Matt assisted me with upgrading my iPhone 8 to a 12 mini, he knew exactly what was suitable for my needs and made the transition fun and seamless. Thank you Matt for the great service! Came in to upgrade my iPhone due to the promotion. I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store by multiple team members. Liz was assisting me with the process from backing up my phone and explaining all the chargers and fees. She was extremely personal and made me feel comfortable asking a lot of questions, she was also being very patient even though my phone set up and back up were taking longer than expected. While we were waiting, Liz was assisting her other coworkers as they ran into some problems, she’s extremely knowledgeable about all the products and promotions the store has to offer and she deserves some recognition for her amazing customer service skills :)

Absolutely no help at all. discourteous and condescending and always busy. Worst experience at a T-Mobile I have ever had. Too bad and looking to switch. Hope they have another store or new management

We went last weekend to upgrade our phones. We were helped by Bryan and Gris. They were so helpful and friendly. They were both knowledgeable and went above and beyond what we anticipated receiving that day. What we both loved was the attention provided without feeling rushed, the service felt very personalized versus just another customer through the door. Thank you for making a normally tedious experience fun.

Worst tmobile ever. Would not help me and my mother and they kept pushing for us to buy something.

Now phone is not working.Just visited the T-Mobile store.Nothing is working, even outgoingcalls.

Wow this store is great ! I walked in asking so many questions and not once was the rep (Jocelyn) rude or looked annoyed! She answered all my questions and was very patient helping me. I will definitely recommend her to all my friends and family. I hope the store management realizes they have a great employee and hope to see her up there soon. 5 starts to this store and young lady

Eventually solved problem.

Went in here today with a fairly complicated situation of that involved 11 lines and porting numbers from another carrier. Jose Luis was fantastic, he did a great job listening finding the solution and working through the process with us step by step. Jose kept a positive upbeat attitude the entire time and was incredibly helpful and friendly. This is the T-Mobile store to visit if you live in the Camarillo, Oxnard, Ventura area. Plenty of parking, very little wait, plus there is a Subway next door if you need to grab a cookie.

Dont trust your elderly or non native english speaking relatives with the people here. These people would rob you at gunpoint if it was legal but since its not they sign them up for contracts without asking.

I went to this T Mobile location yesterday to get a new phone. Bernice helped me and I was out of there in less than 20 minutes. I’ve been with T Mobile for years now but this was the best experience I’ve had so far (not that I’ve had any bad experiences). Bernice was very friendly and efficient.

Great customer service! The best T-mobile store Ive been to. The reps are knowledgeable and friendly and they solved my billing issue and saved me money. Id highly recommend T-Mobile and particularly this location in Camarillo

The BEST store with the BEST staff! Chris is so helpful and nice and the rest of the staff is wonderful too. Switched from Verizon after many years and am a very happy T-Mobile customer thanks to these guys!

I went in just browsing and was helped by a young lady named Janeth. She was very knowledgable, so polite and patient. Shes an awesome salesperson. I dont know how she did it but I ended up buying a phone case and I didnt even need one. Lol.

Came here just to get estimate and quote on adding either another phone or tablet & was immediately greeted by Berenice Gallardo, she was very knowledgeable, friendly, patient & explained everything to me on what option would be best.. She made the whole process smooth and easy to understand on what i decided to go with.Also the manager of the store Matthew was very polite and greeted us while we were waiting to get helped.. Def the best service from every other tmobile store ive stepped foot it.. It was worth the 1 hour drive out here.

I had to wait too long. Salesman giving too much unnecessary information to a customer. Saleswoman was more efficient.

There is one guy in t mobile who so rude not the Spanish guy the other one. Today when i was there Saturday jan 20 time: 6:39 pm, He liked to fight me for no reason i do not know mangers why are hiring such as those rude people... That hurts to any business

Staff is always friendly, patient, and helpful. They have some seating, so overall it isnt an unpleasant place to wait your turn.

Not good service and trap you in a contract they did not explain correctly.

The only store in Camarillo and it can get busy and You can end up waiting for a long time. Staff helpful but I feel like I know more about their products the the staff does.

Staff is very responsive, location is comfortable and parking is easy. They have excellent deals.
