I was in dyer need of a car. But because of past credit mistakes no one was willing to finance me. And if they were the interest rate was sky high on an old raggedy car. My co worker referred me to Transit motors. I called them they told me to come in and they literally got me financed. I didn’t have the full down payment (which wasn’t a lot) so they took what I had.Let me take the car and gave me a chance to bring the rest in within 2weeks. The process was quick and easy Jamal was EVERYTHING!!!! Yes my review is lengthy. But I’m sure there’s someone out there in my same situation in need of a good reliable vehicle. I’m so grateful and thankful for Transit Motors. They definitely BLESSED ME.GO SEE THEM!!!!! ❤️

Im not the type to leave a one-star rating just to complain and vent about something irrelevant. So please read as the vehicles sold here can pit you in danger. Over the course of days, I talked about purchasing a 2000 Ford F-150 from this dealership as they are about an hour drive from me. It was reasonably priced, had low mileage, and one owner. I worked with Ali and his father and they could not stop ranting and raving about how great of condition this vehicle was in, that it drove great and the air conditioning blew ice cold, etc. I am aware dealerships are trying to sell you and may embellish a bit but they confirmed their confidence in the quality of the vehicle. After our second phone conversation and confirming my interest in buying the vehicle, they said theyd need to make one final inspection. During the inspection, they said a small leak was found in one of the brake lines, which is a common issue for these vehicles and most older vehicles, especially one if its been sitting on the lot. And they again raved it was a tiny leak but a great running truck. So that wasnt the deal breaker given the good price listed and they said they had the brake line replaced. So I waited the couple extra days. I let them know as long as it runs that great like they said, we made an agreement for the out the door cost before I even saw the vehicle because of their distance from me. When I took that test drive, I could not believe the number of things wrong with the vehicle. The alignment was terrible; it was difficult to keep the truck moving straight without holding the wheel at different angles. There was an exhaust leak with a loud clicking sound as you accelerated. The brake pedal slowly pressed and released, and the tires had sidewall cracking damage which is very dangerous as those tires could blow out any time. They should not even be trying to sell that vehicle with the brake issue and those tires. And these were just some of the issues with the truck. The bottom line is this is not only a bad dealership, but a dangerous dealership to purchase vehicles from. They pass along lemons.

Worked with Ali and his pops on recent purchase. I was looking for a very specific vehicle in really good condition. They definitely delivered with a high quality vehicle. They honored all verbal terms for a couple of days while we worked through finalizing all the paperwork.

Honestly we were hesitant at first because of the appearance. After talking with Jeremy and James we felt a little better but we have had other dealers say whatever, go get a car off the lot..etc. These guys backed it up, answered every question and were extremely patient and understanding about us being so skeptical. We drove 4 hours back home, in a 2006 BMW 750li and a 3 year 85000 mile motor and transmission warranty that was added to the monthly payments with no issues! other than having to air up the tires on the way home, which they offered to do but we were ready to get home after an extensive test drive and many, many questions. Very pleasant experience and we will do business with them again in the future, for sure!
