This place is awesome! We got a stove from them a couple weeks back, it’s been nothing but great! Then, we purchased a dryer today! They’re super positive people and amazing customer service! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for appliances!

My family has shopped twice here and both experiences were so awesome! Everyone is extremely outgoing and neighborly yet professional. The atmosphere makes me want to find reasons to shop here more! Id give more than five stars if possible

As of 10/31/20 this location and the Massillon stores are closed nothing but empty store fronts they could up date pages and put a sign in windows

This place is amazing! I got a washer and dryer set for $500 (after delivery and tax). Ashley helped me and she couldnt have been more friendly or helpful. I will definitely be back for future purchases. Keep up the good work guys!!(:

Of my many reviews this experience was the worst..This company misdiagnose my dishwasher issue and ultimately charged me $100 for the misdiagnosis. I had to wait over a week for the part. At the end, their recommendation was for me to then get a new dishwasher because they arent sure they can fix it. On top of that they refused to refund me $100 for the misdiagnosis, I felt like I was being Punked!The person who says she is the owner, is also the secretary/scheduling person/ and does billing, is very unprofessional and seems to be overwhelmed with all she has going on. She actually caught herself yelling at me over the phone and had to apologize. Given the poor service, I should have been as upset as she was acting. I only tried this company out because Mr. Appliance had a full schedule. Save yourself some time and money and call a true professional company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Very helpful and very courteous, had a part that would have worked in my washerbut actually sent me to a place down the street that had the one I needed in stock and less money will definitely do business with them again

A variety of different products from washing machines to mattresses they also have a 90 day layaway plan which is awesome !!!

Never buy from here spent 400 or more on a washer and dryer only for it to not work or not wash clothes right and if it stops working you have to pay for a part never again !!!!
