It was fire great food good people n even better prices!!! So bomb and super cheap looking for a quick lunch call it in they got you!!!

I get some of my veggies here. They also have grated cheese and different Mexican cheeses and salsa in the back. I also enjoy the hot food. The burritos are big and street tacos yummy. I believe Establos owns this store as well.

Just found this place a few weeks ago. Decent selection of basic meats and veggies. Better than fair price for the quality of food Ive received to this point. Id say its better than the average grocery store for what they do have.

Great food, good service, fair price, a bit of a communication issue but well worth it 👍🏼 got the carnitas plate with grilled peppers and was not disappointed 🤤🤤

They have the best super burritos in town..

I like their selection both of cooked food and their freezer section of meats and seafood. Great prices and quick service. Cood be a bit crowded though because of their small space and very narrow aisles.

Girl at register was so rude right off the bat that I ended up leaving and getting a burrito somewhere else. I recommend Establos or the shop inside 76 gas station off Petit. Yummy quick and friendly.

Food poisoning...carnitas tacos today. Should’ve saw it, but good mood & let it pass, the Hispanic at the counter gave me a ‘mean’ look when I asked for additional hot sauce. I’m Asian American and was very polite, whatever the reason his eyes showed “hate”. Been in bed & other all day.If was possible, negative 100 stars.

Ohmygosh the Carnitas tacos hit the spot!

Clean, follows Covidd rules, arguably best meat department in Camarillo, great take out or eat outside restaurant, kill burritos, good vegetable selection, a must visit at least once location.

I am a CAUCASIAN AMERICAN this was a five star review until yesterday. i order 3 el pastor tacos with hot sauce and the employee made my tacos WITHOUT HOT SAUCE, CILANTRO OR ONIONS JUST THE MEAT AND TORTILLIAS ONLY. i will never have anything good to say about this market ever again since you lost a customer. i paid good money for something that was made incorrectly and the employee saw me waiting and made them incorrectly. as you can see in my photo of m previous experience and many many times they were always made correctly as they should. it was not busy this is the only order they had. this is bad business and like i said I will never spend my money dealing with employees who treat customers poorly with the preparation of food

Ceviche was delicious and their chicharrones are the best.

One of the few places where you can score some oxtail aka Cola de Buey. Just ask for my man Alfonso, and hell get your fix sorted!

Need to check sales receipt. Was charged $5.99 for rice and beans when I ordered 4 tacos and asked for rice and beans. Tacos $1.99 each plus $5.99 hot food?????

Love to stop here for a quick stop and get some groceries. The meat is pricey. Place is usually clean and the people there are very helpful. I tend to order food there every few weeks and havent been disappointed.

Good prices and decent portions but not comperable to San Diego Mexican food. One of the better spots in Camarillo.

Chorizo breakfast burrito was great and worth the price. Appreciated the extra cooked peppers on the side as well!

La Bodega has friendly staff, is always clean, the produce is fully stocked and fresh, and the meat always tastes great after it hits my grill 😁

Awesome asada nachos

States they close at 9, went to go order food at 7:30 and they were closing up....specify what your food/ market times are! So people don’t show up disappointed like me to leave with no food...and half the time the food really isn’t worth it here. Again SPECIFY YOUR DAMN TIMES!!!!!

They have really great food. The portions are huge, a burrito is enough for two people. I tried the rotisserie chicken and was really shocked at how tasty it was. The guacamole is the bomb, a little spicy but one of the best Ive ever had. They have a huge menu. The meat market has plenty of selections and the grocery store has a lot of hard to find items.

Great Mexican food. We love it. Carne Asada fries are awesome.

Nothing like ending up at the store and wanting to buy all the candies. Ordered a marinated pork torta, the bread was crispy, the pork tender and juicy. They put other spices in there as well, and its a bigger size than usual so you get your moneys worth. Definitely would go again.

Great little Mexican market. It has a large fresh meat section. The butchers are great and prices are very good. Inside is also fresh food. Tacos are amazing. Tortas and other food...all are amazing and very good prices.

The food here is great. The carne asada fries are my favorite thing here by far. Its worth mentioning that the kitchen is open from 8:30AM-7:30PM, which excludes the first and last hours that the store is open for.

It was everything i hoped for & had everything I hoped for, with reasonable prices.

Im Glad to know that this place was bought by the Original Establos Meat Market on Lewis and Ventura Blvd in Old Town Camarillo. Food is as good there as the Original yet less crowded during lunch and better parking and more of it too.This is the 3rd Establos establishment to open in Ventura County
