Great folks and like dealing with them

Dont waste your time. Called and scheduled an an appointment for a service call, cost me $200 to take the day off work. They never showed up, didnt even bother to call and say they werent going to make it. If I could have given them zero stars or less I would have. I highly recommend anybody but these people.

First time customer. We are rural, about 30 miles south of Canton. None of our current appliances purchased from Gorsuch but they did not hesitate to respond very timely to a mutually agreed date and time frame. Both washer and dryer had issues, within 20 minutes, technician Jake had idea as to potential issues, within 1 1/2 hour both appliances repaired, dryer requiring a repair kit that he had on hand, all for $186. Very impressed with Jakes knowledge and skills which I stated to him.Going forward, we will do all future appliance business with Gorsuch. I recommend!

Ive purchased two washers (the first lasted 28 years), one dryer (still running after 32 years), two refrigerators (21 years on the current one), and one stove (now in its 14th year) from Gorsuch. They have serviced my previous washer and current dryer at a fair price and they were repaired right the first time. The repairman always came with one day of me calling. Good, friendly service from a locally owned family thats been in the business for decades. I recommend them for appliance sales and service.

I bought a new washing machine and dryer set here less than 5 yrs ago. I have a warranty, spent a lot of $ on all new appliances. Thousands. Last year the service man told me straight out that my washing machine is prone to have issues. Of course, it would have been nice to know initially. Friday I reached out to get again repairs for my washing machine. I was told Monday morning because the repair man was installing new equipment for a customer. Okay I saud. Monday morning nothing. So I called again and asked for the service....This afternoon I was assured because the repair man was installing new equipment for customer. Okay I said and asked about my warranty. Well yes its ten years they said but it only covers so an so .... Blah blah. So in other words I was to be charged unknown amount etc and was never given feedback. Its after noon and no show. So I called again and cancelled. I was asked if Id like to reschedule. I declined and the lady laughed at me. So I spent $ thousands to have faulty equipment and be laughed at. Well done in regard to ruining what could have been a long term relationship-client. I feel swindled an taken advantage of. I also feel cast aside for new upcoming buyers....But what about the people who have solidified that business?

Bought set of belts for Maytag washer, had them in stock found our next day didnt need them and return them for refund would not give me the 60 I paid for them only got 20 ended up going to peo and buying new washer I have bought many parts and appliances from the old folks but no more from these people that now run the business
