Skimpy selection but fabulous smoothies if you have 30 minutes to wait for them to make them. Very fresh!

So glad this store has opened again. I really missed the large options they offer and the organic selection they have. I love the location and its never too busy, the layout of the store is simple and easy to find whatever item youre looking for. The meat selection is better than another health store close by. Were always able to do our entire grocery shopping in one place which is so convenient!

We were happy to see that Earth Fare has reopened (under new management), but if our experience this morning is going to be typical they are going to lose customers fast and may have to close again.I had an item from the dairy case to return; it was purchased two days earlier and was too heavily spiced for us to eat. The clerk nearest the door told me to stand at the Customer Service counter and pointed my presence out to the clerk at the next register who was designated Head Cashier, and the one authorized to process returns. The Head Cashier ignored me and continued to check out customers who arrived at her station after I came in (perhaps it looked like I was waiting for a bus?)After an excessive wait I walked over to the Head Cashier and pointed out I was waiting to return an item. Her response was that since it had been opened (how else could it have been tasted) they would not take it back. That answer was not acceptable to me and eventually she called the manager. After a couple of questions he issued the refund.Be careful what you buy here, you may be stuck with it. The old Earth Fare was very gracious about accepting returns and issuing refunds. Were going to miss them!p.s. New owners and managers as of mid-December 2020. Comments posted prior to that date may no longer apply.

I really like Earth Fare. Im not obsessive about organic food or anything, but I do try to eat as healthy as possible. Earth Fare has an amazing hot food/deli/juice bar. Its a quick, easy way to grab a healthy lunch, with a huge selection to choose from. I personally love the soy version of the Curry Chicken Salad on mini multi grain croissants.The food can be a little pricey, as are most health food stores, but here youre really paying for top notch quality. As an Earth Fare rewards member you receive points on every purchase & points for using your own bags as well. The points can be used to redeem money off of your purchase. They have great sales & discounts each week, and even send out 25% off one item coupons! I used mine to take advantage of a beauty product I wanted to try.Earth Fare not only sells grocery items, they also have a wide selection of all natural beauty products, supplements & vitamins, household items, pet foods, wine, and bulk nuts/spices/grains/herbs/snack blends. You can even freshly make your own nut butters! They provide many samples of deli foods, cheeses, meats & all beauty products so you can try before you buy.All in all, I am a big fan of Earth Fair!

I bought some turkey bacon today and when I got home realized it expires tomorrow. When I opened the package the bacon was slimy. They need to check the sell by/use by dates and products. I called the store and told them about it and they offered to replace it or refund my money. Their customer service is good and thats why I gave them 3 stars instead of 1 or 2.

Love Earth Fare. I usually shop at the one in AK. Employees of Earth fare please dont put out burnt products. Managers walk around your store and see what it looks like. These burnt baked goods were at the Canton Earth fare. I still love Earth fare. I hope nobody wanted baked goods from there... lol

Good organic selection. And everything was fresh, didnt see any spoiled organic fruits or veggies, or berries. Loved that store carries pasture raised duck eggs👍 Overall, great store!

Lots of items to choose from, good sales, $5 rotissary chicken Monday, they have less then $1. French baguette. $5. Sushi Wednesday. They have a nice selection of vitamins for kids and adults. Friendly staff.

We were regular Earth Fare customers before they closed. We went back to the North Canton store this morning. They opened at 8 AM and we arrived at 9:30 AM and we were told it would be another hour before fresh bread would be cool enough to cut. We were quickly directed to the day-old bread section - no thanks!!! Disappointing for sure!I don’t understand what kind of a grocery store opens at 8 AM and doesn’t have fresh bread for another 2 to 3 hours?A lot of empty shelves and prices are higher than before. They sure looked like they opened this store too soon!

I was totally repulsed by the conditions at the produce area when I last visited this past Sunday. The salads were out of date first of all and not much there. The quality of the produce was substandard and the place was filthy. The management of this area obviously has issues that need to be addressed. I was there for over a half hour and there was nobody to ask any questions. My experience as a consumer was very disappointing and I highly recommend not shopping at this store.

Great specialty store. I was looking for the Triple Leaf brand of the detox tea and surprisingly enough, they had it!

Everything here looked so good! Their fish has always tasted amazing. Definitely a difference in quality.

Pricey...but has some great items you cant get elsewhere

Went inside there just looking for Apple Cider Vinegar. But I have to said the store looks very nice from the inside and the vegetables and fruits selections are amazing. I definitely coming back sometime soon to try their other products. And the best part is their staff are very nice and professional too. Give your store manager my thanks for having a very good store organized and staff trained.

