel a part of sales is not having the customer feel buyers remorse afterwards. I was told what I couldnt have, and ending with basically what they wanted me to have. at the end of the day total financing plus my down payment I couldve gotten what I actually wanted. And then they didnt have any of the rebates Hyundai offers and they dont participate in Hyundai Assurance so you cant take it back. felt like a scam more than the great experience you feel when you get that next new car.

Almost 3 weeks ago I made an appointment for a routine 7500 mi maintenance. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment. I waited 15 minutes past my start time to be told that the routine maintenance would take at least 3 hours. I was told there was only one mechanic doing oil changes. I was told the next available appointment was July 18th. I was told there was nothing else they could do. When I asked, why didnt you call me this morning? I was told because we were too busy to call people. This is unacceptable practices.

Horrible, horrible experience with the sales person and manager. I call for two vehicles I was interested in but needed more information before I went out there. It dealt with warranties. At first I asked about if they would work with the price if another dealership had the exact same vehicle lower, the answer was No. I asked about if the vehicles were certified and what was the difference, it seemed like making an informed decision was bad. The sales woman Rosa would get back to me but not friendly at all. Never called me so I called and she answered with an attitude when I mentioned I never got a call back. She put me on hold then Peggy (manager) answered. Gave me the information I requested but again not a pleasant person to speak to. Made an appointment but later decided it wasnt worth giving my money to them. I dont patronize a business with employees like that.
