Came in and let the disinterested clerk know I would like a phone able to do zoom and other necessary apps in this new normal. I said I didn’t need the newest phone but not a pile of junk. He suggested a phone only to go back and it was out of stock. He grabbed a phone that just said Cricket on it and said it would be fine. It seemed to be a decent deal at 100$ to get started. It was the WORST phone I have ever had. He had no knowledge of its performance or didn’t care. It took 7 minutes to pull up an app like google maps. It needed restarted 2-3 times a day. They obviously staff with whomever they can get to sit behind the counter and either incentivize them to sell certain phones or they don’t care.

Went in after T-Mobile wanted to charge me $400 for the same phone I had already. Stopped by the Canby location and spoke with the tatted up dude there i believe his name was Alex. Dude was extremely helpful and gave me a great bundle deal walked out with phone, case, screen protector, and an extra charger for $205.00!!! I highly recommend not only cricket but this location especially I will stay with cricket 4 life. Go see my homie Alex he will help you out!

Slow reception 2 bars i live in town. Towers failed last summer, phones had no reception for 4 days.

Its always nice when you go to pay your REALLY EXPENSIVE bill for 1 phone line nd your feel really uncomfortable. Representative had 5 guys waiting for her to get off. Also Wtf do i need exact change for, probably cause you are extremely lazy or you dont have any change because you were trying to close early! This has happened numerous time before at this location! I will be looking for a new service provider. I think the $100 + bucks i spend there every month could be used at MetroPCS on 2 or more lines of service

Always double check what included in the pricemeans.She told us the case was included in the price of the phone posted.The reciept shows we were charged $20 for the case.All sales are final.Otherwise weve always had a good experiance.

Only buy at this place after shopping elsewhere! Prices are double what other businesses charge. Also beware - they have a zero tolerance for returns. No returns or exchanges and no in store credit. Beware.