*UPDATE*. PLEASE bring vegan hot bar items back! I took away a few stars because this location isnt catering to its vegan shoppers like other locations do. Many times I have made a trip here for lunch but could not find any hot protein options suitable for vegans. Their vegan sushi is also lacking substance and is not comparable to the options available to the meat eater options.Im so thankful for the location of this store. Im a gluten free vegan and since moving to Ohio finding healthy food options had been a bit of a nightmare. Finally North Canton is starting to catch up to speed! They have a nice selection of healthy, organic, and allergen friendly options, but I wish their organic produce options were wider. Prices are HIGH and not competitive. Earth Fare is a madhouse over the weekend and it would be nice if they had a better system for lines. Sometimes its difficult to work your way around the aisles close to checkout because of the overflow of people. Luckily the store is open late! They also have a decent rewards program.

Visited here for the first time and was originally hesitant because of similar places (Mustard Seed & Trader Joes) always being a bit too high in my opinion. I was actually surprised at the cost of many of their items. The produce was great and so were their fish and meat prices. For the items I purchased I could almost guarantee you would spend just as much, if not more at Giant Eagle and receive equal to lower quality items. I have not had a chance to check out their vitamins and other healthy products, but will definitely make this store part of our normal grocery routine.

Wont go back to another chain once I tried the butchery here. Great meats and poultry.

Very upset! I literally walked out. We all know that theyre closing their doors now. I went to see what they had left, which at the time was quite a bit still, however all their prices had doubled! They proceeded to mark items down like Dairy 10% off. My cottage cheese was normally $3.29, it was marked $5.99-10%=$5.40. Why on Earth would I pay $5.40 v. $3.29?!!! I wouldnt. I didnt feel it was right to pay that as the consumer, so I left.

Great store with a great fresh selection. Some of the better steaks that I have found in a supermarket venue. A little pricy, but well worth the extra spending. Fresh vegetables. The selection surprised me for the middle of winter. I would recommend this place for just about anyone if you want high quality choices and want to deal with a friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Love this place. Grass Fed beef steaks and hamburgers. Are the best. Love their seafood and veggies. Plus good hot food to eat there or to go.

Great place to pick up bulk dry goods such as quinoa, rice, and the like. They have many options to choose from. They also have fresh peanut butter and a lot of organic options. They have some fantastic, and large, take and bake pizza. They wont have the widest variety of somethings, like sour cream, but the things they do have are usually great.

Produce selection is always nice but could be larger. Prices change daily but often comparable with giant eagle especially when you find the occasional 2 for 1 deals etc...Still a bit cheaper than Whole Foods (whole paycheck). Gluten free vegan so I don’t have many options and stores like this make life a little easier, but wish there was more for me in prepared foods and bakery items. Such is life. Good selection in frozen however. All that being said I come here a few times a week and it’s still my fav grocery spot in Canton.

Much smaller version of whole foods. Isles are very tight. Prices are meh. But around here its the best ya get. Great meats and a wonderful hot/fresh foods section. Pizza is very good.

Great to finally have a place where people have the option to buy organic healthy food. The produce is reasonably priced, all the food is fresh. I love the fresh peanut butter machine - so good! Major downside is some stuff can be expensive, however they do have a rewards card and run specials every week. I have had their fresh cooked food too and it was very good for a quick meal. Have not tried their pizzas yet, but are about $10 which is not bad. Well definitely continue to shop here!

Wide selection of organic foods. Great salad bar, and hot foods for dine in lunch or dinner. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Nearly everything is pricey; but attractive since food, products, cosmetics, supplements, etc. are all under one roof.

Finally an all natural grocery store in the Canton area. Helpful friendly staff. Plenty of options to choose for groceries. Bakery is consistently good, and there is an extensive array of products to suit everyones needs. It is rather expensive but you get what you pay for when it comes to food and health.

Was actually a little disappointed in the variety and options for truly organic and natural products and produce... Prices only seem decent (even with keeping organic cost in mind) if there is a special savings or coupon. I probably wont return unless Im already in the area and I know they have a real good deal that makes it worth stopped and getting only that item.

Beautiful store. They had a surprising large grocery selection, you could probably even do all of your shopping here for the week. They also have hot food inside you can purchase.Prices are unsurprisingly high, it kind of comes with the territory of a health market.

Love this place! They have awesome selection of organic foods and gluten free foods... My daughter is a severe celiac and there are so many options for her here...were so grateful for Earth Fare! She is able to eat again.

This store is brand new to the area. Prices are a bit high compared to the local supermarkets. Some higher end groceries but not as much selection as larger markets. Nice fresh produce. Meats and fish generally look good. Sale prices can be great! Watch for them. Custom cut rib eye was only $5.99/lb. recently. Good for some specialty items. Just be careful on the prices.

