DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION IN CANBY OREGON IF YOU ** DO NOT** WANT TO BE SCAMMED AND HAVE MONEY STOLENIF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. So many mistakes were made by the employee on 12/22/2020 that I eventually said I wasn’t interested and asked for refund of my $60. This was before being told I would owe an additional $470 after being told it would be $143. It was such a dog and pony show between the two employees that I just wanted to walk out and go to another carrier which I did. I NEVER touched a phone and left empty handed so why has my dispute over retaining my $60 been such an ordeal? Two disputes and here we are 3/2021 still disputing it and no credits on my credit card have been posted. The girl who was helping ran my credit twice in 10 min. Thanks for the unnecessary inquires. THIS T-MOBILE IS A JOKE!! GIVE ME MY $60 BACK THIEVES!!

The folks were very helpful getting me off another service that was overly expensive.
I think that charging $20 for an office visit is bad service.
These employees have no knowledge at what they’re selling nor anything about the services. They’re just rude and have the worst customer service, I would rather drive to any other location than to deal with these guys. I constantly try to give them a break whenever we go in and every time I leave super upset.
