Bought washer and dryer. Not sure just yet if washer works. The dryer does not, nothing but problems. Called because you get 30 days warranty. They did come over says it wont turn one because I needed an electrician my 220 was not right. I call electrician not the problem. Long story short they get junk try to fix do it wrong or half fix it and sell it. Look at all reviews no happy people also on BBB web site. Stay away from these people. All sales finale, that should tell you something.

Company delivered the incorrect washer and was offered to pay out of pocket the difference for the other washer. Initially agreed to this, but changed mind overnight and other appliance was apparently sold. Owner reached back and was unable to offer a solution and voided my warranty without consent. Reached out to Attorney General and awaiting legal dispute. Workers were not wearing masks during delivery which made me feel uncomfortable. Initially did not want workers back in home and felt pressured to agree to the change in difference. Unprofessional and voided my warranty without consent. Steer clear from this business.

Do not purchase from them. Sold me a refrigerator that brokedown in less than a month. Couldnt get them to show up to fix or refund anything. And they stopped responding to messaged Had an independent appliance repairman fix their mess.

Total rip off. Hooked up the washer and didn’t even work. wouldn’t wash or Spin. Tried calling the next day. No answer. Thy delivered washer and dryer it was looked like a truck that belonged in the scrap yard. These people are very unprofessional. Want to much for appliances that don’t work. Looking at refrigerator n bought it, it took them 20 minutes n was at my place brought it in plugged in n set control. Recomend them highly also it works great.

DO NOT SHOP HERE... Spent $400 on a washer and dryer. Within a week they both stopped working. I was told there was a 30 day warranty where they would either replace or fix any issues. How convenient that once they broke I got nothing but the run around. Promises that they will come out. Daniel, the one who sold it to me and reminded me at least 4 times of the great warranty, has promised to call me back but never does. Always has an excuse about needing to wait for the owner or repair man to come in and promises another call back I never get. Tried to go back to the store, when walking up to the door I saw him go into the back somewhere, conveniently again, the door was locked and no one would answer when I knocked. My warranty is up in four days.. thanks for the “great service” and taking my money!!!

Got a stove and refrigerator. They said they were tested and worked. Neither one of them worked. He does give a warranty, but it took a month before they had someone out to look at it, and then the technician said it couldnt be fixed, same with the stove. Another 2 weeks later, he finally got us a fridge that worked. 6 weeks without a fridge. It took another 3 weeks, totaling 9 weeks before he got us a stove that worked. I wasnt home when he dropped it off and hooked it up,, family was at the house. We paid 350 for the stove that we bought and the one he dropped off looked awful, it was old and he had a price tag sticker for 299 on it. Where is my 50 dollars at? I highly recommended steering clear of this business.

Disgusting appliances that were not even cleaned and were absolutely layered in filth. You would think that they would at least do a quick wipe down at the bare minimum before shipping them out. Nope. Also found a cockroach crawling out of the stove. Go to appliance mart and avoid these guys at all costs.

Horrible if I could give 0 stars I would. My husband and I got a washer and dryer set from them January 17 the washer stop spinning the last week of February. We called for someone to come out to look at it, since the 30day warranty was up we knew we was gonna have to pay out of pocket which wasn’t a problem. Anyway we set up a day and time and no one showed up. We called again and the manager she says that her technicians doesn’t know how to fix the brand of washer/dryer (fisher&paykel) even though they sold it to us. 🤔🤔 at this point I’m extremely upset I asked for either a refund on the washer or for them to find someone to fix it because we only had the washer for a month and then it breaks down. This isn’t the first time I’ve brought an used washer and dryer and they normally last 1year-1year 1/2 before breaking down. So I ended up speaking with some guy named Louis that works there he apparently called the owner of the store to explain what happened (to see if they can help me out) apparently the owner told him that due to my 30day warranty being up that they can’t come out to look at my washer nor fix it. Which is bull and illegal when you buy from a used appliance store they have techs that will come out to fix the problem because the fixed the machines before they sell them. Right??? How is it that you can sell a appliances that you’re tech’s doesn’t even know how to fix and then if the appliances breaks down you refuses to fix them. This place and the people owning/working are bogus never ever again will we go here.

Fridge did not work properly after a couple of weeks. Did not honor warranty to fix or replace it. Stopped answering the phone.

I paid 400 for a stove and fridge. When I looked at the stove it had an oven rack when it was delivered it was gone. When fridge was delivered we plugged it in and freezer never froze. I called several times a day everyday till my warranty was up, either no answer or one guy said he was with a customer and will call u back of course never did. Now I have fridge that the freezer dont work. They have no issue taking ur money but DO do have an issue honoring their warranty.