Beer beer beer and more beer! I was really impressed with the craft beer selection. They carried beers I didnt even know were distributed in Ohio. Wide selection of all other foods too. Very nice place for an extreme variety of foods.

Thank you for bringing Earth Fare to the Canton area! Just stopped in the store tonight for the first time and it was a great experience. There were BOGO sales everywhere and the staff was very warm and welcoming. The cashier was also nice and helpful with my new points card. Im glad that they put something great into that rundown plaza.

We are from VA so this may be why we are whatever about this grocery. Wholefoods and moms organic market in our area have a much better selection of organic goods AND for a better price. But it was okay for what it was. Did not try the inside cafe / restaurant so cannot comment on that. Staff was very friendly. Prices for organic were just very high in comparison (almost double what they are here in VA).

The newest store in the Earth Fare chain is simply a pleasure to shop at. Fresh sea food and meats, locally crafted cheeses and beverages. If you havent been, make it a point to get there. You wont be disappointed... Oh, did I mention they had a sale on whole ribeye for just $5.99 a pound???!!!

New place in my area and so glad to have them. Wonderful options for organic and healthful food and products. Some are pricey but you get what you are willing to pay for. At least the options are available there.

Smaller than Fresh Thyme, better cheese and higher quality bread, cakes looks ok. Fresh Thyme has very good (short) cakes and muffins and .99 coffee. There are not that many body care samples to try like Fresh Thyme.

It is very good for what it is. I think its near is the best in town. You need to shop sales. It might not be your choice for all items but a great place to shop for many items

Lots of options and reasonably priced compared to the Whole Foods competitor. I love their lunches and salad bar. Employees are always polite and chipper.

Ive been waiting for an Earthfare to open up closer to My House... Once I heard it was being built, I was overjoyed! Ever since its opened, Ive been there several times enjoying the absolutely delicious cheeses, meats, bakery goods etc! Love myself some Organic foods & Grass fed meats! Its a must to visit!

Some things are expensive, as youd expect from any place that focuses on organic and natural options. But great specials, prepared meals in deli are fantastic, bakery breads are delicious. Juice bar and coffee service extremely show but good, love their cowboy coffee and espresso con panna.

Im still learning this place. Vitamins and minerals and herbals have a good selection.Food and stuff seem pricey but Staff Are Knowledgeable!

We were at the store to shoo and the pork and Chicken were mixed but the TM could not tell which is which. He does not seem to care. This was in Prep foods Hot bar.Beautiful store and CS TMS are very friendly and engaging. I may come back, but will not buy and food from Prepared Food.

The people behind the counters making food do not practice hand hygiene. One guy was playing with his braided hair and the put on a dirty baseball cap and didnt wash his hands before touching food. Other had gloves on and where wiping their nose, touching their faces and then brushing food of the counters. I dont go to this place anymore. Poor management of staff.

I absolutely love this place for healthy and gluten-free foods and beers. I have Celiac disease so I have to adhere to a strict gluten-free diet which Earth Fare has plenty of choices to make life easier. Their olive bar is pretty amazing as well.

If you are an organic nut and happen to be semi-wealthy or like spending twice the price food; then this is where you want to go and try.I dont have anything bad to say other than, on a busy day its cramped and its not reasonable priced for my budget. But I do hope one day Ill be in a comfortable position to purchase one red bell pepper for $3. Or a gallon of milk for $5. Im just not rich enough.

If you have the means to buy organic and all that crap, you should totally take advantage of this store. You are paying more for each thing, but I think you can trust that it comes from better places and you are probably helping to change the world one happy animal and herb at a time, but please dont go here if you are on welfare or cant afford it. Just get that cheap walmart stuff until you can throw some money at this Earth Fare place. Home Goods is going in next door, so thats cool.

When some of the meats are on sale, grass fed and excellent taste. I generally only buy sale items but love the store. Employees are helpful and friendly.

Nice selection of a few grocery items that you cant normally find. My kid loved the make your own peanut butter set-up.

Ive been coming here since this location opened. Everything is clean and the employees are very helpful. Most food is either organic, non-GMO, etc. Great place to shop for that something special you cant find elsewhere. Also have bulk items.

Though Earth Fare isnt new, it is new to North Canton. Its chock full of healthy, organic, and fresh choices for those that are looking to limit or eliminate processed foods from their diets. The one downside is the prices. You can find some of what you need at a reasonable price, but others, sometimes items youd consider essentials, are priced at an exorbitant amount for the product/quantity youre purchasing.

