Gamestop keeps loosing great people very annoying. Tim was one of the best, and I had followed him from the Camarillo store to the Thousand Oaks mall location and now he doesnt work for GameStop. He was very knowledgeable about video games, and always took care of his guest. I tried going into Oxnard location because its close to my job, and staff there doesnt pay attention and not very attentive to there guest. They spend to much time talking with each other or a friend that comes in. I tried going into the Camarillo store again and to my surprise, I met 2 employees there that were great. They were very knowledgeable about video games and definitely took care of there guest. I will return to Camarillo location more often, as long as GameStop keeps them.

What a complete joke! Remember BLOCKBUSTER? 3 paid adults in the building. Only one is qualified to use the register. Manager is chatting & slowly ringing while discussing superbowl wagers with an 8 year old instead of helping me with my transaction. Order online and avoid this shipwreck.

Probably one of the better locations in the Ventura County area. Always clean. RARELY, IF EVER CLUTTERED. Very friendly staff. Extremely helpful. Its in a good location with lots of parking. Excellent selection of used games.

Best place to shop when it comes to new and pre-owned games. They have a lot of variety of games from rated E to M you will for sure find something you like. Specially with their amazing return policy if you dont like the game you bought just come back to the store or any gamestop and you will be refunded back this is only for used games not new ones. As far as collecting pop figures stored vary on what they do have in stock no all stores carry the same inventory but dont worry you can order online and whatever you want to your home. Covid safety guidelines are followed and also masks are a requirement to enter this store or any other store. Huge thanks to the staff working during these times to keep us busy with our gaming needs. Definitely stop by your local gamestop

Very welcoming experience. The workers are literally there to help YOU out. They kept finding ways to make our purchase cheaper and recommended the best things. Big shout out to the whole gamestop team at this location for helping us get our replacement Nintendo switch from our warranty because all the other game stops told us nothing else could be done. These guys rock!

I personally love coming to this GameStop in Camarillo and have been coming to it from Oxnard for many years. I feel that the staff are always well attentive, helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to their Guests. If you’re ever in the area, be sure to stop by this one first if you want good guest-service cause the other ones in this county won’t take very good care of you like this one does.

The employees here are scalping all the PS5 and Xbox consoles. Dont support this company. Stop coming by to any gamestop store.

Was waiting outside for about 40 minutes I peeped inside when I first called and there was nobody there and I called and called and when a lady finally came out she said she hadn’t received any phone calls she checked and their phones were died... if there was zero stars I would choose that instead of one star horrible service!!

Horrible customer service. I had been browsing for a few minutes when the guy that was behind the counter suddenly asked me “are you ready to go or what?”. And he was wearing a Christmas hat too. Not very Christmas-y of him if you ask me. Seemed like they were eager to rush me out of the door.

Came in to sell a game, guy was ringing someone up, waited 15 min for them to tell me they dont take it. Maybe making a list of games you are looking for would be helpful to know and understand.

By far one of the best expirences Ive ever had at a Gamestop, I didnt have any money to purchase anything, but the staff there was so nice to me, we even had a nice lengthy conversation about games and consoles and what not, I would definitely go there in my free time just to talk with the staff, and maybe someday even work there.

Boys like this place for obvious reasons, I like their backpacks and themed socks, I am curious to see if Derek wears his playStation PS Memory Card Socks. Is small and easy to shop and plenty of parking.

I enjoy saving money by purchasing pre-owned games. Ive never had an issue with any pre-owned PS4 games. Id reccomend.

Bought new controller from gamestop, controller had defect within first 6 weeks, Gamestop refused to replace even though it has a 2 year warranty.Will not buy from them again.They auto-redeem your rewards points.I had 36,000 points which are gone!They dont honor warranties.They charge new prices for used consoles (PS4 1TB for $299.99 used - Target has same system - same price - New!)

GameStop Camarillo is a nice but small store, it would be nice if they had a larger store but is what it is, the staff are helpful but wont bend over backwards to get you discounts unless it involves paying extra like the pro card stuff but other then that I would recommend it.

Ive been going to this GameStop since 2004 lately they have not been good with customer service they have been missing titles like when forsaken came out could not go get my code their computers were down now that a $200 controller came out and the supposed to come out on the 25th days dont have those either I dont know whats going on with GameStop but looks like Im going to have to find a new place to shop at