My boyfriend went in to buy a washer and asked the guy if one he picked out worked good .. I heard the man say it works very good .. boyfriend brings it home .. we paid 100 for it and 50 for someone to deliver it .. another 50 for someone to bring it down to my basement .. I hook it up and try to wash clothes and water just starts pouring out the bottom .. the washer won’t spin and I have to now ring out soaking clothes .. in out 200 dollars and have this big broken washer in my basement I’m going to have to to pay someone to carry back up. They ripped me off. They probably buy broken stuff they know don’t work for very cheap and sell it

Got a washer and dryer set.. Dryer works. Washer washed 1 load of clothes and then quit working. Contacted for repair/replacement on July 1st.. Just contacted again. Seemed like a nice guy, so Im hoping I will get the chance to change star rating.*UPDATE* got blown off and washer never got fixed/replaced. Single mom of 4 had to shell out more money for another washer. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Horriable washer doesnt work paid $300 and they dont answer the phone to come fix it doesnt drain or spin and the lid dosent lock i feel like I have been ripped off and if they dont fix or replace this for me I will be calling the better bussiness bureo and filling a lawsuit I have had this washer a week and it hasnt worked right once and I have called daily with no answer very unsatisfied customer

The worst experience Ive ever had purchasing an appliance. I paid over $200 for a used dryer that was supposedly tested before it was sold. I waited 2 days for it to be delivered just for them to bring me a dryer that doesnt even get hot. They left as soon as they delivered it without even giving me a chance to test it for myself and by the time they delivered it, their shop was already closed. I go down to the shop the next day, they take my information and tell me theyll send someone out the next day between 5 and 7, mind you they close at 6 pm so I couldnt call at 7 when I realized they werent coming. So I wait for them to show up... No show 😡. I call them the next morning to see what happened, they say theyll call back in 15 minutes... 30 minutes later, nothing... So I call them back and they say. I was just about to call you back 😑... Then they tell me theyll have someone out to fix it in the next couple hours.... We shall see how this goes...

HORRIBLE!!! Dropped off 1 250.00 washer that wouldnt spin, so replaced it in 2 days with a 300 washer that ALSO DOES NOT SPiN!!! will not give us our money back!!!

Do not do business with these people. They are so unprofessional its actually disgusting. If you do decide to buy from them make them prove to you the appliance works and check for insect infestations yourself before signing ANYTHING. Their warranty is worthless and they do not do refunds!!!!They sold me a fridge recently which they said worked but needed wiped down. I proceed to plug the thing in and start cleaning it, then I notice dead maggots falling from the lighting fixture. Taking it apart only to find the entire inside of the fridge including the styrofoam filter is coated in rotting maggot flesh and feces with their empty carcasses everywhere. Not only that but after 24 hours of being plugged in the fridge was still warmer than my house. They came out to repair it, forgot the frion, places the back plate on upside down, and told me that I would have to purchase and install a new filter myself even though they have a 30 day warranty. Finally after asking for a refund, after losing all of our food and dealing with insects leaving the underside of the fridge and crawling into my house, they decide to offer a replacement. They refused to deliver the replacement and had me rent a uhaul myself, spend money on gas and move it myself. We finally get there after week, begging my family for help moving the damn thing, and the replacement smelled of rotten meat, was barely cool, and had ants. In the end I told them I was done dealing with them and just took the loss. Do not deal with these people. Do not buy any used appliance from somewhere unwilling to give refunds. They also barely honor their warranty and make it so difficult to deal with the warranty that you end up spending even more money on this bull.

I bought a washer and dryer here and paid in full cash! The delivery guy broke my basement door and did not leave a receipt. The washer is broken and the dryer motor is bad so does not work. No one will return my calls. I went to the store myself and picked up my reciept. They are not honoring their warranty!!!! Even the workers said they will not buy from here. I wound not spend your money here. They are also on Facebook Marketplace - buyers be aware!

Please please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this company. I bought a washer on July 3rd, was told it would be delivered on the 4th. I asked twice to be sure, since it was a holiday. They assured me the 4th was fine. No one came. I called twice that day and left messages, no reply. I called again on the 5th, they came and delivered that day at 5:00 when I got off work. The delivery men hooked up the washer, and only switched out one hose because the other was hard to get off and one of them got irritated when I asked them to make sure the washer would turn on and fill up with water. They told me it had to have a load of laundry in it because it had a sensor. I have been trying to get it to work since they left, no luck. It wont fill up with water on several cycles, it just spits a little bit of water into the basket. I know there are not refunds, and I am NOT going to have THEM come out to repair it. Im out the $279.00 and now have to call a decent repair company and pay for repairs. At least for the cost of repairs I might have a washer that works. We will see. If yourre smart, you wont grace their front door let alone give them your business. Just a warning if you value your hard-earned money.

I bought a refrigerator and told them my door on my mobile is 27 inches. The refrigerator is 29 inches they measured. They said it would fit if they took the doors off. They came and it did not fit. They offered a refrigerator a lesser value. We said no. They said no refunds. The law says I have three days to change my mind. I am filing with the Attorney General of Ohio.
