I bought earrings that cost $500 or more, bought insurance for them. The craftmanship had to be bad for a post to break. Now they want to charge for the repair or replacement of both earrings when only one is broken. The insurance ended up covering nothing...and the sales pitch for us to buy the insurance was a lie. If they cannot repair the post for free, how can one expect an earring being replaced if lost- according to the insurance sales pitch.I am so dishearten that I am going to close that account and I will ask my husband to close his too. He wants es to buy me a set, but I refused to buy from Zales. We will look for another store.Lie to your customers and you will see how soon your sales, reputation, and credibility goes down the drain.

KIND AND PATIENT!I came in with the intention to buy earrings, and of course the shiny started shifting my attention. Linette was kind and patient as I asked question after question, lol. I asked to step outside so I may reset my thoughts and came back with my selection. No pushy sales tactic here. Thanks again, God bless!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE! I’ve placed something on layaway and I decided to cancel after some payments. The manager said they were gonna send a check with the amount I had pay. It’s been more than 7 months and I’ve not received anything. Ive gonna to the store multiple times and they just won’t give me my money back. The manager is very rude and always says she will call me when to pick up my check and she never does. I don’t know what to do at this point. They just won’t answer my calls either.

Very very very disappointed ! I had bought many jewelry from this store and I am sure not going to anymore! I had a promotion offered to me and they said I had 0% interest until last month (December) so I finished paying my balance before the month of December ended, because thats what the sale associate Angelina told me that as long as it was before the end of December I was fine and all of a sudden I get a statement stating I owe almost $400. I called customer service they were NO HELP apparently it’s all my fault for listening to Angelina and they said I had to pay before December 6 like I told them IT WOULD BE NICE TO KNOW THERE IS A SPECIFIC DATE! I wasn’t able to log in to my online account for all this time and every time I would ask they told me I don’t need it I had to go make payments at the store because I was paperless so I never received a statement stating when the promotion was ending. Now im stuck paying those $400 of interest and im only paying it because I don’t want my credit score to be affected by this if not I wouldn’t pay any of this because it’s not fair that I am stuck paying all this extra money just because a sale associate told me FALSE INFORMATION! Apparently they don’t care about their customers they just want the money I mean what else can we expect right. So make sure to either call costumer service or talk to the managers before accepting the promotions so they can explain better because obviously their sales associates aren’t well trained to give correct information!

Very dusappointed. Bought wedding rings here and before wedding a diamond had fallen out of ring. Took it back and employee was very rude. My husband went back next day and same employee cursed at him and told him to go outside with him and they could fight it out outside .very unprofessional. We called headquarters about incident .employee admitted to incident and head quarters were suppose to call us back and we havent heard from them since.