Love the selection here but it is a bit pricy unless you hit their sales right. For example, Mondays are roasted chicken days for 5 dollars and Friday is take and bake pizza for $6. The pizza was very good and we plan to go back often. I have also purchased other items and have been completely satisfied with all of them.

I have been burned by their chicken, fish, and pork. I have purchased these meats and then put them in a cooler with icepacks before getting home and putting them in the freezer, and yet they have spoiled before I can cook them. It would appear that only frozen meats are safe from Earthfare. And its not just this store. This is a typical problem with any Earthfare I have shopped.I really like Earthfare. They carry things that cant be found anywhere else. I really like their grass fed ground beef (which hasnt spoiled on me yet). But, it is very frustrating to basically give Earthfare money to throw their meat away for them.I may reach out to the Health Department about this since it appears to me a wide spread problem with EarthFare.

Love Earth Fare. Their message of sustainability, and good food with healthier ingredients is a winner in my book. I stop in here very frequently to pick up just about amything. Their pizza is fantastic if you like thin crust and is only 10$ on the weekend.

Much of the organic produce is spoiled and rotten. We have driven 45 minutes both ways for the last time to sort through limp organic cucumbers and bell peppers. Someone has got to have produce that doesnt have mold growing (strawberries and blueberries) on it on the shelf. We are paying over 300.00 per week for FRESH produce and about 1/3 of it is wasted! Earth Fare Canton you have disappointed us for the last time!

Free food and always specials going on. The staff are pleasant and helpful. I did have a bad experience with their meat counter but it was taken care of quickly

We like to come here for the great selection of bulk grains and spices! We also noticed they do tiny sample size cheeses to try, which is a nice way to try a new cheese without committing.

Pricey but worth it. Prepared foods are excellent!! Great place for lunch outdoors

Great store. Pay attention to the day of the week. Always a good deal. My fav is take home pizza Fridays for $6. Huge take home pizza that I promise will be the best take home pizza youve ever had.

Clean store, great products. Can be pretty pricey, but you know what you are getting is fresh and of great quality. Family loves coming here.

Unique grocery store with lots of natural items. The bulk bins are great for stocking up on different items and they offer many healthy and earth friendly choices.

The store alone is nice. Reasonable prices for what Earth Fare offers. I am getting rather tired of the attitude of the workers. Some are nice and helpful. Although to me its seems most have some kinda attitude about something. I use my EBT card and I had this employee at the juice Bar give me unfriendly feed back about my using the food stamp card. Im not proud that I have to use it at this point in my life. However please keep your opinions to yourself. You my lillady bored discrimination. And Im sure Earth Fare would rather say farewell to you than deal with a discrimination suit.

The store is always very clean and the staff does a good job of keeping the shelves stocked. When on sale, the price of the meats are great especially considering everything in the store is non GMO. The hot and ready foods are my favorite, as well as the smoothies.

Love their unique selections. If you need a quick lunch the sushi and pizza are both very good and fresh-made.

Pricey and of course a bit too enamored of all natural and organic plus whatever the latest crazy health food fad is. But its way less obnoxious about pushing fads than the local option, Raisin Rack. And they have regular sales on stuff I actually want that makes it affordable, sometimes.

Small grocery store filled with fresh organic fruits and vegetables. Huge selection sabulosa employees. Would highly recommend a visit here.

I lowered my review because the vegan options have been cut dramatically from the hot bar. The vegan sushi also has a much lower percentage of protein (avocado) than any other meat-based sushi.

Was excited to spend lunch breaks here as I love their buffet, however bought a shampoo and conditioner a few weeks ago. Shampoo is ok but conditioner left my hair super grissy. Tried to return it, first they never have anyone at their tiny customer service counter! Then when someone finally appeared they wouldnt take it back without a receipt, perhaps you should offer at least an exchange for another one? I just left the conditioner with the customer service person, enjoy! Never coming back

We 100% love that we can get Organic Food in our part of Ohio. We come once per week to stock up as it is 1 hour from our home. That being said, Our cashier did not know how to ring up our case of zucchini and rudely told my husband I need the cart. It is too busy today for this. Thahe cart was being unloaded. The new manager on the Saturday afternoon shift did not know how to ring it up either and told us she would have to unload the whole case to weigh the zucc. We explained that we have bought many things here by the case and it has never been trouble before. Then huffed and puffed her way through the program on the cashiers screen until she figured it out. I can totally understand lack of knowledge or training, however; this is the second time employees at this Earthfare have been down right RUDE! We are polite, and we spend at lease 200.00 per week at this store. Earth Fare Canton please train your managers and employees to run the store and to be pleasant.

This store has the widest variety of foods I have seen at any other grocery store, especially when it comes to vegan foods. The cashiers are the friendliest and always go out of their way to help.
