Words cannot express my gratitude for Dr. Rowe. I went to Dr. Rowes office because the hearing aids which I owned were not helping me despite the fact that they cost several thousand dollars. Dr. Rowe assessed my needs and suggested hearing aids which would better suit the environments in which they were most needed. Dr. Rowe even permitted me to try the hearing aids which she recommended for several days. I purchased the hearing aids because they improved my hearing more than I ever imagined possible. Dr. Rowe and her staff provided outstanding service and support while I learned how to get the most from my new hearing aids. The whole experience was wonderful. Not only that, but I actually use the new hearing aids whereas the old ones sat in my desk drawer. Thank you Dr, Rowe for improving my life.

Marie was outstanding she explained everything so clearly and professionally to my mother gave her many different options with no pressure. My mother is extremely happy with her hearing aids. Marie gave exact directions on how to use and pair her hearing aids with her IPad and phone so she can get the best benefits of her hearing aids. Never made us feel rushed or never pushy. I would defiantly recommend this office to anyone needing hearing aids.

Marie Rowe and Ms Wilson have been a joy to work with - both in the purchasing, and in the upkeep of my hearing aids. There was absolutely no pressure when I first went in for my consult. Since then, they have always been extremely patient and pleasant in helping me when I went in with a question - especially in regard to pairing my hearing aids with my phone. To them, no question was too small. I also enjoy not struggling to hear anymore. I thank them and highly recommend them.

Dr Rowe at Ascent Audiology has first rate technology to evaluate hearing loss and recommend the appropriate hearing device. She is compassionate and caring. She is excellent at explaining the causes of hearing loss and the effects of hearing loss on the quality of life. My friends that I have referred to Ascent Audiology have been well pleased. My mother loves seeing Marie Rowe. She is very patient & answers all your questions before you even knew you had them. There is no pressure, just understanding & encouragement regarding your hearing loss. The office is convenient to get to & parking is available practically at the door. You always get to talk to a real person when you call. She is so impressed that I actually started working here!

Marie works very well with my mom.....a fair and honest audiologist. They do not work with any specific hearing aid company. They only help with your hearing however the need even if you only have wax build up. I would recommend 100%......

They have worked nonstop with me and the Insurance company to get fitted with a hearing aid. Cant say enough good things about the people who work here and the process.
