I got my 1st brand new car yesterday! I appreciate Ramon Odom, very straightforward and he not going to beg you into a deal. I believed him to be genuine. Zuvonte Madison in the finance department was very thorough and took the time to educate and explain every line of the deal. The time it took (6 hours) would have been my only complaint. I look forward to returning and referring.

The sales man was very nice. But the car prices online and on the window sticker on the car it’s self don’t reflect the 5,000$ mark up they decide to put on the car. A mark up is fine, I understand why there is one. but they don’t tell you about the mark up until it’s time to run the numbers. I would not have even stopped to look for a car at this dealership had I known there was a mark up. Just seems like a giant waste of everyone’s time.

Ramon was a very good salesmen. He helped me purchase my very first car! I am very appreciative of his service as well as his coworkers.

I scheduled an appointment a MONTH in advance because my KIA has not be able retain engine oil among other issues. Once I arrived at my appointment, I was told that I would need to leave my vehicle overnight or at least until they were able to inspect my vehicle because it was too late for the service needed. They did not have a loaner for the inconvenience.They did offer a UBER so I could go home but that was still an inconvenience being that I had other arrangements such as getting to work. One associate did advise me to go to another location since they could not assist me. My issue is why wait until the customer arrives, after a month of waiting for an appointment, to let them know that they will be inconvenienced and there is nothing much that could be done. I made sure to note the problems with my KIA so that the associates were aware of the problems prior to my arrival. However, not one person had the decency of calling the customer and give a heads up in advance.

Had by far one of the worst car buying experiences ever at this dealership. The salesman who helped me was late to our scheduled appointment and didnt even have the vehicle ready for a test drive like he said he would when we spoke on the phone the night before. Not only was it really unprofessional but I felt disrespected as a customer and not taken seriously.

I had a fast and easy process with getting a car, everything about the car is perfect. I want to shout out Cassandria she was wonderful and made my time at Kia great.

Scheduled a service appointment because my Kia has a recall.2.5 hours later, my vehicle still hasnt been serviced.as I watch customers come in after me and leave before me. Employees were talking loud, laughing, dancing, talking breaks, etc. Would this phenomenon have anything to do with the fact that the work for the recall didnt have a monetary tag attached for me? Another Customer was in there saying he purchased a new vehicle with a warranty and a $100 deductible...he was quoted one price for cash and another price if he used the warranty for repairs so, the $100 deductible ended up being nearly $400.
