The gentleman that assisted with my purchase was friendly but didnt seem to offer a customer service experience that I had expected. I asked him for the newest phone and let him know what I was looking for, but he didnt give me any recommendations. My Motorola G Stylus phone sucks!

Janeth is the best employee there. She is very helpful and understanding with everything I had asked. She helped me out so much with my phone problems. I will always be going to her if I ever have any problems.

My boyfriend purchased us phones from this guy and I didnt want the phone that he got me. One it was doing so many weird things like downloading apps on its own, turning off all the time, keyboard not typing correctly and a few more things I let him know. It seemed as if it was a refurbished phone or something then come to find out it only had 3g capabilty not even 4g. He wouldnt exchange it within the specified time which was 7 days & less than an hour talk time. He fiddle faddled with it for a second and said there was nothing wrong with it and said thats all he would do. And said NO EXCHANGES. Even though it said otherwise on the receipt. I most definitely DO NOT or WILL NOT REFER anyone to this place. Biggest mistake EVER, as far as purchasing a cell phone and switching companies. TERRIBLE INTERNET SERVICE as well. Super slow. Huge rip off.

Hooked up with a new phone

I went to buy a Samsung S19 or iPhone X or Xs and they told me that a Samsung A6 had the same quality, to make the sale because they saw me hesitate, False !! buy a horrible phone that a few, mediocre and cheap a few days down the price! I called to ask him to hand over the phone and bought an iPhone X. And the employee took a rude decision, one can not, without talking to the owner, being he who recommended this horrible phone. I reported it to Metro and they said they would call me that today that nobody calls. Do not go to that store.

Lately the service is very slow, those of us who pay have it slow and those who do not pay are unlimited that is unfair.
