Ive been customer 4 yrs & i hate going into the Canby store cuz they are totally UNprofessional & know NOTHING about customer service! I was an Escalations supervisor with Boost so i KNOW good customer service! The ONLY reason im with Metro is their $60 unlimited plan w/AP. I need to upgrade my phone so well see how that is handled by this store...
The workers of the store are very kind been with this company for three years never had any problem for the people who comment that the workers are rude and do not go beyond their work of course they do last week I went to buy a phone for my brother The employee recommended the best phone for photos unfortunately I had to witness how a person began to mistreat one of the employees, working in customer service is stressful and sometimes people do not know how to behave so do not take all bad comments by some people who have not been able to do what they want, the customer is always right as long as the customers know how to respect others Thank you for your hard work !
This is Mike Lee Patricia Lees sun Im using a different device because the employees of this store are not professional and do not provide any kind of quality service. They are rude and not willing to go the extra mile for customers. If I had run my business this way I wouldnt have had any customers. If anyone knows how to be in touch with the owner please send to me as I dont believe they know how unprofessional his employees are.

They literally told me to come in store when I was on the phone when I asked if she could check prices on a phone, wow, isnt that the point in calling because I obviously dont want to come in until I know. Bad customer service.
The ladies have always been helpful and courteous to me. Ive had a few phones through them. Ive never had any problems concerning customer service or the merchandise. And the network service is fair.
I came in yesterday morning between 12-1:00pm or so and the sales consultant working had absolutely terrible customer services skills. I work for Verizon, I know what is suppose to be done and when someone comes in asking what the deal is for the free smartphones, then what the cheapest smart phone they have is, instead of getting up to show me, she sat on her ass at the front counter and pointed to the phone. Mind you there was a whole wall of phones and she just pointed and expected my fiancé and I to know which one she was talking about. Ended up going to Cricket next door and getting a phone for my partner.
