Ethan help me set up two iPhones today. I have come to dread coming in to an authorized Verizon store because the workers there are so often kids that dont know much. This store was 100% different: Ethan really knew what he was talking about, was familiar with all our questions, and displayed a level of competence Ive not seen before in an authorized Verizon retailers store. This store is far superior to others Ive visited in east Portland.
This place is a rip off. All I wanted was to purchase a screen protector, I had to pay $39 because of a so-called warranty which does not exist. When I went to the website for the fortress lifetime warranty they are going to charge me anywhere between seven dollars and $11 in order for me to have the warranty that I was told was free at the store. This is very deceiving, unethical, and misleading to the public in the consumer.I will not shop here again, and I will tell all my friends that this is a place where they don’t disclose the truth about their sales. Reporting them to the BBB. I hope you, the consumer, and Canby Oregon, will not shop here ever again.

I had a great experience with Chance in the Canby store. He was so patient with me as I had to bring my young daughter. Then, I returned two days later because I changed my mind and wanted more storage on my phone and he made the exchange seamless. Excellent customer service.

Stopped in on my way to my new home in southern Oregon. Was looking to do a prepaid phone with the unlimited internet. To use as a hotspot for our home. Since we didnt have internet and dont generally watch cable or local tv. (Roku).. The Salesman Alex, listened to what I was looking for and recommended to go with the Jetpack. As the phones available for prepaid, really wouldnt do the job. Weighing the options and advantages. Decided to go ahead and get the JetPack hotspot. Was able to get a data plan instead of the monthly prepaid. Which was actually nice! Alex did give the heads up that reception may or may not be as good as we would hope. For it to do what we wanted at the location of our home. Got it home, hooked it up in our travel trailer that we are staying in momentarily. (Repairing the home) and the JetPack is working BEAUTIFULLY! Really appreciate Alexs assistance and his ability to give a personal honest response to what we were looking for. Even though I am now living in southern Oregon. I still make frequent trips up there and will definitely be going here in the future for any other product needs or questions. Thank you very much!

I dont know the name of the gentleman who helped me. I was going in to activate my new Samsung S6. Unfortunately my s4 sim card didnt fit so he said Id need to buy a new one - about $10. But he also suggested I go to a corporate Verizon store because they could give it to me for free. When I went to another go wireless location they did not mention this little tip. So thanks to this guy for saving me some extra money!
I came in and worked with Andrew, he was so extremely helpful. My Samsung Galaxy S6 didnt have a working screen! I was worried I couldnt get anything back...He set me up with a new S7 and he was able to recover a ton of information...including my contacts and photos. I would highly recommend coming to this location to work with him. He is extremely knowledgeable and so helpful. He was accommodating to my schedule as well as my needs and concers, and I could not have asked for better service anywhere else!
The gentlemen at the Canby satellite store are always extremely helpful. Joshua and Eddie both, but especially Joshua. He spent quite a lot of time helping my husband and me get our new Samsung Galaxy phones set up. He even loaned us a couple of extra cases he had (his own) to protect our phones until ours come in. Both were very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. They go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied.

Came in Friday with grandpa to make adjustments to my plan for data. The young gal with purple hair was patient and kind, explained she was new and when she didnt know she was honest and polite, got her coworker to help her. Canby Verizon is the place to go!!!! Stopped in to ask a question about a small problem I was having with what seemed to be a programming glitch from Verizon. With the help of the gentleman in the store, it rapidly escalated into a much larger problem. By the time I left the store, he had accepted a contract in my name on my phone with Verizon for a product I specifically said I did not want. He had asked me for my password and social security number to fix the problem. He was obviously unfamiliar with the product, and I wouldve been fine with him saying that Id need to talk with someone else for resolution to my problem. Instead, I now have lost information on my phone that I needed, have a new contract I did not want, and question how much the security of my communications has been compromised. Fun times...
Horrible customer service. I was promised a promo of a buy 1 get 1 free iphone and when I noticed that my bill was not being credited appropriately I called the store and they said there was nothing they could do about it. So now Im out $700 for a phone I never would have purchased if the promo wasnt offered to me by their employee.This is not the only time this store has given out wrong information. I will never return to this store.
Not at all impressed with go wireless. My husband and I got a tablet when we purchased my new phone. We switch our devices over to another account to cut down costs on bill. We then got a notice to turn in tablet or pay 300.00 because the contract was broke. We turned in tablet in April(Have receipt for turn in). We then were still getting charged 20.00 a month for 7 months for a line fee for a device we no longer had. We then had to do a cancelation fee of 130.00 to end the 20.00 a month fee. Turns out if you pay the cancelation fee you get to keep your item. We then got a letter from a collection agency stating we still owe 300.00 for the tablet. We have went into store many times and are told they have done all they can and are not helping us with the mistakes they made. They constantly have new managers and are not able to help us. Do not trust what they say. District manager has been emailed many times and no response. Very sad to be out 270.00, a tablet and now being sent to collections when we have proof we turned it in. Watch out with this store.

I would not recommened this location, i would rather sit at clackamas for hours. Im not sure the name of the gal I worked with. Long brown hair, glasses, slender build. She was all over the place, kept walking away to talk to other works. She even told her coworker while i was infront of them that she was going to go out back and smoke.
