I decided to go into the Canby location today because I needed something quick but was reluctant due to how I was treated by the prior employees here. However, the new team there are amazing and I will for sure be going only here from now on!! Nic, David and Hanna helped solve my issue and even let me know that I could save money on my bill! It was a Win-Win! Will recommend them to anyone who asks.
I would highly recommend going to any other location until the manager of five months, David, is fired. I’ve never had a problem at this store, until today. He was absolutely rude, and denied a refund of a purchase I got yesterday (they have a 14 day guaranteed return policy.) Worst customer service I’ve ever received.

Frequently at The UPS Store we have customers who want to send us files to print, but do not know how to use their phones. As we are a print shop, and not a phone store, we are not able to help people when they cant effectively use their phones. The people at the local Verizon store, and the local T-Mobile store are more than happy to help their customers. But David ReSue at the AT&T store has asked us to stop sending AT&T customers who need help with their AT&T phones to his store. He was quite rude in his insistence that he doesnt want us to send AT&T customers to him. So were granting his wish, and will be letting AT&T customers know that the AT&T store in Canby does not offer the same level of customer support that Verizon and T-Mobile do.
Cesar the kid working was willing to stay late and get my new phone working. He didn’t have to do that but was willing to put in extra effort. Wish more people had this kids work ethic!

I have cell phone service with AT&T, I bought my phone there..I went in to fix a problem with my cell! The manager fixed me right up, answered all my questions..She was polite, knowledgeable and understanding.I will be back to upgrade my phones!
Best costumer service. Sydney has set everything up with no issues highly recommend! i really appreciate how everything is explained and how when doing something they tell me every detail and make it so we understand it to the best ability.
I dont usually post reviews but I had a wonderful experience at this store. The manager was extremely helpful and patient with not only me, but a new employee that was being trained as well. Both kept a smile on their face even through sitting on the phone with customer care for me. Best customer serve E Ive experienced in a very long time.
This store gave amazing customer service to my father who isnt the best with technology. Im so happy to find a store that cares about its customers and helps them be successful!

Poor internet service inside location to get plans set up so it takes extra time. The workers inside were not helpful/ knowledgeable at all when it came to the new Apple watches. I had to google my own simple questions when I was in there because the staff did not know, eg. what was the difference in the watch bands material wise, why were the prices different etc. They even gave me false information on what the difference in the watch case was. I had to do check up research on my own after I got home. Zero help in there.
Chelsea provided me with outstanding customer service! She transferred my data to my new phone since I did not know how to do it. And she was friendly and cheerful while doing it. Thankyou so much

Always a pleasure coming to this location when I need help figuring out why something isnt working right! The manager, Amanda, and her team are great and will make sure you get the best deals everytime!
Hands down the worst AT&T store in the valley. New manager and employee had no intention of helping me resolve billing issues whatsoever. When i interrupted the manager from looking at her phone and asked for help she replied that there was nothing she could do! Last manager Chelsea always went above and beyond to make sure any issues I had were quickly resolved. Take an extra 10 minutes and drive to the OC store and get help from competent people. You can get better help with your phone bill from a dead person.

The people here dont really want to help you and act annoyed that you interrupted their day. I prefer Oregon City.
Their response to my frustration was, “how is this my problem”Moved a line over to take advantage of a bogo deal, but they didn’t understand that I wanted to cancel my old number. They tricked me into adding 3 new lines to the plan when I only needed 2. Furthermore, they attached a phone to the line I didn’t need, so I can’t cancel it.Careful they are all trying to take advantage of you here. DON’T get a free phone. ITS A TRAP.

I would give this store negative stars if that was an option. I have been told different things everytime I go in. The way I can fix their mistake is to go to the Wilsonville store who wants to charge me so Canby store can give me a credit on my account for a phone I should not be charged for in the first place. My wife experienced terrible customer service when she was there.I would go anywhere but to this store.
I went to this location in December 2015. I did the buy one get one free deal for the Apple iPhone 6s. It was done incorrectly, and I have been paying for two phones since January 2016. It has yet to been resolved and it has been a slow resolution. Im still waiting to get my $600-800 credit. I understand that this issue is not the managers fault. But, its caused me a huge headache to get it resolved. If it was done correctly from the get go back in December, or resolved in a timely matter - I might have a better review.
The staff at this store is very knowledgeable, kind and will help anyway possible. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone that has AT&T
Ive been a long-time AT&T customer, previously happy with my service. I went in to upgrade my phone and change my cell phone plan. Was expecting upgrade cost of phone but was told there was none (discussed monthly costs in detail). Was NOT told I would be financing phone over 30 months. Is my fault for not reading the fine print--but feel taken advantage of. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
The new manager Victoria is totally turning this store around! I am so glad I came in for help with my busted screen, because not only did she help me upgrade my phone, she got my husband a FREE iPhone 8! So happy with everything. I will be doing all of my business at the canby store! Thanks lady!
